This morning, FedEx contacted me regarding a delivery. They mentioned that the delivery person was unsuccessful in delivering to my new address, as I recently moved. I requested for the package to be taken back to the FedEx office in Hilo. They assured me that the driver would do so. However, upon researching, I discovered that there are several FedEx offices in Hilo. When I inquired over the phone, the automated system requested a tracking number or door number, which I don't have. Uncertain about the package in question, I was unable to connect with a live representative. Even after expressing my concerns to the automated system, I was placed on hold for an extended period before the call was disconnected. I am hoping to speak directly with a representative regarding this delivery issue. Thank you for your support. - Pat F.

A FedEx representative confirmed that someone would contact me regarding Tracking # [redacted]22 and provided the FedEx Confirmation # [redacted]. Although informed that the flowers were delivered, another representative agreed they were not. After a call to the Lewisberry, PA facility, Roxanne assured delivery last Saturday, which did not happen. A subsequent FedEx Ground driver reported an address issue, which was later denied by another representative who promised delivery on Monday. Unfortunately, dead flowers arrived today despite the ongoing communication with FedEx regarding the delivery issue.

I was informed by a FedEx representative that someone would contact me regarding Tracking No. [redacted]22, with FedEx Confirmation No. [redacted]. Initially, I was advised the flowers had been delivered, but another representative later confirmed they were not. After contacting the FedEx Lewisberry, PA facility, a representative assured me the flowers would arrive the following Saturday, which did not happen. Subsequently, a different representative assured me the delivery would be made on Monday, only for me to receive dead flowers today.

Hello, I was employed at Fedex Ground in Alaska for just over a year, working at a newly established small hub. Unfortunately, I faced challenges with workload, expectations, training, leadership, and working conditions during my time there. To whom it may concern, I want to report that the package scheduled for delivery on Wednesday did not arrive as expected. Despite having a doorbell camera that records activity, there was no sign of any FEDEX delivery personnel at our residence around 4:30 PM yesterday. I have checked the footage, which confirms that no one approached our front door at 4:37 PM. My wife was present inside, within close proximity to the front door, and the doorbell chime did not ring. I have already contacted FEDEX customer service and provided them with the tracking number [redacted]70 to investigate further. I urge you to address this issue with the delivery driver promptly, as I am eager to locate my missing package. Tracking Number: [redacted]50 I just received the delivery at my home, which came in a large box truck that drove up my driveway. When I approached the female driver with a young man in the truck, I requested that they not drive the box truck up my driveway due to past damage caused to my property. The package was quite heavy at 13.39lbs, and the driver mentioned she couldn't carry it to my door and would leave it at the post box. I suggested she use a hand truck, but she explained not all drivers had one. I was disappointed with the lack of care for my property and the response I received.

We have been experiencing delivery issues in our residential area. Our streets include Street, Avenue, Place, and Plaza. Today, my husband was expecting a delivery to [redacted] W 78th Ave, Merrillville Indiana [redacted], and we have been home all day. However, upon checking the FedEx tracking number [redacted]64, it mentioned an attempted delivery with no answer. My husband was outside in the driveway working on his car, and I was inside, so it seems the driver may have gone to the wrong address. This marks the third time FedEx has delivered to the incorrect location. For instance, a previous overnight FedEx delivery of a check also went to the wrong address. We are concerned about future FedEx deliveries and would appreciate it if someone could contact us to resolve this recurring issue promptly.

On Friday, April 17, [redacted], I received an empty package that was supposed to contain a $[redacted] electronic item. I have filed reports with the police, FedEx, and Samsung regarding this issue. The package was labeled to weigh 2.0 lbs, but when I weighed it, it only came to 0.[redacted] lbs and contained only bubble wrap. I have tried contacting FedEx customer service without success both yesterday and today. I am currently on hold for one hour and 42 minutes. I have photos, police report numbers, and claim numbers to support my case. I am eager to find out what happened to my package and retrieve it.

I have a sign on my front door requesting packages to be placed on the back porch due to my disability. Unfortunately, FedEx consistently leaves packages on the uncovered front porch, leading to them being left out for days and getting wet in the rain. Despite attempts to get their attention, the issue persists, posing a significant inconvenience. UPS, on the other hand, always follows the instructions correctly. I plan to reach out to Walmart.com to address this recurring problem specifically with FedEx deliveries to my address, hoping for a resolution. My address is [redacted] S Aberdeen Ter, Homosassa, FL. I am disappointed that the FedEx driver once again left my package at the back garage door instead of the requested front porch location. As a result, the package containing a gift card bought from Meijer got blown away, and luckily, my mail lady found it almost a block away. The incident occurred on 4/18/[redacted], and I fear the gift card, with Track #[redacted]64 and reference [redacted], could have been used if not found by the mail lady. I want to address this issue with FedEx to ensure all future deliveries are made to my front porch door. The return address is Valerian Technologies, and the recipient is Janice McMillan at [redacted] Willow Lane, Warren MI [redacted]. Delivery to the back garage door is unacceptable, and I need to resolve this matter with FedEx promptly.

On April 17th, I visited the FedEx office located at [redacted] De Anza Blvd in Cupertino at 3:45 PM with a 24-pound box. When I placed it on their scale, which had two scales, it showed up as 45 pounds. I brought this to the attention of the agent named "Catherine" who responded rudely, refusing to listen and quoting the wrong shipping cost of $[redacted] to Zip code [redacted]. Disappointed, I visited the nearby FedEx office on Homestead in Cupertino. They weighed my box correctly at 24 pounds and quoted a shipping cost of $27 to Phoenix. When I returned to Catherine to inform her of the error, she reacted aggressively instead of apologizing and even threatened to involve the police. I believe her behavior was unprofessional and possibly motivated by discrimination. As a loyal customer of over 20 years, I seek an apology from Catherine or her management and request appropriate action be taken. My supplier mistakenly shipped my package to the incorrect address. During a call involving FedEx, myself, and my distributor, FedEx insisted that I personally call them to reroute the shipment. After speaking with a supervisor, they required the supplier to call independently, excluding my involvement. Feeling frustrated, I have attempted to contact FedEx six times today and am currently on hold for the seventh. On previous calls, I waited for over 20 minutes only to have the representatives disconnect the call before assisting me. I find this level of service unacceptable and have decided to discontinue using FedEx. From outsourced call centers to language barriers and representatives disconnecting calls prematurely, these issues are not tolerable in [redacted].

I had two packages scheduled for delivery at the Findlay Mall by the end of the day. Despite the mall being closed, workers were present in their stores, so I waited by my car from 4:30 to 6:00 as usual for deliveries. The driver claimed to have attempted delivery but found no one there, which was not true. I contacted support early Monday morning and asked for the driver to contact me on my cell at [redacted]. I was told there was a chance he might not receive the message. In a previous situation, FedEx expedited the delivery after receiving a message, so I am hoping for a similar outcome this time. They will attempt redelivery tomorrow, but the delivery window extends until 8:00 p.m., which is inconvenient as I cannot be at the Findlay Mall at that time. I am unsure about the next steps to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing significant difficulties with FedEx representatives Ada Vazquez and Rita Marshall regarding the release of my shipment. Despite providing all requested information and complying with various procedures, they are now unresponsive. I have evidence that my communications are being received but not acted upon. I'd like to address my concerns about my FedEx invoice #[redacted]44, which amounts to 46.43 GBP for duty and tax fees. I find the charges excessive, exceeding the total value of the parcel, which was [redacted] HKD. The parcel contains [redacted] face masks and 2 bags of sweetener, shipped by a friend at an airline with a discount. These items are not readily available in the UK and were sent as gifts due to high prices on UK and Amazon websites. I urgently needed the masks for health reasons, and the sweetener is also for my wellbeing as I am overweight. Unfortunately, being unemployed due to Covid-19, I cannot afford the fees. My package has been held at a local facility for 5 days now since Monday at 12:08 am. There isn't an expected delivery date, and there haven't been any updates since Tuesday morning. I've been on hold for over 2 hours on one call and multiple times after speaking to an agent. I was promised 3 times that a supervisor would reach out, but I'm still waiting for their call. This isn't the first time I've had issues with FedEx deliveries and their poor customer service, even before COVID-19. I've found it impossible to reach out to anyone as they keep putting me on hold indefinitely. Their service in [redacted] and this year has been consistently disappointing. It's frustrating not to see any improvement or accountability. All I'm asking for is better consumer care.

I have been waiting for a delivery since Sunday, May 3. When I returned home, I found a missed delivery tag. I called immediately, and after a 30-minute wait, I was told the package would arrive on Monday for a signature. Monday passed without any delivery or communication. After a 45-minute hold, I was informed it would be delivered on Tuesday. Despite waiting all day on Tuesday, the package never arrived nor was I contacted. It is now 5:26 pm, and there is still no sign of the delivery. I tried calling with no answer. The tracking number is [redacted]. It is urgent as it may contain perishable items from family. I need to request a specific delivery window for a package with tracking number [redacted]02. The generic "by end of day" message is not helpful in my situation. I reside in an apartment building where direct access is needed to receive packages, which requires me to be available to meet the driver outside. I am requesting for my packages to be delivered to my door instead of being left 2/10 mile away at my driveway entrance next to a busy road. Over the past 10 days, I've had three deliveries placed within 35 feet of the road, including a heavy box containing cat food that I struggled to lift due to my osteoporosis. Being 77 years old, it's unsafe for me to carry these items back to the house, causing me unnecessary difficulty. Another resident on the same route has faced similar issues, indicating a recurring problem. It seems like the delivery person may be opting for convenience over customer service by not delivering directly to the house, which is frustrating given the circumstances.
