I sent a package on 11/8, and FedEx picked it up promptly. However, there has been no tracking information since. I filed a claim with FedEx and provided all the necessary details. After inquiring about the status via email, I found out the claim was rejected due to the package not being located. I reached out to customer service, and they assured me of a call back the next morning, which never happened. It has been nearly a week, and FedEx has not been responsive at all.

I am concerned about the repeated failed delivery attempts for my package scheduled for 12/21/[redacted] and 01/02/[redacted]. The driver did not have the gate code, affecting both deliveries. It is frustrating as FedEx delivers in our subdivision regularly and should have access to the gate code. It seems someone locally must be aware of it. I have a neighbor also waiting for a package. The lack of effort from the employees to inquire about the gate code is disappointing. Despite a customer service representative supposedly contacting the local FedEx to get the code and arrange a call back, it has not been resolved. The situation is becoming unacceptable, and I may consider alternative delivery options in the future due to this inconvenience.

While crossing the intersection of Edgewood Drive and Cypress Court in Dumfries, VA [redacted] at 6:35 pm on February 2, [redacted], I witnessed a FedEx truck speeding, estimating its speed to be approximately 45 mph in a 25 mph zone. As I crossed with my dog, I had to quickly retract my pet upon noticing the fast-approaching truck. Despite trying to signal, the driver did not slow down or acknowledge us. I believe the truck's license plate began with [redacted]. This reckless behavior is concerning, especially in an area with many families, including one with a deaf child and father. Safety should be a priority over speedy deliveries. I urge FedEx to address this matter promptly to uphold a better company image in the new year.

Hello, I'm John Wentz, residing at [redacted] Ira Hoffman Lane Apt [redacted], Culpeper, VA, [redacted]. I'm a Chewy customer facing challenges with package deliveries weighing between 30 to 60 pounds due to my residence being a considerable distance from the main entrance of a secured senior complex. As a handicapped individual with a service dog, I rely on my car to collect deliveries. Living on the ground floor near an outside entrance, I'm able to receive deliveries directly at my apartment or on my patio. I have a site map ready to share with FedEx to assist in locating my apartment within the complex. I kindly request guidance on how to arrange for deliveries to be brought directly to my apartment and how I can provide FedEx with the necessary information. Thank you, John Wentz

I am having issues with receiving my package from Country Door through FedEx and USPS Smart Post. The package was supposed to be delivered to my shipping address, [redacted] Ruth Bridge Hwy, Breaux Bridge, LA [redacted], but due to the carrier looking for a mailbox and not finding one, it was sent back to the seller. Although I have a mailbox at my billing address, [redacted] Frank Castille Rd, most packages don't fit in it, resulting in them being returned. The tracking information shows that the package is in Memphis at a distribution center with a potential additional 5-7 days delay. I worry about the package being sent to the wrong address again, as past experiences have been frustrating. I hope the carrier can deliver it to my specified location next time. Thank you. - M.L.

I was informed by your staff that my package was delivered to my address on Tuesday, January 21st at 2:30 PM. The package, sent by Chewy, contained medication for my dog. I believe the delivery person is being dishonest as the package has not reached me. The tracking number for the shipment is [redacted]59. If the package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's house, I should have been promptly notified. I have attempted to contact my neighbor without success. Living in a rural area, my neighbor's house is a considerable distance away, making it crucial for me to be informed if the package was left there. I urge you to rectify this situation as the information provided by your system stating the package was delivered to my door is inaccurate.

Dear recipient, We kindly ask that you get in touch with the recipient as they have a federal account with you and are taking care of the expenses. Spring Cherry in the US, via Amazon Marketplace, is experiencing an international clearance delay with tracking number [redacted]34. The shipment originated from Myrtle Beach, SC, and is headed to Shen Zhen, CN. The package, weighing 4.50 lb., contains electronic parts - digital headset for virtual reality. The clearance delay details and steps for resolving the issue are documented for your convenience. It appears that the package may be on its way back to the sender, but for now, no further action is required. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Concerned Party

I am extremely frustrated with the recurring issue of FedEx delivery personnel consistently leaving my packages in an unsecure area, despite my clear instructions not to do so. Despite efforts like a prominent sign, the delivery person continues to leave my packages in a public area of an apartment building, exposing them to theft. This has already resulted in losses of around $[redacted] and countless hours of my time spent monitoring for deliveries. The excuses provided, such as referring to FedEx rules, do not justify this behavior. The delivery person even fails to ring my doorbell or knock when I am home, adding to the problem. Witnesses from the property management company can attest to this ongoing issue. I firmly believe that this behavior is intentional and unacceptable. I am demanding immediate action to remove this delivery person from their position, as this pattern of behavior cannot be excused or ignored. I have a pending delivery through FedEx from the Jeffersonville, Indiana hub to Louisville, KY, and I am apprehensive about the outcome. If this problem persists with my current delivery or any future ones, I am prepared to take serious measures to address the situation.

Today, a FedEx delivery arrived, and I was shocked by the condition it was in. The package had clearly been run over by a tire, resulting in tearing and multiple layers of tape holding it together. The contents, garage door hinges from Home Depot, were affected. I expected the FedEx delivery person to wait for me to inspect the package for damage instead of just ringing the bell and leaving. Unfortunately, one of the items had its plastic container broken open, causing all the mounting screws and nuts to spill to the bottom of the bag. The FedEx tracking number is [redacted].

The term "artificial intelligence" may need a rethink, as its impact on everyday life can be frustrating. Recently, I sought to purchase a BSR EQ 110X on eBay from a reputable seller based in Oklahoma City, OK. Despite a smooth transaction between eBay, PayPal, and the seller, the delivery process with FedEx fell short. The package remained stagnant at the drop-off location, causing distress as I received conflicting updates from AI systems. Even though the seller intervened, the AI system inaccurately claimed the delivery was completed. This ordeal highlighted the limitations of automation and the importance of human involvement in resolving such issues. FedEx should address their delivery tracking accuracy to ensure customers have a seamless experience.

Claim # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I am reaching out about the claim number mentioned above. On February 20, [redacted], I spoke with Alesha in the Claims department regarding my property damage and was informed that a check had been issued on February 18th and should arrive within 7-8 business days. As of March 12, [redacted], I have not yet received the check. When I contacted customer service on March 10, I was directed to the claims department but got disconnected during the transfer. I also sent emails to [redacted] and [redacted], but have not received any response. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

Today, we received an email notifying us of a delivery. When I went to collect the boxes, they weren't there at the shop door or the other entry. Shortly after, the mail lady arrived and pointed out that two FedEx boxes were left by the street. We retrieved them ourselves. While we understand heavy shipments can be challenging, leaving them on the road is unacceptable. If the delivery person is unable to carry them to the usual drop-off point, please have them come to the shop door for us to collect them. Thank you. Tracking #[redacted]73 Tracking #[redacted]05. Regards, Debbie from Lowcountry Candle Company.

I waited on hold for 4 hours before getting disconnected. I contacted customer service when only 1 of 2 packages was delivered today. An associate assured me the second package would arrive on the same day, but later I received a text about an exception and possible return to the shipper. After being disconnected, I am willing to pick it up myself, but it now seems the package is heading back to Nevada, impacting the shipment. Given the circumstances, I'm trying to stay calm, but the situation is concerning.

Regarding FEDEX tracking number: [redacted]87 and Order # [redacted]43 from Lowe's for a sink, I am disappointed by the delivery issues. Initially delayed due to weather, the package was said to be on the truck for delivery on Saturday, March 21st. However, later I was notified of another delay due to weather, even though the weather was fine. This caused inconvenience as I had to make multiple calls to schedule a plumber. The sink was crucial for a Tuesday morning installation. FEDEX now suggests delivery on Tuesday, March 24th, which is too late. I have arranged for a pick-up at Walgreens for Monday, March 23rd, or I am willing to drive to any location in Colorado to retrieve it. I am eager to know the specific location in Colorado where the package currently is and would appreciate if it can be available for me to pick up as early as possible on Monday. Thank you, Kristi [redacted].

On 3/20, I received an order from Chewy.com that was left in my front entry, exposed to the weather due to the lack of protection. Despite requesting deliveries to my enclosed back porch, a recent order on 3/23 (Tracking #[redacted]67) was left on my front stoop during sleet, resulting in a thoroughly wet box. This has been a recurring issue, as I struggle to move heavy, wet boxes at my senior age. My mail carrier once placed a package in my back porch unprompted, showcasing the possibility. Could delivery instructions be updated to avoid front entry drop-offs in adverse weather conditions? -Anne Marie K.

I am concerned about the repeated misdeliveries of our packages to a remote area on my property where they are not safe from the weather. The last delivery on 3/24, tracking number 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 34, had fragile contents that luckily were not damaged despite being left in the rain. I called to complain after the previous wet delivery, but it seems the issue persists. Please ensure your drivers are properly trained on where to deliver packages, specifically to the Ranchero Rd address and not dumped over the gate on Aster St. I would appreciate a phone call at [redacted] to address this ongoing problem. Ray Connor, filing on behalf of Mary Maloney, is frustrated with the difficulty in reaching someone by phone and prefers a direct conversation over a generic email response. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My package has been in Michigan since Wednesday, March 25, [redacted]. I waited for it on Wednesday, but it never arrived. On Thursday, tracking showed it was out for delivery by the end of the day but once again, it did not arrive. Friday, when I checked around 3:45 pm, it showed a delivery exception. After waiting and being transferred during a one-hour call, I was informed my location was considered non-essential, even though restaurants are deemed essential. I requested the package be left at the nearest FedEx Kinko's but was told I could only pick it up on Monday. Even then, it was not available for pick up, and I was told to come back on Tuesday. When I went to pick it up on Tuesday around 5:30 pm, the package was not there. I am frustrated with the lack of answers and communication from FedEx. Why couldn't the driver leave the package at a nearby Walgreens or contact me? I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and don't plan on using FedEx again. I need to know where and when I can retrieve my package. - Georgie Z.

I apologize for the previous incident. My name is Teresa Fredenburg, and my phone number is [redacted]. The tracking number in question is [redacted]90, and my address is [redacted] Greentree Dr, Huntsville, Texas [redacted]. On April 3, [redacted], I called customer service regarding a delivery issue. The box arrived open and empty. I regret my behavior during the call and the blame I placed on the delivery person. My stress from my husband's illness and fear of the virus led me to react inappropriately. I attempted to call back but couldn't get through. I also asked not to have the driver deliver to my address again, which I now realize was unfair. I want to express my sincere apologies to the driver and customer service representative as nothing was their fault. Please convey my regrets to them. Thank you for understanding my situation, and I am deeply sorry for my conduct.

Hello, a delivery was attempted today at [redacted] Hwy [redacted] W in Sheridan. Unfortunately, the driver utilized our private drive for a turnaround, disregarding the no turnaround sign and posts. Despite explaining the situation, the driver disregarded our concern and proceeded to drive over the lawn to bypass the designated area. Our private drive is not part of the easement and is intended solely for the resident's use. The driver mentioned a mistake in their turnaround, but this should not impact our property. Please refrain from using our private drive for turnarounds; the main road must be utilized for access to their destination. If turning around on the recipient's property is not possible, delivery may not be feasible due to restrictions from another neighbor regarding the use of their private road for turnarounds. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A message was left stating the package was delivered at 10:29 am in Brooklyn, NY. The address on the package indicates Jamaica, NY (Queens). We paid for the package and would like it delivered to us. Someone was home the entire time due to COVID-19 precautions. No one knocked or left a note. FedEx tracking indicates it was delivered and left on the porch. Now a FedEx representative is claiming the package was returned to the sender, but the sender has not received it back. I hope that certain individuals at FedEx are not exploiting people during this challenging time (COVID-19). Thank you.
