Tracking number #[redacted]46: I have been a long-time customer of this vendor and have received many orders via FedEx. Most deliveries have been left in front of my apartment door as requested. On occasion, packages have been left at the top of the stairs leading down to my apartment. Despite being disabled, I have managed to retrieve packages left there, especially if they are light and not fragile. Unfortunately, the current order is very heavy, with bottled liquids and fragile items inside. Recent deliveries have arrived broken in transit, which has made me lose confidence in the service. I would appreciate assistance, as there is an alternate entrance that could be used for delivery. Thank you.

I placed an order for a cabinet that was scheduled for delivery on the 11th, but unfortunately, it was not delivered to my address. It seems like it was instead delivered to [redacted] E Palatine Rd in Wheeling, IL. The cabinet is from the Montgomery Ward catalog. I have already informed Montgomery Ward and FedEx about this issue. I am hoping that FedEx can recover the item. I have been in contact with both companies, and I believe it is now FedEx's responsibility to take action regarding the incorrect delivery address.

Hello, my name is Carol B. I had a close call with a truck owned by your company today that almost caused a head-on collision. I had to swerve off the road to avoid it. The truck was parked on Shanksville Road in Friedens, PA, in front of the Belsterling's house at 4:00 PM. Instead of using their driveway, the driver parked on the street, creating a dangerous situation. As I was driving towards Shanksville, a car from behind your truck entered my lane, forcing me off the road. This incident could have resulted in serious harm to my grandson and me. My package was scheduled for delivery on Friday the 13th by 8 pm, but it did not arrive. Now I have been informed that it will not be delivered until Monday. This is unacceptable as the package contains a steering knuckle for my truck, which I urgently require. I will be missing work due to this delay despite paying extra for faster shipping. I insist that the part be delivered by no later than Saturday the 14th, and I expect a refund for the shipping costs. This delay is causing me inconvenience as it barely allows me enough time to repair my vehicle and make it to work on Monday. I urgently need this part to be delivered promptly.

I ordered two packages of cat supplies from Chewy for my pets. The tracking numbers are [redacted]51 and [redacted]47. I checked my Chewy account for the delivery updates and noticed missed deliveries on 12/10 and 12/11 with no door tags left. I left a note with apartment numbers for the delivery on 12/12, but unfortunately, the packages were not delivered. The FedEx service has caused me inconvenience and financial strain. I request Chewy to consider using a different shipping provider due to the repeated issues with FedEx.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the shipping company's service. When I contacted customer service at [redacted] regarding a lost chair that was wrongly delivered today, I was advised to contact the store where we purchased the chair to file a complaint with Fed Ex. The chair, a $[redacted] Christmas gift for my son, cannot be remade before the holiday. The driver also delivered another package with the wrong address today. I urge Fed Ex to locate and deliver the chair promptly before Christmas and retrieve the misdelivered package. I am eager for a swift response from Fed Ex to address this issue with their driver's delivery errors.

I recently shipped a package from eBay in the US to Mazatlan, Mexico, through FedEx. The shipment contained 4 golf cart tires divided into two packages. While I received one parcel with two tires successfully, the other package seems to be lost in transit. I have reached out to FedEx in Mazatlan, Sky Postal, and Globegistics, all noted on the tracking information, but no one has been able to locate the missing package. Given that the shipping charge of $[redacted] was paid to FedEx and the package was sent through them, I am hoping they will be able to assist in finding it. The tracking number for the missing package is [redacted]55, shipped from the US around November 25th. I would greatly appreciate any help in locating this package as it contains a $[redacted] purchase. The eBay shipping number is UPBEE[redacted]6DA61.

The delivery was supposed to be here last Thursday, but the delivery history shows it was claimed that delivery was attempted and no one was available, even though our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday with staff present. Today, I double-checked the address and was assured by two different representatives that the package would arrive today, with one promising by Noon. However, the shipment has not shown up. After another call, the third representative informed me that the package is still at the FedEx facility in Grove City and not even loaded onto the truck. Our customer commitment relies on this shipment, and it's already overdue. We urgently need the shipment to arrive today.

Hello, I am expecting a delivery in Citrus Heights, CA. Initially, the package was in Citrus Heights on Saturday 12/07, then was in Sacramento on Sunday 12/08. However, tracking updates now show it went from Sacramento to FEDEX SMARTPOST OLATHE, KS, back to Sacramento, and then back to FEDEX SMARTPOST OLATHE, KS all between Monday 12/16 and Tuesday 12/17. I need to understand why my package was diverted to KS instead of being delivered to my address in Citrus Heights, CA. Thank you for your support.

I need to inform Fedex about the behavior of some of their contracted delivery personnel. Concerning tracking number [redacted]16, the delivery driver arrived in a U-Haul truck, partially stepped out, and threw my package onto the roof of my car without coming to the door. Moreover, when leaving, he backed up with the truck's rear door wide open. This reckless attitude was witnessed by others in my neighborhood as well. I have captured the incident on my security camera for your reference.

I purchased Pikmi Pops online from Best Buy and was given a delivery date of December 17, [redacted], by 8 pm. The package never arrived, and now the tracking status is showing as pending delivery. Best Buy states it's with FedEx, while FedEx claims it's Best Buy's responsibility. My package for my girls seems to be lost in transit, and I might not receive a new shipment until January 20, [redacted], if they decide to reorder. This situation is frustrating as I shouldn't have to pay again for items that were already purchased but now seem to be "lost in transit." I was concerned someone might take the package from my porch, but it never even reached my porch to begin with.

Every day, I drive to the parking lot to pick up my disabled son from his therapy in Tualatin, Oregon. I have noticed multiple occasions where FedEx drivers are parking in the handicap spots. This is illegal and highly offensive. It is concerning that they feel entitled to park illegally without facing consequences. Not only is this behavior disrespectful, but it also reflects poorly on your company. It is essential for FedEx drivers to be aware of and obey the laws, especially regarding parking in handicap spots. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly for the benefit of all individuals who rely on these parking spaces.

I am experiencing issues with the delivery service. I reside in a multi-story apartment complex on the 3rd floor. The delivery driver needs clear instructions to enter the building, proceed to the 3rd floor, and leave the package at my door. Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances where packages were left on the first floor, making them susceptible to theft. To avoid this, I kindly request that the driver deliver the packages directly to my door on the 3rd floor and ring the bell upon arrival. I'm frustrated that once again my overnight shipment from California to NJ has been delayed, citing weather issues. It's the second time in 6 months, and the last delay took 5 days. I don't understand why it's being routed to Indianapolis for overnight delivery instead of Philly. When I called to request a delivery before 10 am, I was told I didn't pay for it, so it will arrive at 8 pm. If it's already late, why not move it to pre-10 am automatically? I have a claim number [redacted] associated with package tracking number 1[redacted] [redacted]. The delivery driver damaged our lawn by driving on the grass instead of the gravel driveway. We require the lawn to be repaired. Two days ago, FedEx mentioned that the claims department would contact me, but I have not received any calls yet. I would like to know the steps being taken to address this matter.

I have two packages scheduled for delivery on December 13th. Only one arrived on time, so I contacted customer service. They assured me it would come the next day, but it didn't. After being told to wait ten days to file a claim, I discovered my package was lost. Upset, I questioned why I had to file a claim for their mistake. Despite promises to investigate and call back, no one did. I requested they contact the depot and provide updates, but they failed to do so. This lack of communication and effort is unacceptable. My package is significant to me, even if it's just another to them. I demand information on the whereabouts of my item, a personal delivery of it, a refund, and an explanation for the poor service. My package has been stuck in Clover, SC for five days now. This is the second time this specific package has gone missing, and it contains Christmas gifts that I reordered. When I called the call center, they wouldn't connect me to the Customer Advocate Team no matter how many times I asked. Finally, after I persisted, I was transferred to a coworker who then transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that the Customer Advocate Team wouldn't be available until seven am on Monday.

I placed an order that was shipped by FedEx on December 9, [redacted]. Since then, I have received multiple notifications with tracking info that keeps changing. The first package was delivered to someone else. The company sent a replacement, but despite being rescheduled for delivery three times, I still haven't received it. The current delivery is set for December 22, [redacted]. When I contacted FedEx Customer Service, I was told the driver discovered it wasn't on their truck. I spoke with FedEx Rep Steven Effertz at [redacted], who assured me the package would arrive by December 19, [redacted]. This experience with FedEx has been incredibly disappointing. I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism, consistency, and accountability in their customer service. I had higher expectations of a company of their caliber.

I am experiencing an issue with a package delivery. The package, supposed to arrive by 12/20 via FedEx second day delivery, did not show up. The online status mentioned a "delivery exception" on 12/19, which is incorrect as no signature was needed and packages have been left at my door before without issue. I recently received a notification about a delivery at my front door, but upon checking, there was no package to be found. After investigating using the E-Bay tracking number provided, it seems the package was meant for my address at [redacted] E 7th St. Neoga IL. [redacted], however, it was delivered to Grand Rapids, MN. [redacted] instead. This has happened to me twice, with a similar issue involving UPS. I am uncertain if the package delivered to Grand Rapids was intended for me or not, as well as whether it contains the SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner I purchased for $[redacted].00.
