Hello, This is my first experience with FedEx, and unfortunately, I am already encountering trouble. I sent two boxes to El Salvador to be delivered to a specific address. Despite having paid for the delivery to that address, the recipient called me to inform me that they have not yet received the collection. Upon investigation, I discovered that my parcels are currently being held in Clarence Delay, San Salvador. The person in possession of the parcels is requesting a fee and some unknown transaction before releasing them. This situation seems very confusing and frustrating. I paid for the parcels to be delivered to the specified address, and I don't understand why this is happening. I urgently need assistance to ensure that the parcels are delivered to the correct address as per my delivery form and what I have already paid for. On October 4, we dispatched several shipments to different destinations. However, a mix-up occurred, and the Tombstone Courthouse received not only their parcel but also the one intended for Lyman Lake State Park. We promptly informed Fedex and were furnished with incident number [redacted] for resolution. Despite our initial guidance on the package's location, Fedex contacted us today to express difficulties in locating it. Subsequently, I reached out to Tombstone Courthouse State Park, confirming that the items are indeed there, awaiting collection. Our customer is understandably frustrated by this unfortunate turn of events. We assured them that the matter with Fedex was being addressed, but it seems there was a lapse in follow-up on their part. We urgently seek clarification on when the misplaced shipment will be retrieved and successfully forwarded to the correct destination.

I would like to speak with a supervisor urgently regarding a recent unpleasant experience while scheduling a pick-up. My FedEx account numbers for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground are [redacted]69. I need assistance with scheduling the pick-up of seven boxes from my home in Georgia to be delivered to my address in Studio City, CA. I am in dire need of at least seven labels, as I have run out. I was told by your employees that only five labels could be provided due to company policy, which was upsetting. I have been a loyal FedEx customer for nearly 20 years and would greatly appreciate a prompt callback to discuss and resolve this matter over the phone. Please contact me at [redacted] to provide the necessary assistance for sending my daughter's medications and belongings to California. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by FedEx. We utilized a FedEx agent in HCMC, Vietnam to ship a package to JAMES JENNINGS in New York, USA. The package contained a painting rolled in a strong plastic tube designed for water piping, which FedEx somehow managed to break during the shipping process. Despite the obvious damage, FedEx attempted delivery four times, with the recipient not available. Upon inspection at the FedEx office, the damaged package was rightfully declined by the recipient. Now, FedEx is requesting the customer to collect the broken package, take it home, photograph it, and file a complaint. This experience is unacceptable, and I am deeply concerned about the handling of the situation. We regularly send 20-30 packages monthly from HCMC to the USA via FedEx, but unless this issue is promptly and satisfactorily resolved, we will be looking for an alternative courier service moving forward due to the poor service received.

My package with tracking number #[redacted][redacted] has not yet arrived. Yesterday, on October 29th at 6:30 PM, the FedEx delivery person came but did not have my package on the truck. I checked my front porch, and it was not left there either. I'm eager to know when and where I will receive my package. I have surveillance cameras around the front of my house and can confirm that no package has been delivered. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with FLYING-CARGO.RS in Belgrade, Serbia, who refused to send my package (ID [redacted]49) to customs without a fee of 40 euros. I want to report that I declined their services due to their unfair treatment and incorrect charges. When I purchased the item, it was clearly stated that shipping to Serbia was free, with a fee of 36.98 euros. However, FLYING-CARGO.RS asked for an additional 40 euros for customs representation and a service fee of 10 euros, totaling 50 euros, before the goods even reached customs. Despite numerous calls and unpleasant interactions with Mrs. J.L. from FLYING-CARGO.RS, I made it clear that I will not agree to their demands, and I am willing to return the package (FedEx No. [redacted]49) to Germany.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration at the lack of response to my previous messages. Not only did I not receive a reply to my earlier message through this service, but I also did not receive a return call after reaching out by phone today. Additionally, when attempting to obtain a contact email address from your virtual assistant, I was directed to an error page stating "Page Not Found." Navigating your website has proven to be quite challenging, despite being signed in. This obstacle has made it impossible for me to contact you directly. As a customer, I find it unprofessional and disheartening to encounter such difficulties when trying to communicate with your business. Although I have finally received the parcel due to an address error, I must express my deep frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. I am inquiring about my Walmart.com order with tracking number [redacted]16. The order was scheduled for delivery on November 7th, then delayed to the 8th, which also did not happen. After multiple delayed dates, the tracking indicated the package was damaged with no notification to us. Surprisingly, the damaged package seems to be redirected to South Carolina. Upon contacting Fedex on November 11th, I faced disconnections and rude behavior from a customer service representative. I expressed my concerns, only to be mocked and hung up on abruptly. This unprofessional treatment and mishandling of the situation have left me extremely disappointed. I hope for an explanation regarding these issues as this experience does not reflect good business practices. - Jennifer A.

For the past 15 years, I've had issues with FedEx deliveries to my rural address, making it difficult for me to receive packages. However, upon ordering from Chewy.com for my animal sanctuary, a dedicated FedEx driver made special efforts to locate me each time. Despite some challenges such as my bumpy driveway causing limitations on deliveries, the driver consistently made sure my items were dropped off. Sadly, this dependable driver was replaced, leading to my heavy pet supplies being left at a neighboring property. Despite multiple complaints to Chewy, the new FedEx driver persistently leaves packages far from my preferred drop-off spot, causing inconvenience and damage due to wildlife tampering with the parcels. As a senior citizen managing an animal sanctuary, the current delivery situation is causing me significant difficulty and distress. I am hopeful that Chewy and FedEx can work together to finally resolve this ongoing issue to ensure my orders are delivered properly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Sylvia L.

I have ordered a cell phone, and the delivery attempts have been made twice while I was at work. Unfortunately, the next delivery is also expected during my work hours, and I am unable to pick it up at a FedEx center. Is there any way to schedule the delivery time to ensure I receive the package? I am eager to have the phone and would appreciate any assistance. There have been no delivery notices left at my door, only text messages.

I recently placed an order with Alderson Lexus in Lubbock, TX, and my package was shipped via FedEx on December 5th, [redacted]. The package is currently at the FedEx location on Brasher Rd. I reside only 40 miles away in Artesia, NM. I kindly request for shipping tag #[redacted]40 to be held there, as I plan to pick it up in person tomorrow morning. I received a delivery notification for my package scheduled for 12/5, but on the day itself, it suddenly changed to pending status with no expected delivery date. I have not received any updates after signing up for them. The latest location was Troutdale, Oregon. It's confusing how the delivery status shifted without notice. I received notification that my package was delivered on Sunday, December 1st. However, as of today, December 6th, I have not received it at the front office, where all deliveries are typically held. I attempted to contact customer service by phone but was disconnected twice without speaking to anyone. The item in question is an XL Curry Jersey from NBAstore.com, sent via FedEx on November 27, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted]89. Despite FedEx indicating that the package has been delivered, it has not reached me. This was a birthday gift for my son, and the delay is disappointing. I would appreciate a callback to either myself or my husband, at [redacted] (Brandi) or [redacted] (Zach). It is crucial that the package is delivered promptly, as it was intended as a gift. I also request appropriate compensation for the time wasted trying to reach customer service. Rest assured, deliveries are secured at the front desk of the hotel and cannot be stolen from my doorstep.

Today at 9:48 am, a package was delivered to my apartment complex on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the box is too heavy for me to lift on my own. Despite calling FedEx nine times, I have not received any assistance as promised. The package was left in a vulnerable location where it could be easily taken by someone passing by. I was expecting my package to arrive on 12/4. However, the delivery date kept shifting - first to 12/5, then to 12/6, and eventually to "pending" on 12/7. Despite daily calls to FedEx since 12/5, with assurances of same-day delivery and even specific time frames, the package never arrived. I received a message on 12/6 stating delivery had been attempted, though I was home all day and found no slip. The FedEx app claims a slip was left with a number, but it's nowhere to be found. I was promised compensation for the inconvenience, but was later informed it was not possible due to Dell covering shipping costs. All I want now is clarity on the delivery status. I received an email on December 8 stating that my order with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered at 3:18 PM on the same day. However, I did not receive the package. The email claimed it was delivered to my door but it was not. I have checked neighboring apartments in my building and even reached out to the apartment management office this morning. I am looking to discuss the delivery of a package that was scheduled to arrive on December 2nd. I have already received another package I ordered on the 3rd, but the one due on the 2nd has been stuck at the same location. It has been showing as out for delivery every day. I placed this order on November 22nd. I have been in touch with customer service since then. I live only 20 minutes away and am willing to pick it up if it's available. I shipped three packages today from the FedEx store in Walmart in Marion, Iowa. I didn't receive the five-dollar discount for shipping each package, even though I spent over $15 on each. The employee said I should have mentioned it from the start, but there was a sign outside advertising the discount. I didn't have time to redo all three packages and felt like it was a scam. I called the store on 1st Avenue in Cedar Rapids and spoke with Steve who offered me the $15 from his register, even though it was not the store I visited. I appreciate Steve's gesture, but I still want my discount. I have the tracking numbers for all three packages. Steve's offer wasn't very friendly, and I believe the refund should come from FedEx directly. I'd like to know if I will be reimbursed. Thank you.

I was assigned 3 FedEx tracking numbers for Case #[redacted]. The delivery instructions specified to place the packages on the side of the garage without ringing the doorbell for a surprise for my wife. Unfortunately, FedEx didn't follow the instructions. The last package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]83 is still undelivered. I would like to request the same delivery instructions for my upcoming package with tracking number [redacted]76. Can I please get a new case number for this delivery?

I made an order on November 29th, and according to the tracking information, it was delivered on December 6th to a business plaza where I specified the store name. Unfortunately, when I checked my business's cameras, I saw that FedEx did show up, but they delivered the package to a different store within the plaza. I personally went to inquire about the package, but none of the businesses there have it. I believe FedEx should be more careful with their deliveries since not only did they fail to deliver it to the correct place, but they also handed it to a completely different business despite me providing the store name.
