I have experienced multiple delivery delays in the last two weeks due to a supposed "Local Delivery Restriction," which does not exist in my area. After a package took 5 days to arrive upon reaching the Hampton VA office, I now have two packages stranded there that were meant for delivery on 9 May, but faced the same issue. Despite a delivery scheduled for the 10th, the FEDEX truck passed by without attempting delivery. Currently, it indicates the packages won't arrive until the 12th, with uncertainty. The ongoing problems with the Hampton Office are disrupting my deliveries and are incredibly frustrating. The excuse of weather cannot be used as the weather has been good during the scheduled delivery times. This consistent issue leads me to believe that the FEDEX drivers may not be putting in sufficient effort.

I need assistance with changing the delivery address of a return package with FedEx. On March 31, I dropped off the package at Walgreens to send it to Somerset Mall in Troy, MI. After three weeks, FedEx attempted to deliver, but the store was closed. I reached out to FedEx on April 22 to have the package returned to me, but they were unable to do so. Each day I contacted FedEx, I received a different response until I was eventually transferred to a department that understood the need to change the shipping address to the return distribution center for the store. However, now for the past week, the package has been repeatedly moving between Lake Orion, MI, and Perrysburg, Ohio. I offered to pick up the package myself, but they declined.

I am encountering delivery issues. Being elderly with disabilities, I struggle to retrieve packages placed under the deck or against walls without notice. Despite a sign requesting deliveries to the front door, my recent package was left leaning underneath it. The delivery date notification is the only way I realize a package has arrived. I prefer packages at the front door, especially due to difficulties navigating steps to the basement garage. Sometimes, I find packages wet from rain due to their placement. The driveway leading up to the house is level and easily accessible, unlike the basement. It would greatly help if future deliveries could be left at the front door to avoid the inconvenience of searching for them.

I recently ordered a Ryobi sprayer that was unfortunately delivered by FedEx to the wrong address in Ellicott City. The address on the shipping label did not match where it was delivered. Upon contacting the seller, they declined to replace the missing item. Despite the efforts to retrieve it, FedEx was unable to do so. I believe the responsibility for this shipping error lies with the shipping company, not the seller or myself. I've been waiting at home all day for my package delivery. Yesterday's driver left a note for me to sign, and I've had it taped to my door today. The driver needs to enter the gate located at [redacted] W at Harmony Gardens to deliver the package with the sim card sent by SafeLink. The gate code is *[redacted], and it's just South of Victor's Tires. The door tag number is DT1[redacted] [redacted].

I ordered 4 packages from the same shipper. While 2 have arrived, the third one is missing despite leaving Middletown, CT at the same time. It has been in transit for 3 days with frequent tracking updates. The fourth package arrived in Middleton, CT and was delivered promptly, but the missing one is causing concern. Despite contacting FedEx multiple times, I have received no concrete information, only being told it's in transit and a trace would be done. Unfortunately, no follow-up has been provided, leaving me feeling frustrated and in the dark about the status of my package. The tracking information for the missing package has also been inconsistent, at one point even showing a different tracking number. I just want assurance that my package is found, in good condition, and will be delivered soon.

On May 11th, I ordered a $50 gift card from Walmart. I was provided with FedEx tracking number [redacted]99 for delivery by the 13th, which was later changed to the 14th. When the gift card didn't arrive, I called FedEx on the 15th and they initiated a tracer. On the 15th, Cindy from FedEx informed me that the gift card was still in Northampton, not yet in Philadelphia for delivery. Despite trying again on the 18th, FedEx said the tracking number was incorrect and disconnected the call. It has now been a week, and it appears that FedEx has lost my purchase. I am requesting FedEx to locate the missing item, and if that is not possible, I would like them to reach out to Walmart, clarify the issue, and arrange for a replacement to be sent.

I was expecting my package to arrive on May 14th. However, when I checked the tracking information on May 15th, it stated that delivery was made on May 13th. Upon contacting FEDEX, I was informed that the package was at their location because no one was available to receive it. They rescheduled the delivery for May 19th, but the package did not arrive. After another call to FEDEX, I was told they were searching for the package since May 15th and advised to contact the shipper if it was not received by Thursday. Despite my attempts to reach the shipper being unsuccessful, I am frustrated with the back and forth. It is concerning that despite FEDEX confirming the package was with them on May 15th, there seems to be a lack of coordination. I expect clarity by 6 PM today, otherwise, I will be making further inquiries to resolve this issue.

I ordered a Spin Bike that was supposed to be shipped from CA to MA. However, there have been multiple delays with the delivery. The tracking number is [redacted]06. After trying to arrange for pickup at a FedEx location due to the size of the package, there have been further issues. I opened claim case numbers [redacted] and [redacted]85, but there hasn't been any progress. I just want to understand why there are delays and when I can expect to finally receive or pick up my package. It's frustrating that it's been at the warehouse for a week now, especially considering how close it is to my location.

I am interested in picking up my package today instead of waiting for the delivery date. I contacted customer service and was able to arrange for the package to be held for me to pick up on the delivery date. However, I was informed that it would take 24 hours for the new label to be printed and the change to be processed. It is advisable to request this change early on to avoid delays. Additionally, FedEx is unable to expedite a package once it is out for delivery, so it is recommended to choose the fastest delivery service initially. Intercepting a package from the warehouse or delivery truck can also be challenging with FedEx.

I placed an order with Walgreens and used FedEx tracking number [redacted]12. Walgreens claims the package was delivered, but it never arrived. The delivery address is a street address for a location that has PO boxes designated for such deliveries. Despite my efforts to resolve this with Walgreens, they insist it was delivered while the PO box location hasn't received it. I would appreciate it if the delivery could be sent to the correct place. Additionally, I hope the tracking number can provide accurate information. I understand everybody makes mistakes, especially during these uncertain times, but I just wish for some empathy and effort to locate the package and ensure its contents are intact. I've already paid for the items, and I believe my request is not unreasonable. I hope for a resolution where the right thing is done.

I'm writing regarding Tract No. 1[redacted] [redacted]. I ordered floor tiles from southern California. The first five out of six packages arrived on Monday and Tuesday, but the sixth package was damaged in transit by FedEx and was initially considered "lost." It was later located in Sacramento on Thursday. After speaking with a customer service representative on Thursday, I was promised delivery by the end of business on Saturday, which was also updated on your website. However, when I checked on Saturday morning, the delivery date had been changed to Tuesday end of day. This inconsistency has been disappointing. Despite being told the package was in Fairfield, it was still in Sacramento. Communication indicating the package would arrive by Tuesday. I feel extremely frustrated and misled. The delayed delivery is inconvenient, occurring a week after the last package's arrival. I would appreciate your understanding of my situation and what fair compensation you believe is suitable.

Within two minutes of this time, an Amazon package was successfully delivered. This marks the third missing package within a two-week period. Additionally, tracking numbers [redacted]40 and [redacted]96 both show delivery status, but the packages were not received. Challenges seem to specifically arise with FedEx deliveries as other services like Amazon and UPS are received without issues. The recurring problem appears to be related to the delivery driver, potentially misidentifying the location or not delivering the items. Alleged deliveries have never been accompanied by missed delivery notifications. These undelivered items consist of medical equipment and a valuable car part, totaling over $[redacted]. One company has resent the package, which is the latest undelivered item. Urgent assistance is needed to address this ongoing issue promptly. I wanted to report an issue with my recent delivery experience. After signing up for an account to use the delivery manager service, I've had trouble with the delivery person not following my instructions. On Thursday, the 28th, the delivery individual forcibly opened my locked storm door, placing the package between my inside front door and the locked storm door. Subsequently, they left the security storm door open when they couldn't close it due to the latch being locked. I specified in my account to leave packages at the back door, which has easy access, so I am unsure why my instructions were not followed. This instance was concerning as it involved the forced opening of a locked door, which is unacceptable. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you.

I receive monthly deliveries from Chewy.com. However, there seems to be an issue with the delivery driver as the packages are left in front of my front door instead of at my garage door, despite the label instructions. I am 72 years old and find it difficult to move heavy boxes from the front door down to the garage. The recent tracking number was [redacted]89. I request that drivers pay attention to the delivery instructions. My experience with the customer service representative, Asia, was frustrating as I was placed on hold for an hour only to be put on hold again during my complaint. This recurring issue with FedEx deliveries is becoming very upsetting to me.

I recently received a delivery from Fedex. I was surprised to find the package placed next to my car in the driveway, near the left rear tire, instead of on the porch. This left it visible to anyone passing by, and with rain in the forecast, it could have been damaged. I've kept the package in the garage as a precaution. Although I don't have the tracking details, my address is 19 Maple Stream Rd., East Windsor, NJ [redacted]. I appreciate the essential service provided by Fedex drivers, like the one who made this delivery, but it might be helpful to remind them about proper delivery locations. I had a scheduled delivery for May 26th. Then I received a call changing it to the 29th. Customer service assured me it would arrive by the 27th but it didn't. Now the delivery date has been moved to the 1st. The package is an ebike battery essential for my commute to work. I need it today as it has already been double the 3 to 5 days promised. I can't keep using Uber daily. Please ensure FedEx delivers the package today. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am relocating from New York to Nashville, TN. I am in the process of ordering furniture online, aiming for deliveries after my move-in date on 6/8/20. Unfortunately, some deliveries are scheduled earlier, creating a challenge as my apartment complex can't hold or store them. I am unfamiliar with anyone in Nashville who could assist.
