I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account as it has been disabled. When attempting to provide proof of my identity using my passport or two forms of identification such as a banking statement and credit card picture, an error message appears indicating: "Your request couldn't be processed There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." This error prevents me from verifying my identity. I have already emailed [redacted] on October 4th, [redacted], with the required proof but have not received any bounce-back email, indicating the email address is functional. I have not received an automated response acknowledging the receipt of my email. Additionally, I messaged Facebook on Twitter, but they have not read my message from the past week. I attempted to call Facebook's contact number, but learned they only offer support to business customers.

I have submitted multiple requests to change the name of my page from ConsciousLife to The Mindful Soul Center following a rebranding. Despite changing the URL and Instagram handle successfully, my name change requests have been ignored or denied. After contesting the denial, Case #[redacted][redacted] was opened, but it has been unresolved for nearly a month. I am unable to purchase ads for my business due to the incorrect page name. Your assistance in promptly updating the page name to The Mindful Soul Center would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

On July 1, [redacted], our business faced a transition when the former manager resigned. Unfortunately, he cannot recall the login details for our Facebook page, Lakeside Golf Club (@LakesidegolfclubNE), hindering our efforts to maintain our online presence. Despite this setback, he is reluctant to cooperate with our attempts to update our social media accounts. Following his departure, I, Alexandra Oberg, assumed the managerial role. As part of my efforts to reestablish our business on Facebook, I have created a new page (Lakeside Golf Club [redacted]) using my personal account (AO Xandra). I am reaching out to request your support in deactivating our previous page and guiding our customers to our new page.

I am unable to access my account as I am not receiving the code on my cell phone. When I request the code, I am informed that I have attempted to log in too many times, but I never receive the code. I have tried to verify my identity on Facebook through email twice, but was denied. On the third attempt, with someone's assistance, I did not receive any response via email. I recently got a new phone and tried to log into my Facebook account but accidentally ended up creating a new one. I asked my granddaughter for help. The email for the original account differs by only one character, which is the number 13. Despite entering the correct email and password for the original account, it keeps redirecting me to the new account. I've attempted to delete the new account and log into the old one, but it continues to direct me to the new account every time.

My account was compromised recently, and despite my efforts to safeguard it by changing my password, the hacker managed to lock me out of my own Facebook. I attempted to recover my account using the codes from my trusted contacts, but they kept expiring. Even trying to reclaim it with my email or phone number isn't working, as the system claims they are in use by the hacker. I was told a recovery link was sent to my secondary email, but I never received it, and now that email is also marked as in use for recovery. I am desperate to regain access as it holds precious photos of my late parents. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account got hacked, and even after I provided my ID and informed Facebook of the incident, they disabled my account. Despite them unlocking it, a couple of days later, it was disabled again, alleging that I sent spam messages that I didn't send. I explained that my account was compromised, yet they locked me out. This issue is a problem because I have various accounts linked to my Facebook, including games. Now I can't access anything. I believe Facebook's actions in this situation are unjust, especially after I was honest with them.

I recently attempted to log in to my old Facebook account, which I had accessed without any issues previously. I wanted to update my phone number due to security concerns, but I couldn't remember my Gmail password and was unable to access my Gmail account. Subsequently, Facebook indicated that I was not the rightful owner of the profile. I am currently unable to seek assistance through another account. I have an alternate Facebook profile and email address that I can verify my identity with. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I tried to share an article on Facebook, but it couldn't be shared due to sensitive information. When I returned to Facebook, I noticed someone had accessed my account. I received a message this morning to change my password. I am concerned as this happened twice. Each time, Facebook went black for a few minutes and then returned. I found this suspicious. I fell victim to a $[redacted] scam on Facebook Marketplace. I have evidence to support my claim. Despite opening several unsuccessful cases with both Facebook and PayPal, I was unable to resolve the issue. The seller, Terren Thorpe, blocked me after scamming me last month. Shockingly, I received a notification that he relisted the item with a higher price. I urgently needed the phone I purchased and cannot afford to lose my money. The iPhone is now listed in Tallahassee, while his Facebook profile shows he is in Palm Beach. Despite constant messages, he only sent me an empty phone charger box with his name and a Georgia address.

Hello, I sent feedback regarding my daughter's Facebook account, but I haven't received the appropriate response. My father and her friend have created multiple accounts under different names. She is very young and people are setting up accounts for her without her knowledge. I am requesting the following accounts to be shut down: Jeanne Bahabur, Jeanne Perez, and Esther Jeanne Perez. The only account that should remain active is Jeanne Bahadur, as this is her real and legal name in Belize. I am trying to protect my daughter, and I have already discussed this issue with her. There are concerning incidents involving children in Belize, and I am concerned about her safety. I am unsure how to report this to Facebook as the accounts remain active despite selecting options indicating fake names and pretending to be someone else. It seems parents have no way to deactivate these accounts. Please deactivate the specified accounts.

During the night in Australia, my business page "Judah 1 Australia" on Facebook was taken away, claiming it was due to someone alleging ownership of the intellectual property rights. As the legitimate owner with all necessary legal and business documents, I request the immediate return of my page. The individual named "Everett Aaron," associated with the claim, does not correspond with the provided email address. I suspect foul play as I had recently advertised the business for sale. This situation has left me without my business page and facing substantial legal expenses.

Hello, I have a Facebook account under the name of Stephen WIlliams, and my email associated with it is [redacted] Unfortunately, my account was compromised by hackers, and even after I managed to regain access through my email, they have once again hacked into it and removed the email from my Facebook page. Now I am unable to recover my account through the usual methods of recognizing friends or recent comments. I am seeking assistance to recover my account and I am willing to provide any necessary information such as old passwords to facilitate the process. Thank you.

I kindly request that one of the Facebook Admin customer service representatives contact me at +64 [redacted] regarding copyright issues related to a song used in the Samsung One Drive App on my Samsung A10 Android phone. While creating music trivia clips for my Facebook Music Group using audio clips from this app, I unintentionally violated Facebook's Community Policy regarding copyrighted material by posting it in my Music Group, which I manage. I am disappointed to have been restricted on Facebook because of using the Samsung App to enhance the music experience for members of my Music Group. I was recently lured into a scam promising me $50,[redacted] by the World Bank. I mistakenly provided them with a photo of my driver's license and my password. Realizing my error, I informed them that I am not interested, but now all my friends are receiving the same message. As a result, I am unable to access my Facebook account as my password keeps getting changed. I have resorted to creating multiple new accounts just to continue communicating with others. My makeup business relies heavily on Facebook and Instagram, so this situation is causing me a lot of trouble. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My personal and non-profit business accounts are currently under review after I implemented tighter security measures and other changes. Unfortunately, I am unsure why I am being denied access, and this has left me quite frustrated. There are [redacted] members, victims of terrorism, associated with Targeted Individuals N.W.O. who rely on these accounts, and I am concerned about them losing access during this downtime that has lasted the entire day. A few weeks ago, my account was compromised by an email from [redacted] I request that my Facebook activity be monitored and documented without any threats of shutdown. Establishing a trusting relationship with me and ensuring vigilance against potential threats such as the "boogeymen" or FBI is crucial. My website link is currently blocked on Instagram and Facebook. I am unsure why this is happening, especially since I have previously run ads for the same website without issues. Whenever I try to post the link on Instagram, it indicates that it is blocked. I attempted to address the problem using the Facebook debugger, but it is indicating that the link does not comply with the community guidelines. This situation is perplexing as I have successfully run ads for this website on Facebook before. The issue is now impacting my efforts on Instagram, as I recently engaged an influencer to promote my website but they are unable to post the link.

I am currently facing a blackmail situation where someone is threatening to post a video of me. I have a few accounts with my friends list that I cannot access. My Facebook account keeps getting hacked and disabled. Someone has taken control of my groups as well. Despite multiple complaints to Facebook, the hacker is still outsmarting me, and I can't find the options to contact the Facebook team for help. My Facebook account, [redacted], got disabled for "violating guidelines" while I was using it for a Madden Mobile login. I got locked out and couldn't receive a code after entering my phone number multiple times. Creating a new account also violated guidelines. I really need access to my [redacted] account to save my progress on Madden Mobile. Thank you!
