Hello, I go by the name Ebony Queen on Facebook. I've been experiencing problems for the past month as someone has been creating fake accounts to harass and torment me. They have been using my photos on these fake accounts with names like Glen King, Paul Young, Gordon Tompson, and most recently, Joy Troy Brooks. Despite reporting these fake profiles, I have not seen any actions taken. It is troubling that this individual is able to continue these actions unchecked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I'm Tenaya Krill. Recently, I was hacked on both Facebook and Instagram. I managed to regain access to Instagram about 2 weeks ago, but I'm still struggling to log back into Facebook. I recently experienced unauthorized access to my account. Following the security breach, I promptly changed my password and logged out from all devices as advised. However, I am encountering difficulty logging in now as the system requests a 6-digit code from the code generator. Despite multiple attempts, I am not receiving any codes on my cellphone. This has left me unable to access my account to generate the required code or even verify the phone number listed on my account. I have already submitted a photo ID for verification several hours ago but have not received any response yet. I suspect that the hackers may have altered my cellphone number associated with the account. Your prompt assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my new phone. When I tried to log in, it prompted me for a code that was supposed to be sent via SMS, but I never received the message. I attempted to go through the facial and photo ID verification process without success. Despite closely following Facebook's online help resources, I am still unable to log in. I have confirmed that all my account details, such as phone number, email, and password, are correct.

I encountered an issue when trying to post a job ad. Despite attempting to boost the ad with $25, I couldn't complete the process due to a "location not valid" error. Surprisingly, I later discovered that the ad had been posted multiple times. I urgently need assistance to remove the extra ads and prevent any charges for them. While I was scrolling through my Facebook page, a pop-up appeared that I couldn't back out of, and it accidentally reported my friend Dana Howard's page or her The Peace of Heaven page. The next day, Dana told me that she got kicked out of her Facebook page, and The Peace of Heaven page was deactivated. There was nothing against Facebook's policies on either of her pages. I accidentally reported it while scrolling too fast without being able to back out. I believe this might have been what caused the issue. I am certain there is a way to verify this situation. Despite changing my password, my account was suspended again for 7 days without resolve. I received a message about suspicious activity and was asked to provide a valid phone number linked to my account. Unfortunately, I have not had access to my phone number for over a year due to financial reasons. I use two-factor sign-in with Duo, which provides me a code to log in. Recently, I gave an old account to a streamer named Dee Didders from Toronto, Canada. Today, I tried to log in with my new number, and after texting to [redacted], it asked for my Duo login code, which was sent to a Maryland number. This number could be an old one of mine or possibly belong to my husband. For any assistance, please call me at [redacted]. Dear Facebook Support, I recently encountered difficulty remembering my password and accessing my recovery email. Despite providing my current Gmail account, I realized it was linked to an unknown Facebook account. Consequently, I created a new Facebook account to receive the code needed. I am concerned about Facebook's request for my ID for verification instead of using security questions. Furthermore, I am puzzled by the platform claiming my current email belongs to another user when I am indeed the rightful owner of the account. Hello, my name is Alexandra Bloom. I have been using the same Facebook account for over a decade now. I am experiencing an issue where our main page posts show up on all location pages when viewed on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I managed to locate the settings for sharing posts from the main page to each location page. However, I couldn't find how to ensure these posts are visible on both mobile and desktop. Our goal is to have all main page posts display on every location page regardless of the device used. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I encountered an issue with Mark Zuckerberg regarding updating my name on Facebook. Despite trying to change it to something simple like "CraigPhyllis," I faced difficulties. Additionally, he inexplicably reduced the font size of everything on my Facebook page, making it potentially hard for my readers to comfortably view the content. As an individual known as ManKind or The First Man, I believe Mark Zuckerberg's actions towards me could be seen as unreasonable.

As a member of Janis Ian's Facebook page, I recently learned that she has been banned for an unspecified "violation of community standards." I find this decision confusing because Janis is known to be a liberal Democrat and not someone typically targeted for censorship. With ongoing lawsuits against YouTube and Google for similar actions, where conservative voices are suppressed, I am concerned about the fairness of Janis's ban. As an advocate for freedom, I urge Facebook to reinstate Janis's access promptly. Moreover, I believe that Facebook should be regulated like a public utility to ensure the protection of Constitutional rights, particularly under the 1st Amendment. I recently discovered a photo of myself with my colostomy bag on my timeline on Facebook. This is a sensitive image related to my medical condition that I did not authorize to be posted. I am very upset as I did not give permission for Facebook to access photos from my phone and share them without my consent. Hello, I am Pete Fisher, the owner of Station FM LLC also known as @stationformen. On October 1st, [redacted], when I tried to create an ad using the ads manager platform, I received an alert stating that my account was disabled due to unusual activity. Despite my efforts to recover the account by clicking the link associated with it, I encountered another alert stating that the account does not exist. I have been promoting ads for nearly a year and now wish to transition solely to using ads manager. Consequently, I have halted all boosted posts and ads on Facebook and am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help.

After successfully resetting my password due to getting a new phone, I encountered issues with logging back into several accounts. The new phone prompts for a two-factor authentication code, and despite entering several codes, they were deemed incorrect. As a result, the codes have been exhausted, leading to a halt in receiving further ones. The trouble extends to the iPad, flagged as an unknown device during login attempts. Despite following Facebook's authentication procedures with a photo holding a specified code and providing my ID, there has been no resolution. Regaining access to my Facebook account is paramount.

I recently switched phone carriers and phones. I'm facing an issue logging into Facebook on my new device as I'm not receiving the login code via text.
