My account was disabled without explanation, and I believe it was due to sharing an image incorrectly labeled as racist. The photo I posted depicted Thor's hammer (Mjolnir) and Odin's ravens, Huginn and Munin, in the context of a Pagan Facebook group called M³ (Magick, Metaphysics, & Mysticism Discussion). The image included Norsr runes, often used by Pagans for divination purposes, not for racist intent. The group I founded explicitly prohibits hate speech and discrimination. Unfortunately, the deactivation of my account led to the loss of a photo album with my children and original poems, compounded by the inability to retrieve them due to a forgotten password.

I appear to have four separate Facebook accounts. My most recent one, created on September 1, [redacted], is the one I actively use. Due to using my stage name "Gary Moto" when setting up my accounts, there have been complications. I have lost access to one Gmail account (garymoto322), forgotten the email associated with the oldest account, and deliberately deleted the account before my current one. An old account was reinstated by Android without my permission. I am seeking assistance to delete all my accounts except the newest one. I am open to providing any necessary documentation for identity verification, such as a selfie with a 6-digit number. Unfortunately, I cannot access the old accounts and fear accidentally erasing my new one. I recently lost access to my Instagram account linked to the deleted Gmail account. I am eager for help to resolve this confusion. Gary Walukiewicz

I attempted to reply to a post with a GIF of a made character from the show Workaholics flashing his nipple from the GIF selection provided. However, I have been restricted from posting, commenting, and liking for 7 days. I find it frustrating that the GIF was available in your selection if it goes against your policies. I selected the GIF from your options to reply to a friend's post and now I am facing these consequences. I want this resolved today as I believe it was unfair given the circumstances. I am growing increasingly frustrated with these restrictions on my account.

I've been blocked twice for comments that did not violate any company rules. In the first instance, a friend mentioned a stolen BBQ grill, and I responded by emphasizing that both white and black communities have good and bad individuals. In the second situation, someone pointed out perceived financial favoritism towards white people, and I referenced a passage from Animal Farm to illustrate inequality. These were not meant to be offensive but rather to share perspectives. I come from a mixed family and advocate for kindness. I feel the blocks were unjust. - Carol Kruger

I experienced an issue with my Facebook account after clearing my cache and cookies. Despite following the provided instructions, submitting my passport photo multiple times, and changing my password, I have not received any response or resolution to access my account. My account history should reflect that I have been an active user for an extended period using my writer byline, Ross Caplin. However, I need to regain access under my real name.

Hello,
I am originally from Germany and have always used Facebook there. Upon moving to the USA, I unfortunately encountered a hacking issue with my Facebook account. As a result, I have been unable to access my profile where I have cherished memories with my five children, who were last seen on the platform at ages 15 months, 4 years, 5 years, 12 years, and 15 years. They have grown up now, and not being able to connect with them through Facebook has been very difficult for me. I believe my account was compromised by an individual named Paul Fred from Sweden, as his picture appears when I try to log in. My daughter, who is also on Facebook and resides with me, has already reported this person to Facebook for suspicious activity. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints and my disablement, I am unable to seek paid assistance. I kindly request help in reclaiming access to my Facebook account under my name so I can reconnect with my children, as this account represents a significant part of my life that I hold dear. I appreciate any support you can provide in addressing the situation with the individual who hacked my account. Thank you.

I am facing a significant issue with my Facebook account. The problem lies in the fact that my Facebook is linked to an old Yahoo email account that I can no longer access to retrieve the necessary code to change my password. The Yahoo account's secret questions are not displaying properly due to its age, preventing me from changing the password. Additionally, when attempting to add a different email to my Facebook account, I am prompted to enter the current password I am unable to change. This creates an endless cycle of frustration. I urgently need to resolve this as I find myself stuck in a loop with no clear solution in sight. If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to navigate this issue, please assist me.

Dear Facebook Support Team,
I am writing to inform you that my business account "Treasure Crib" (Account number: [redacted][redacted]) has been disabled due to two ad disapprovals for violating Facebook policies. I understand that the issue may have stemmed from using the term "Unisex" in my ads, which could be seen as discriminatory, according to the Prohibited Content policy regarding Discriminatory Practices.
I apologize for any oversight and take full responsibility for correcting this mistake. I will promptly remove the ads and adjust the wording to ensure compliance with Facebook policies moving forward.
I kindly request guidance on the necessary steps to reactivate my account so that I can continue utilizing Facebook's advertising services.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.

Hello, I need assistance in removing persistent SPAM that keeps appearing across several groups I am part of. This has been ongoing for weeks, and I am unsure how to block or delete it. Is this an issue with my laptop or something else? The SPAM message I keep seeing is as follows:
"Hello everyone! :D I recently came across a TV commercial promoting a special offer from an online casino. By making a minimum payment of £25, you can receive a welcome bonus of over [redacted]%. I deposited £25 and was able to play with £[redacted]. Fortunately, I won £[redacted] and promptly withdrew it, receiving the funds in my account within two days. The code to avail of this offer is "57TBG4929". Simply search for it on Google and click the first link in the results. This promotion is only valid until the end of the week, so act fast :) Please remember that the bonus is applicable for payments of £25 or more."
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or instructions on permanently stopping this. Thank you <3
Sincerely, Pat

Hello, my mother dropped her phone and although it still turns on, the screen is cracked. During this time, she tried to log into her Messenger account from a new phone but couldn't remember her password. After requesting the password multiple times and not receiving the reset SMS, she ended up creating a new account using the same phone number. Now, she has two accounts but would like to deactivate the new one and regain access to her original account with all her messages and photos. Is there a way to do this? Thank you! :)

Hello, good morning! I’m reaching out regarding my friend's distressing Facebook situation. Someone altered his password, and despite our efforts to regain access, we encountered a unique challenge. The email linked to his Facebook account seems to be non-existent. Facebook claims to have sent a code to this email for verification, but the email is unrecognized by Yahoo. Interestingly, when I attempted to email this address from my Gmail, a message indicated it could not be delivered as the address was not found. It's frustrating to face this situation, and it's disheartening to feel like Facebook may not be taking this seriously.

There are concerns about a person named Patricia Clifford who delayed distributing a bereavement collection claiming a portion as her own supposed contribution. She held on to the funds for almost three months until members of the secret Facebook group realized the intended recipient had not received the full amount. Patricia eventually returned some of the money but kept £42, arguing that £35 was her own and her son's contribution, implying she still retained £7 that did not belong to her. Following complaints, Patricia closed the group and blocked those who raised the issue. Further information suggests she has borrowed money from multiple people under false pretenses and failed to repay some of them. Efforts are being made to address the situation caused by these actions.

Good evening,
I've been locked out of my profile since June due to 2 Factor Authentication issues. I have not been receiving the 6-digit text to proceed. Despite numerous attempts following the required process, Facebook has not responded after updating my ID every time. My login email is [redacted] and my mobile is [redacted], which is not recognized by Facebook for some reason. This situation is a serious privacy violation and I hope for assistance to regain access to my account. I am willing to provide more information if needed, but I urgently require Facebook's help to resolve this matter.
Thank you,
Davide G.

Hello. I want to report that my account, Fwogos Wunmi Simi, associated with the email [redacted] and phone number +[redacted][redacted], was hacked on Friday, September 27, [redacted]. To alert my friends about the hacker seeking funds in my name, I created a new account. I even conversed with the hacker via the new account to discourage their actions. However, the following day, Facebook disabled my new account. Despite numerous attempts to regain access to my original account using the "forgot password" option, Facebook claims it does not recognize my email or phone number associated with the account. They state that the email [redacted] and phone number +[redacted][redacted] have been disabled. My old account is crucial as it is linked to multiple business pages and groups I manage, such as Hands and Skill Initiative, Exceptional Networks Worldwide Ltd, Homeric Spices, and Pick a Child and Help. Moreover, the hacker is using my son's lost phone number, [redacted][redacted], to operate the account. I am disappointed with the discrimination against conservative views on this platform. I expressed concerns about Nancy Pelosi's support for providing healthcare to illegal immigrants over our military veterans. It's frustrating that pointing out illegal actions is labeled as hate speech, while liberals freely criticize President Trump. The bias against conservative voices is evident in the censorship of our posts while allowing liberal opinions to flourish. Such treatment is unjust and offensive. The platform's policies favoring liberal views while stifling conservative perspectives are clearly biased. This double standard is unacceptable, and I believe there should be accountability for censoring conservative values while promoting a liberal agenda.

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hackers have shared my private pictures, videos, phone number, and address with numerous people, including friends and family on my friends list. They also altered my photos, including my profile picture, causing me immense distress and embarrassment. After changing my password at 9pm, they re-entered my account by adding themselves as trusted contacts. Subsequently, they changed my email address and recovery phone number, preventing me from regaining access. I urgently need assistance as there are irreplaceable pictures, especially of my ill mother and deceased friend, that I can only access on the platform. I have identified the hackers as Danny Berry, Tabitha Martin, and Olivia. Please, I implore you to help me resolve this situation promptly.

I am experiencing frustration because my account was compromised last Sunday, leading to a change in email address and password. While attempting to buy resale concert tickets on a Facebook event page, I unwittingly shared my login credentials and even provided a picture of my driver's license. It seems the hacker needed that image to authenticate with Facebook and access my account. The email was switched to [redacted], preventing me from resetting my password. Efforts to retrieve the 6-digit code were futile due to the altered email and password. The hacker utilized my driver's license for verification, gaining unauthorized entry to my Facebook. I have been endeavoring to regain control of my account for a week now. Your guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Facebook account under the name Josh Tired is now inaccessible. After logging out, I attempted to sign back in but was told my password was invalid, despite being certain I entered it correctly. I've been attempting to recover the account through my registered email and phone number but both are inactive. Facebook hasn't provided an option to submit my valid ID for account recovery, unlike what others have experienced. To regain access, I need to contact at least three trusted contacts, but unfortunately, I don't recall who they are.
I suspect someone may be trying to hack my account and change the password. There have been numerous transactions on the account making this situation urgent.
For now, my messenger remains active, and I am using a code to log in. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, even if there are associated costs. Thank you in advance for your help.

To Facebook Customer Support,

I've tried to recover my account, but I couldn't verify with my changed email and inaccessible phone number in Germany. I am currently unable to access my phone in Nepal to make changes. I urgently request for my account to be blocked to prevent further misuse.
Please advise me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly.
