I was asleep when I received three consecutive emails at 3:52 am. Someone attempted to reset my password, leading to the removal of my primary email address ([redacted]) and phone number ([redacted]) from my account. I have been struggling all day to recover access to my account. Before being logged out, I managed to deactivate an ad that had been set up with a $100k budget for leather bags, targeting locations in Vietnam and Florida. However, after closing the ad on my phone, my password was reset, and I was locked out with no success in regaining entry. The assigned email address is now [redacted], with both personal and business information linked to it. My personal details, such as marital status on my wife's page, have also been affected, showing as unmarried. I can still view my business pages, yet my primary personal information is now unavailable.

I have been receiving scam ads on my account and decided to change my password upon someone's suggestion. Facebook sent a verification code to my email, which was successful, but then sent another code to an old telephone number that I no longer have access to. Due to not being able to verify my account, I attempted to create a new account using my real name with my middle name added. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled this account. Despite reaching out to the help center multiple times and asking friends for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I added my new French mobile number to my account but forgot to remove the old phone number, which I no longer possess. I kindly request Facebook to update my account to only send verification codes to my current French mobile number. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, this is Esther Butzlaff. My membership has been disabled multiple times, and I would like to understand why. Despite being in Facebook jail a few times for posting puppy ads, I always appealed and tried to delete the ads myself. However, Facebook kept finding old ads (up to 4 or 5 months old) before I could remove them. Not only did you close one group, but you closed two groups I had. I had already stopped posting ads and was just another regular user sharing pictures of my puppies without mentioning they were for sale. I even clearly stated "NOT FOR SALE" in my posts. One day, unexpectedly, my account was disabled without warning. I have reduced my puppy litters to only two a year and ceased selling after my initial suspension. Please reconsider and reinstate my account. As a 63-year-old woman living alone, my Facebook friends are my support system, especially my only way to communicate with my 10-year-old grandson who lives far away. This situation has left both of us devastated. Thank you, Esther Butzlaff. [redacted]

One girl's account was hacked without my knowledge. She messaged me about it, warning me of bad posts. As she couldn't be found, she sent a link to her profile. I clicked on it, unknowingly falling into the trap. We had a mutual friend, so I added her on Snapchat casually. Later, I discovered she was hacked, and the hacker messaged me, threatening to hold my Facebook and Instagram hostage for $50 or explicit pictures. Refusing to comply, I created new accounts with different credentials, being cautious of unfamiliar links and contacts. Despite my efforts, the hacker managed to compromise another account and attempted blackmail once more. This experience has been unsettling, and I worry about others, especially minors, facing similar threats. It's alarming that such breaches can occur, prompting me to report the incident to the police promptly.

My Facebook account was hacked yesterday evening. I was suddenly logged out from my phone and unable to access it. The trusted contacts feature didn't work even when I entered the codes. I couldn't upload a valid ID because I couldn't access that option. My email and mobile number were also unavailable for recovery. Thank you.

Hello Facebook,
I am unable to log into my account because it has been disabled by mistake. Therefore, I need to send you my government-issued ID card with my personal information such as name and date of birth. It's important that the name on my Facebook account matches the name on my ID card to prove that this Facebook account belongs to the owner of the ID card, which is me.
So, in order to reactivate my account, I have sent you the information confirming that this account belongs to me personally. Thank you.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I represent ICDO (International Cultural Diversity Organization), an NGO that hosts the annual event Long Nights of Interculturality in Vienna. This event celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and freedom of speech by showcasing national performances from individuals, embassies, and the city of Vienna. Our goal is to provide a platform for artists to express themselves and for the public to experience different cultures.
We encounter a problem with our event listing on Facebook due to an abusive report, preventing us from promoting and allowing registration for our event. This is in direct conflict with our mission of promoting diversity and understanding.
ICDO aligns with Facebook's mission of building communities and bridging cultures. More than 25 countries participate in our event, bringing their artists to Vienna to foster better communication and appreciation among a diverse audience.
We seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly to ensure our event's success.
Best regards

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for the past 10 days. After being logged out and struggling with password recovery, I received a recovery code, followed the steps to change my password, but now I am being asked to provide an Authenticator code. The problem is my account is linked to an old email and phone number. Despite explaining this in my replies, only password recovery codes are being sent to me. I am eager to regain access to my established account with just an Authentication code. This situation has been extremely frustrating for me. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Today, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account, which has been crucial for the success of my self-run business. Unfortunately, my account was blocked from all actions due to a situation where I shared my details with someone who later hacked my account, possibly violating Instagram's terms of service. I understand the importance of account security and have already taken steps to secure it by changing my password. However, I urgently need to post content to continue operating my business smoothly. I sincerely regret the oversight in sharing my information and assure you that I will not make the same mistake again. I kindly request a reconsideration of the account block so that I can resume posting for my business tomorrow. I appreciate Instagram's tools and support in helping me grow my business and maintain a positive online presence. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello! I am seeking assistance regarding my Facebook account. I had previously deleted my old account and attempted to create a new one. However, Facebook disabled my new account multiple times for reasons that remain unclear to me. Despite creating a new account and obtaining a new SIM card for registration, my current account has been temporarily suspended. Facebook has requested a photo for identity verification, which I have already submitted. I am currently awaiting verification and hope to avoid any further disablement of my account. I kindly ask for your help in addressing this issue with Facebook. Thank you for your time and support. Have a great day!

I'm switching to a new phone and trying to reset my password through trusted contacts since I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account. Despite my trusted contacts sending me codes, I never receive the final code email for identity confirmation. I waited two days before trying again with a new email, but still face the same issue. I even checked both spam folders for any missed emails.

Dear Customer Service,
I created a Facebook account for business purposes to promote my shop. Unfortunately, within about 2 weeks, Facebook keeps locking my account every time I upload a picture. The pictures are nice and clean with no objects or people around. I have emailed support numerous times, and although the page gets unlocked, it gets locked again shortly after when asked to verify my picture. This cycle keeps repeating, and I need access to my account as it contains my personal and business information. I'm unsure what the issue is. Could you please investigate and assist me in fixing this problem? It's crucial for me to have uninterrupted access. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Grzegorz Mondel

Hello,
I manage a Facebook page for my business called Ladybug Paper Co. Recently, I deactivated my personal Facebook account and created a new blank account solely for maintaining the business page without a personal profile.
This new account, using my maiden name Catherine Cook instead of Catherine Bolivar, was made the sole admin for the Facebook page. Unfortunately, the new account got disabled, leaving the Facebook page unpublished and inaccessible.
I am looking to regain access to my Facebook page. I can provide proof of ownership using checks and other relevant information. If there's a way to reactivate my disabled account or make my old deactivated account the admin again, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Catherine Cook

Hello, my name is Afia Noshin. Recently, I encountered some difficulties with my Facebook accounts. I have two accounts under the same name, Afia Noshin. The primary account that I have used for an extended period got locked after I received a notification about a suspicious login. When prompted to change the password for security purposes, I discovered that the current password was incorrect despite not having made any changes. Additionally, the email associated with the account is outdated and no longer in use with Yahoo. The phone number linked to the account is from Bangladesh, but I have since relocated to the USA. I shared a post about my move to the USA on my account, where my profile picture features me in a green gown as a Desi bride. My account email is [redacted] As I am now in the USA, I am unable to use the phone number linked to my account to receive the verification code. I am planning to visit Bangladesh next week and activate my local SIM card. Should I wait until then to attempt to regain access to my account? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently created a business page for my friend's new business using the email [redacted] After filling in his details and uploading the company logo for the profile picture, my friend attempted to log in from his phone. He was prompted to upload a profile picture, thinking it was to be the company logo, which he re-uploaded. Subsequently, the account was placed under review and later suspended. We are hoping to have the account unsuspended so we can successfully set up the new business page. Thank you, R Wallace

I am experiencing difficulty on Facebook as I am limited to sharing my posts with only a few friends even though I have hundreds of friends. I have reported this issue multiple times through the Help Center but have not received any response. I would like Facebook to allow me to share my information with all my friends without restrictions, as long as the content is appropriate and does not lead to complaints. Most of my friends appreciate and approve of the content I share, and those who do not have control over their timeline settings to manage what appears on their profiles.

At the beginning of June, my Facebook account was disabled unexpectedly. Despite my efforts, I haven't received any assistance after a month of sending appeals. I assure you that the account belongs to me, and I can provide my personal information and valid IDs for verification. This account is crucial to me as it contains personal and significant files for my studies and work. It is linked solely to my phone number: [redacted]7. I am from the Philippines and urge Facebook to assist me in restoring my account to retrieve my important data. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue on Facebook where I am limited to sharing my posts with only a few of my hundreds of friends at a time without any explanation or recourse. I have tried reporting this problem through the Help Center multiple times but have not received any response. I am requesting that Facebook allow me to share information with all of my friends' timelines as long as the content meets community standards and is well-received by my friends. Most of my friends appreciate what I share, and those who don't have filters in place.

Hello Facebook Support,
I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my Facebook account. I set up the account years ago under the name Phương Quýnh Luu without realizing that it's against the terms to use a false name. Recently, my account was disabled due to suspicious activity and now requires an ID for verification. Unfortunately, since I was young when I created the account and used a fake name, I don't have an ID to verify it. I do still have access to the email connected to the account and would like to reinstate it with my real identity.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Instagram account today. I rely on my account to promote my small business, and it plays a crucial role in its success. Recently, I shared my details with someone who claimed they could help improve engagement on my account. I urgently need to post content for my business, as tomorrow is a significant day. I have taken steps to secure my account and understand the importance of safeguarding my information. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and respectfully request that the action block be lifted so I can resume posting for my business. Thank you for your understanding.
