I am facing issues regaining access to my Facebook account. I have attempted various methods without success. The email connected to my Facebook account, [redacted], cannot be accessed, and my phone number is inactive. Communication with Facebook support has been unhelpful even after submitting my driver's license for verification. I urgently require assistance from a live customer service representative to regain entry into my account. I am frustrated by the difficulty Facebook is causing me, making it easy for hackers and distressing for genuine users. Please assist me promptly in recovering my account, as it holds sentimental personal photos spanning years that are invaluable to me.

I signed up using my email address instead of a phone number. I don't recall providing an alternate email. I am using a library computer that clears cookies every 2 hours. When attempting to log into Facebook, it required a mobile number. I did provide it, but my old phone no longer supports texting. I can't afford a new phone and don't believe I should need one for Facebook while I don't for Hotmail, Gmail, or Pinterest. Without an alternative email, unable to receive texts, and on a public computer, I'm unsure what to do. Should I forgo using Facebook? My email is [redacted], and I can provide an alternative now, [redacted] The phone number I tried to use is [redacted].

A friend informed me that they accessed my Facebook account without permission. Panicked, I immediately changed the password but forgot to note it down. Later, I struggled to recall the new password as I hadn't saved my phone number on the account and forgot the recovery email details. I remember my friends listed on the account who can vouch for my identity. Despite these challenges, I'm willing to prove my ownership through the account's photos and by contacting specific friends. I'm prepared to engage in a live chat with Facebook's support team. Unfortunately, I haven't accessed this account in three years due to lost login information. I'm seeking assistance to regain access as creating a new account is not preferable. Please respond, and I can provide my Facebook name for verification.

I have not used my Facebook ad account for some time. Now, I have created a new page and linked it to my new Instagram for online selling. When attempting to promote my page and adding a new card, I keep receiving a message that my card is declined and requesting me to try another card. Despite trying multiple cards, the issue persists. I require assistance as I cannot boost my page without resolving this card problem. My name on Facebook is Anidi Blessing E., my pages are Porsche Empire Mau and A.M.B. I aim to promote these two pages. I am currently in Mauritius trying to start an online business using Facebook and Instagram to reach my audience. Kindly help me with setting up my card.

My ad boosting capability got suspended for violating policies. I reviewed the program as suggested, but my account remains disabled. They keep recommending post boosting to reach more people, but I can't do so with the suspension. Reactivating my account would greatly expand the audience for my pet food business.

I created a Facebook page named "Last Town" on January 6, [redacted]. Recently, I created a new page and noticed that the first page was set up without an email login. I run this page solely for playing SimCity BuildIt, and my only connections are my in-game towns. Facebook has locked me out due to multiple login attempts. I am unable to transfer my town to another device without access to my original page. Despite the existence of two "Last Town" pages, I am being blocked from logging into the newer one. I would like guidance on how to regain access to my original page to proceed with the game. My in-game alias is Sherry Klumpp, as I prefer not to use my real name for gaming purposes, reserving that for my other legitimate pages. Previous attempts to resolve this through Facebook have been unsuccessful as the file they sent was for the incorrect page and could not be opened.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. The platform is requesting that I contact "friends" to obtain a verification code, but I only have access to one of the "friends'" contact information. This limitation restricts me to receiving just one code, leaving my account security at risk with no alternative method available. Upon visiting the specified website for assistance, Facebook prompted me to upload a photo ID. Despite attempting to do so, I received an error message stating that my Facebook account is not disabled. However, as I am unable to log in, it appears as though it is disabled from my perspective.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty accessing a profile I created for my late daughter as a means to safeguard her photos. I recall the email address and password but am being prompted to provide a photo ID for access. The email linked to the profile is [redacted] under the name Annabel Dehart. My current Facebook account email is [redacted] and my name is Cassandra Nabor. I'd greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to the profile, especially since it holds sentimental value. I've submitted a picture of my ID but unsure if it'll suffice. Your help is sincerely appreciated. Thank you.

I disabled my original Facebook account (username: M. Saunders) back in [redacted]. In [redacted], I created a new account under M. Findlay-Saunders. Surprisingly, I've used the same email address ([redacted]) for both accounts. Recently, when setting up my new phone, I logged into what should have been my new account but was unexpectedly given access to the old deactivated one. I've attempted to log into my rightful account using the code sent to my phone, but I haven't received any codes. I'm puzzled by this issue as I've successfully logged into my new Facebook account on various devices, including my PC, using the same login details as today. Additionally, I find it odd that this occurred when I switched to a new iPhone, especially since the telephone number associated with the old deactivated account is different from my current one. Kindly assist me in resolving this promptly.

I had my Sony Xperia motherboard fail in Pakistan. I managed to get a new motherboard for my phone and tried to log in to Facebook from various devices. After changing passwords, now I can't access my account due to security checks asking me to get codes from friends or confirm from other devices. Despite trying different codes and logging in from my laptop and temporary Android phone, I'm feeling frustrated and considering deleting my 15-year-old Facebook account. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Saba U.

Yesterday, on April 26 at 7 a.m., a friend called me asking about a $5,[redacted] grant I supposedly received $[redacted],[redacted] for. Initially denying any knowledge, she explained that my name and picture were posted on Facebook by someone else without my consent. Another family member texted me about the same situation, confirming my account was hacked. I am troubled by this as I joined Facebook to share with loved ones. This breach of privacy has left me feeling uneasy. What steps should I take to address this issue and secure my account?

I have forgotten my password and I am unable to receive the reset code via email. I would like to receive the code through SMS, but I cannot remember my registered password for Facebook. I have been a member since [redacted] and only changed my password this year. I remember the second-to-last password, but I changed it last week due to a notification from Facebook. I was online on the 23rd of this month until 11 pm and did not realize I had changed it. Please assist me in receiving the code via SMS as there is a lot of important information on my account. Thank you.

A comment I made on Facebook twelve weeks ago was recently used by a Facebook reviewer to suspend my account for 30 days. I am a member of a Facebook group for black women that was also targeted by moderators. I often engage with bigots on the platform, whom Facebook fails to take action against. This has been a recurring issue, and I believe my account is being monitored and singled out for various reasons.

I am having trouble accessing my original Facebook account. I do not wish to create a new one. I established this account back in [redacted] but no longer have access to the old email address [redacted] I also no longer have the phone number associated with the account. I made a temporary account with my current email [redacted], which I would like to merge with my original account if possible. Can you provide alternative methods to regain access, such as security questions or contacting friends on the original account who are also on my temporary account? My original account holds significance, and I would like to continue using it. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Sarah L A.

I am Parul Doshi from Vadodara. An advertisement for dresses on my Facebook page in India caught my interest, and I ended up ordering three items. However, upon receiving the products, I discovered they were of poor quality and not as advertised. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to the company's customer service or getting details on their return policy. Despite my attempts to highlight the issue on Facebook, there has been no response or action taken. It is concerning that even after reporting the problem, the same company advertisement reappeared on my feed. This raises doubts about the reliability of Facebook and its oversight of such sellers. I believe Facebook should take responsibility in such cases and ensure that customers like me are refunded. There should be a verification process for sellers on Facebook similar to platforms like Amazon. I hope for a positive resolution.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Cherry Vs Beli. I attempted to change my account name on 04-20-[redacted], but after receiving a warning about potential login issues, I accidentally confirmed the change. Now, I am unable to log in to my account and am eager to revert to the original name to maintain my connections, photos, and account popularity. I have tried resetting my password and verifying my identity through the provided code, but despite the Help Center's assurance that they would contact me if further documentation is needed, I have not received any updates after a week. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am a 60-year-old woman with limited knowledge of Facebook. I encountered an issue with my group's page, Bridgetown Wildlife Rescue. Only one member's posts were showing up, and a friend suggested I disable Facebook to resolve it. Unfortunately, I misunderstood and created a new profile. When trying to set up a new account with the help of a friend using her phone, Facebook flagged me as someone else. Despite two attempts to create an account, using my old email [redacted] and the new one [redacted], I ended up getting locked out. Facebook asked for a photo to verify my identity, but after submitting one, they rejected it and disabled my account. I urgently need access to my group with over [redacted] members as I am a wildlife carer and rescuer. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you, Shane Williams.

I am experiencing an issue with my Gmail account. There is an unfamiliar email address associated with my account that is causing complications when trying to access my Facebook account. Despite requesting multiple times for Facebook to send the login code to my correct email address, it continues to send it to the other email. This has caused me to lose access to my Facebook account, and I am frustrated as I cannot receive the verification code. I attempted to seek help from Google, but they requested a fee I cannot afford. I would appreciate it if the verification code could be sent to my phone number instead of the incorrect email address. This has been an ongoing problem since February [redacted], and I am unsure of how to resolve it.
