Hello, my name is Julio Valladares, and I am unable to access my Facebook account. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my old account. Unfortunately, I am not able to reconnect with everyone on Facebook as some have passed away or are currently incarcerated. I have been in and out of prison, and during my last sentence, my girlfriend, whom I trusted, changed my account passwords. Despite her not remembering the new passwords, I can provide detailed information that only I would know. I can verify my identity as Julio Valladares with my Texas ID or TWIC CARD. I can recall the various phone numbers I used, specific locations where I posted, and details indicating a lack of activity during my time in prison. Access to my email accounts was also compromised. I was messaging my friend when she sent me a link that required my Facebook email and password. She mentioned it was for another chatting website, so I entered my details and submitted. Later, I discovered it wasn't actually her but someone named Alex Stewart who had hacked my account. I learned about this when my friend's sister posted about her account being hacked, and I realized my account was suspended. I couldn't log into Messenger, and my sister and best friend received texts from my hacked account, causing confusion. It was only then that I realized I had fallen victim to hacking.

I received a link from my friend, asking for my Facebook email and password to join a new chatting website. Later, I discovered my account was hacked by Alex Stewart, who had also hacked my friend's account earlier. When I attempted to check my account, it said my time was suspended. I couldn't access Messenger, and my sister and best friend received texts from my compromised account. I only found out about the hack after all these incidents. I would like to either recover my account or have it permanently deleted.

A few months back, I received a phone call claiming there was money in my bank under my name. The caller insisted on making changes for my protection, providing valid information and even sending paperwork to prove its authenticity. I took the drastic step of changing my credit cards as the scammers seemed to have all my details, which led to more worry. When I confided in my family, they advised that I had fallen victim to a scam. Consequently, I proceeded to change my email, phone number, and had my computer cleaned out. Someone from Facebook repeatedly asked for pictures to verify my identity, causing further suspicion. I'm hesitant to share my credit card details due to past experiences. My name is Trinh Hoang Kim. I use the Facebook account name Kim Huang Zheng while residing in Singapore. I chose this name for ease of pronunciation by my foreigner friends. In early April, Facebook disabled my account and requested identification with photos and ID. I submitted all the necessary documents for verification. Despite this, my account was disabled again two weeks later. I provided my ID and photos once more, but unfortunately, my account remains disabled to this day. I affirm that the Kim Huang Zheng account is mine, and I have not violated any Facebook community standards or impersonated anyone. Please review and reactivate my account as I have many important photos stored there, and my page is managed through this personal account.

I recently received a message from GetHuman after I raised a complaint about them confusing my account with someone else's. The email inquired if my Facebook issue had been resolved and provided options to indicate "Yes" or "No." Despite being able to change my password and access my account on my iPhone, I am still unable to log in on my PC. Despite this, I am being prompted for photo verification. Yesterday, I complied by sending a clear photo of myself, but today I received a notification stating that my account has been disabled. I am the owner of "Hashtag Hair and Beauty" located in Cowdenbeath, Fife, Scotland. I have encountered an issue where someone is using my salon's address on their business page under the name "Jane Kirk Hair and Beauty." Despite my efforts to contact Facebook about this matter, I have not received any assistance. The individual using my address is misrepresenting my salon by claiming to offer services that I do not provide and operating during hours when my salon is closed. This person does not possess the necessary qualifications to work in a salon or provide mobile hairdressing services. It appears to be a personal vendetta, as this individual was previously the owner of the salon but was evicted. This situation has led to confusion among clients who are being misled about the services offered at my establishment.

I am incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issues I am experiencing with Facebook. Initially, two of my accounts were disabled without explanation. After receiving a message advising me to create a page, I dutifully complied. However, my new account encountered immediate security checks and endless requests for photo uploads. Despite providing all the required information, including my mobile number which was rejected due to its association with a disabled account, my account has been stuck in the reviewing phase for two months. Just as I thought things were finally on the right track with my fourth account, I encountered another request to upload a photo, and it has been pending for two days now. To add to my frustration, I was abruptly cut off during a crucial business meeting by Facebook. These continuous disruptions are truly exasperating.

Hello, I wanted to share my appreciation for creating the remembering page feature. It has allowed many of us to cherish memories that we thought were lost forever. I created a remembering page for my niece, Adv Shayanti Banerjee, to feel her presence. Lately, we have been unable to access her page. We have tried everything without success. Although we can see a Facebook account under Shayanti Banerjee's name, we cannot view her remembering page. We noticed another user, Meghna Guha, is using my niece's profile, causing us great distress as her memory is precious to us. I am completely frustrated with the service provided when trying to create an account without involving Facebook. Although I followed all the necessary steps, including verifying my email and phone number, adding profile details, and connecting with only a few people, I was abruptly logged out due to "suspicious activity." Despite complying with the request for a photo verification, my account remains blocked for the second time. Even after submitting my ID as proof during the first incident, I received no response for three weeks. It seems pointless to go through that process again since there was no resolution. This experience is beyond frustrating as I need to utilize your platform for business purposes but continually face obstacles just to operate as a regular user. It feels like I must jump through hoops or provide a blood sample for verification. Please reconsider and enable me to use my account normally without any further complications or unreasonable demands.

For more than a week, my Facebook account has been showing me an error whenever I try to view any profile aside from my own. The message states: "You’re Temporarily Blocked. It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it." I haven't engaged in any spam-like activities such as repeatedly refreshing pages, quickly browsing through profiles, or sending numerous friend requests. I mainly use Messenger and am puzzled by this situation. I've been a member for 12 or 13 years without any issues like this before. Despite my attempts to contact support, I haven't been able to speak with a person, and I haven't found any details on how long this ban will last. I'm concerned that if this is a mistake, it might never be resolved. Could someone assist me, please? I genuinely haven't done anything wrong :(

It's been a while since I've used Facebook, and now they are requesting ID confirmation. Unfortunately, I no longer have connections on the platform to verify my account, and due to my disability and epilepsy, I don't possess photo IDs like a passport or driver's license. I understand the need for verification but wonder if there is an alternative solution considering my situation.
