My Facebook account has been hacked, and the email associated with it was changed from *****@***.com. When I tried to log in, it prompted me to enter the current or an old password. After entering my known password, it informed me that the password was changed ** hours ago and prompted me to reset it. I selected to secure my account, but the code was being sent to a unknown email address **********w@t*******.xyz, not mine. I tried to indicate that I no longer had access to that email, but it requested a new email address for recovery messages. I entered *****@***.com, but the code was still being sent to the wrong email. I am unable to access my Facebook account due to the changed email and password. I need assistance in recovering my account.

My father's account was hacked recently, and the hacker is asking for money from his friends. I think what happened is that someone gained access to his Yahoo account, [redacted], which was linked to his Facebook. They likely used this to change the password and takeover his Facebook. They also changed the email and phone number associated with both accounts. The situation is complicated. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated. Thank you.

My father's account was hacked recently, and the hacker is now asking his friends for money. I suspect someone gained access to his Yahoo email account, [redacted], which was linked to his Facebook account. Recently, I created a Facebook Business page named Philanthropic Cruise, but now I want to switch to offering Tours and change the name to Philanthropic Vacations. Despite trying to edit the page name, I have not received any response after three days as advised. I am eager to make this adjustment and appreciate any help you can offer. When I tried to access my account, it showed a warning about a potential unauthorized login. I attempted to verify my identity by requesting a code to my phone number, but I did not receive it. Despite providing my photo ID as proof, I have not received any communication from Facebook via email. As a result, I am unable to play PubG as my account is linked to Facebook. I have invested significant funds in PubG, and it has been two days since I have been locked out. I seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

We experienced a challenge with our business Facebook page. Our official name, Precious Moments Jewelers, Inc., was temporarily changed to the owner's name due to an issue. Despite attempting to revert to our business name, we are only able to set it as a "nickname." Maintaining the page with the owner's name is causing confusion as customers often tag the business page or share posts meant for him, creating a messy and unprofessional appearance. We have made numerous attempts to contact Facebook for assistance via phone, email, and messaging, but have not received any response. Deleting the page is not an option as we have a significant following and valuable posts. We urgently need assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. I changed my password successfully on Thursday 4/11/19 but today, 4/12, I was logged out and prompted to continue changing my password, even though I had already done so. When I tried to log in using my new password, I kept getting the same prompt to change my password. I attempted to get the verification code via SMS, but it never arrived, even though my phone is working fine. I then used the email option to get the code, which worked and allowed me to change my password again. However, I am still stuck in a loop where it keeps asking me to continue changing my password, even though I have already done it successfully.

I recently discovered that my Facebook page, Heavenly Fashion House, has been blocked. I am unsure which items I posted for sale that may have violated terms. If I had received a warning, I would have been more cautious and avoid repeating any mistakes. The blockage is affecting my ability to conduct business as my Facebook ads are also restricted. Hello, my name is Michelle Navarrete. I have been attempting to access my Facebook account for a few weeks. The email linked to my account is inactive as I haven't used it. I am unable to upload a picture as it requires the old email address, which is the same inactive one. I am keen on regaining access to my old account rather than creating a new one. I have changed my phone number multiple times, so that verification method is not feasible. Are there any alternative ways to prove ownership of this account?

I have received a 7-day ban from all functions for stating that someone is ignorant, which I believe is not a form of bullying. I often encounter derogatory remarks on social media like being called a snowflake, a libtard, or ignorant, with no consequences when reported. I have reviewed the community standards and believe that my statement does not violate them. Describing someone as ignorant implies a lack of awareness or education on a topic, not stupidity. It simply suggests they need to acquire more knowledge. It appears there may be a misunderstanding regarding the definition of the word "ignorant" in this situation.

I created my business page but encountered issues when trying to link it with Instagram, resulting in the creation of an unclaimed page. Despite attempts to unlink and retry, the problem persisted. I decided to merge the original page (@soabutterfly) with the unclaimed page, but the information didn't transfer correctly. Now, the unclaimed page has taken over my original page, which includes my username, posts, and likes. I urgently need to regain access to my username as I've already printed business cards with this information. With my store launch imminent, this situation has caused me much stress. Additionally, I'm facing difficulties linking my Shopify store to the new page as it indicates I'm not the Admin. This has exacerbated the situation. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to resolve these issues promptly.

I am continuously being tagged in inappropriate content by spammers on Facebook, particularly the page Josanne Ramkissoon. Despite blocking them and setting my profile to private, the harassment persists. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, Facebook has not addressed it. I am currently logged out, yet the tagging continues. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this issue, as many others are facing the same problem with these fake profiles. If no action is taken, I may have to delete my page after saving my pictures. It is disheartening that these concerns are being ignored by Facebook.

I recently logged out of my Facebook account and I am now unable to log back in due to forgetting my password. Unfortunately, my password cannot be reset as it is associated with my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I have attempted to receive a code on my old number, as well as tried the two-factor authentication method, but to no avail. I do not have any trusted contacts to assist with recovery. My email still remains the same. I also tried answering security questions and providing a photo of myself holding my ID without success. I am at a loss for how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to my Facebook account.

I recently applied to tag my Instagram pictures with my products, but unfortunately, my request was denied. Despite reviewing the terms and ensuring I comply with all guidelines, I have not received any response after a few weeks. I suspect the denial may be linked to the fact that my store is operated through Shopify. I have come across information stating that Instagram often rejects stores linked to Shopify. I lost my mobile phone that had me always logged into my Facebook account. I forgot my password and changed it through email. But, I have a security lock on my account. When I try to log in on any new device, Facebook sends a verification code via text to an old number that I no longer use. This number is now unavailable to me, making it impossible to access my Facebook account. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I recently attempted to contact Facebook at the number [redacted] but was unable to reach anyone. I urgently need to discuss being unfairly blocked from using Facebook. It is frustrating that there is no way to speak with a person over the phone. My access to the site has been restricted for over two weeks without a valid reason. I believe Facebook is not being managed effectively. It should be possible to contact a real individual if necessary. I feel silenced and deprived of my freedom of speech rights. I insist on talking to a representative promptly or will consider legal action. I am confident that I will prevail if this matter goes to court. Facebook's actions are unjust, and I am prepared to take this to a Superior Court if needed. If I do not receive a response within 72 hours, I will pursue legal action against Facebook for violating my rights.

I have recently been banned from Facebook for 30 days due to a post I made. However, I have observed that pages promoting hate speech and extremist views seem to go unchecked on the platform. It appears there is a discrepancy in how certain content is moderated. I believe Facebook should be consistent in enforcing its policies. I made a post that I now realize could be seen as endorsing unhealthy behaviors. If Facebook is aiming to create a safer environment, they should ensure all inappropriate content is addressed, not just selectively. I have been contacted by an individual claiming to be Mr. Mark Zuckerberg. I received a text message on my cell phone stating they were contacting me from Facebook headquarters regarding a Facebook lottery prize of $5,[redacted],[redacted] USD that I have supposedly won. The message requested personal information like my name, contact address, mobile number, occupation, marital status, sex, age, country of residence, nationality, and email address. I suspect my Facebook account was compromised a few months ago. I'm unsure if these incidents are connected. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and reach out to me promptly. My Facebook page's advertisement has been suspended despite being approved by Facebook. I contacted Facebook customer service regarding this issue. They responded saying the advertisement was approved and active, but it has not run again. I have written to them three times over the past two days, but the response remains the same, and nothing has changed. My advertisement is still stuck and not running. I am unsure of what else to do.
