In July [redacted], I made monthly payments through PayPal to join the Destiny Diva Facebook group managed by Nicci's Embroidery. The first transaction ID is 9FY55231TK898774N, totaling [redacted].48 over twelve months. In May [redacted], I paid [redacted].56 for the Destiny Diva Plus group with the same lifetime access terms. However, on Feb 21, [redacted], I was removed from both groups without reason and was promised a refund by Nicci Brazzell but have not received it yet. I sent an invoice through PayPal but have not received the refund as of now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - Kristie G.

I am currently using an iPhone 10x, as I broke my previous one. I am trying to recover my apps and accounts, but I'm facing an issue with forgotten passwords. This has happened twice in the last month, leading to difficulty accessing my accounts. My Facebook account has been under my name, email, and phone number for years, but I am unable to retrieve it in any of those forms. Additionally, I am having trouble with my Apple ID. I have managed to recover my email and have the same phone number and name. I am eager to regain access to my profile, which contains personal information. Despite creating a separate account to reach out for help, I would like to delete it if necessary to focus on retrieving my original account. When I search for my account using personal information, it does not show up during sign-in, but does appear when searching by name, as it is monitored and semi-private. Hello, I'm Edy from Seattle, WA. I recently created a new business account for online marketing at [redacted] Yesterday, I designed my first webpage for a new client under my account H..... The webpage is for P and B painting services. Despite not having a profile picture on my Facebook account, I updated it today with my picture and cellphone number. However, my account is now locked for a review of my picture, and I cannot access it. My first client is eagerly waiting for the website that I already prepared in my account. Hello, I used to be an active user on Facebook about 3-4 years ago with my primary login. I may have made some mistakes on the platform during that time. Unfortunately, Facebook has disabled my account and doesn't allow me to create a new one with the same email address. Managing multiple accounts is challenging, and my primary email is linked to Facebook. I understand I can create a new account, but I would like to regain access to my original one. I assure you that I will follow all terms and conditions moving forward. It would give me peace of mind to have my old account back. Thank you for your help.

On April 12th, my account, "Pomme de Terre," linked to the email "[redacted]," was prompted to add a phone number. Although I complied, Facebook then requested a photo of my face, which I provided. Concerns arose when my friend shared her experience of losing her account after submitting a genuine photo, steering her away from the platform. My account is crucial as I conduct online orders and store essential information. Despite infrequent self-photo posts, my account's activity includes engaging with posts, comments, and community groups. I hope for a prompt review of my photo, ideally within a day, to prevent disruptions with my online orders. Moreover, I trust my account won't face deletion, akin to what happened to my friend. I kindly request immediate reactivation of my account to resume my activities without interruption. Thank you for your assistance.

While I was changing my Facebook password, I was prompted to reset all devices where my account was logged in. I confirmed this but later realized that my phone number on file was not updated to receive the login code. I am unable to access my account on Facebook due to a security verification test that requires me to contact friends for verification codes. However, the individuals listed are from a mobile game connected to my account years ago, and I don't know or remember them. This has left me unable to access important information on my account, causing frustration and feeling stuck.

Our company recently received an inaccurate and false negative review on our Facebook page. Despite our efforts to address the issue, we have been unsuccessful in having it removed. The review was not written by an actual customer and does not reflect the experiences of our genuine clients. Additionally, our non-profit organization, Caring for Canines, has received numerous positive reviews since the negative post, yet it still appears prominently at the top of our review section. We would greatly appreciate it if the negative review could either be deleted or placed lower in the list. Our main goal is to showcase the more recent and positive feedback we have received. Hello, I accidentally created two different accounts with my name - one Facebook account and one Messenger account. The Messenger account was separate from my Facebook account until recently. I logged into Facebook (not using the app on my phone, but through Google) to check a message not in my regular Messenger contacts. This action somehow linked my phone and computer Facebook accounts, preventing me from contacting businesses, family, and friends. Despite trying the "Switch my accounts" option in settings and attempting to reset my forgotten password, I am stuck. I've tried various methods to log back in and recover my account, even changing my password multiple times, but I still can't access my accounts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I manage a Facebook business page named Catalyst Design Consulting Inc. I've noticed a discrepancy in how I can interact with the reviews. For some reviews, I am only able to like or reply using my personal name, while for others I can do so as my business page. It's essential for me as the admin to have the flexibility to respond using either my personal or business identity. Additionally, there seems to be a display error showing "5 out of 5" based on 2 reviews while I actually have 4 reviews. Facebook should address these issues to improve user experience and ensure accurate information is displayed.

I am encountering issues with installing my ManyChat Bot on my website. Previously functional, it suddenly disappeared. Upon inspection in Chrome, I receive the error message regarding content security policy. In FireFox, I am alerted about an invalid MIME type for the script. My Facebook account, which I've had for many years, got disabled after I forwarded a message about receiving surprise money to too many people. Despite having received similar messages before, Facebook deemed it a violation. They requested a photo of my driver's license to restore access, which I've sent multiple times with no success. I've been trying for months to regain access, but customer service has been unresponsive, despite confirming receipt of my license. I still can't access my account. Can I please have it back?

I am having trouble logging into my account. Upon clicking, it appears that my account security is being enhanced. To secure your account, please verify your credentials and change your password. Your account will remain pending until you complete this process. After clicking to proceed, the security check selection appears. How do you want to confirm your identity with your credentials? Upon clicking to proceed, a confirmation code will be sent to your phone to verify your credentials. Enter the six-digit code sent to [redacted]9. However, I am not receiving the code on my number despite multiple attempts over three days. Please fix my account.

I have a game connected to Facebook for saving progress. Everything was fine last night, but this morning I was logged out. When trying to sign back in, Facebook asked me to verify by entering a code sent to my phone. Despite requesting a code resend a couple of times in the past hour, I have not received any code. I primarily use Facebook for gaming and to follow authors. I simply want to be able to continue doing so.

Hello, I recently set up a business page using the "Video Page template." I'm having trouble changing the main button from "Follow" to "Send Message." Despite my attempts on both desktop and mobile to edit the button to say "Send Message" and saving the changes, it keeps reverting back to "Follow." I have integrated a Messenger bot through ManyChat and really need people to engage with the page through Messenger. Could this issue be related to the template? Any advice would be appreciated. I seem to have been blocked from liking posts on Facebook. I've had my account for years without any issues. Recently, I kept getting a message saying my session had expired, prompting me to log in every five minutes. Upon reentering, I found I couldn't like posts because I had supposedly been liking things too quickly, which could be seen as spamming. Throughout this ordeal, I only interacted with one post and watched a couple of videos through the TV icon on my profile. I believe this ban was unjustly imposed as I haven't violated any rules. I hope to have this restriction lifted soon.

My brother passed away on November 29, [redacted]. I knew his Facebook password and would occasionally log in to keep his account active as a way to remember him. It meant a lot to me to have that connection. Yesterday, I shared a post on my Snapchat showing his account was active, which made me worried as I was the only one with access. Today, his entire account has disappeared, and I'm devastated. I was only trying to prevent it from deactivating, and now it's gone. I can't even find his profile or listing as my brother. It seems like his account was hacked and deleted. I have a picture from yesterday showing it was still active. Please help me retrieve it. His account name is Spencer Cole. Getting it back would mean everything to me.

I need assistance with my account settings as there seems to be a mix-up with another user's email address ([redacted]) being linked to my profile under the name "Мария Иванова". I have already reported this problem before, yet it remains unresolved. I have two separate emails, [redacted] and [redacted] I would like to have the incorrect email ([redacted]) removed from my account as it does not belong to me. My Facebook account has been hacked, and the email address associated with it has been changed from [redacted] When I attempt to log in, it prompts me to enter my current or old password. After trying my known password, it informs me that the password was changed 14 hours ago. I selected to secure my account, but the verification code is being sent to a different email address that does not belong to me. I tried to indicate that I no longer have access to that email and provided my correct email, [redacted], for recovery messages. However, when I proceed, it asks for a 6-digit code that is still being sent to the incorrect email address.
