I attempted to recover my account, Brenda Alice, by following the steps provided. I submitted a picture of my ID, which is under the name Brenda Limon Anaya. On the day in question, I unintentionally created a new Facebook account and only needed urgent access to contact someone. Unfortunately, my primary email is linked to the Brenda Limon account, not Brenda Alice. My access to the Brenda Alice email has been lost for many years despite multiple recovery attempts. I received a code for Brenda Limon, not Brenda Alice, possibly due to my Facebook name being changed to Alice for privacy. Hello, I recently created a Facebook business page on April 5th, but it got unpublished for some unknown reason despite not having uploaded any products yet. I updated my profile and cover picture, accepted all the terms and policies, and made sure not to post anything that could harm users. I appealed on April 6th, and received a response saying there was a mistake from the Facebook response team. I requested to publish my page again as it was affecting my business, but it's been over a week with no response and my page is still unpublished. I'm encountering an issue with my Marketplace account. I was recently banned due to an incident involving an individual accusing me falsely of not sending all the automotive parts he purchased from me. Despite following the policies, I was removed from the platform. Although Facebook briefly reinstated my access, I was promptly removed once again. I am uncertain about the violation I've supposedly committed. The buyer alleged that the parts were not complete, then claimed they were defective. To resolve this, I requested the items back before issuing a refund, but the buyer refused. He is now defaming me and my father's business online and has even made threats over the phone. I attempted to change my password while logged in, but it required my old password, which it denied as invalid. Despite writing it down when originally created, it was refused. Shortly after, I was logged out due to a timeout. My profile and settings appear, but prompt for a password, leading me to select "forgot password." It then requested I input either my phone number or email (only established with my phone number, not email), but upon entering the phone number, it states it cannot be found. I have had a concerning experience with a company named IndraStra Global. Their fraudulent copyright claims for Bensound's music caused my video to be taken down. Despite confronting them about this issue, they responded inappropriately by calling me names and requesting my personal information. This behavior is unacceptable and potentially unsafe. As a content creator who follows copyright laws, it is frustrating to have my work affected by false claims. I experienced harassment from an administrator in Pantsuit Nation. The abuse of power, insults, and lack of response to my reports were distressing. Following this, I faced discrimination from another admin and was targeted by an individual expressing anti-Semitic views. Upon reporting the hateful comment, it was removed, but I found myself blocked from the group while the offender was not. Despite the content being labeled as hate speech, I, a Jewish woman reporting homophobia, was unjustly punished. The group's failure to address this discrimination is evident in their actions. Attempts to communicate were met with name-calling and further mistreatment, resulting in my being blocked from contacting them. As a last resort, I feel compelled to report the group for their prejudice and discriminatory behavior.
