After doing a factory reset on my device and backing up my data, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account not syncing back. Despite entering my phone number and password, I faced an error message. Unfortunately, I struggled to connect my Gmail account as well. Within the Facebook app, I've been unsuccessful in deleting an old pre-paid number, [redacted], linked to my account. Recently married, I changed my Facebook name from Courtney Porter to Sims. Today, I created a new account hoping to regain access to my original account, but I'm still unable to do so. I simply want to regain access to my original account.

I am Sangotope Ajala Ifaleke, and I have been blocked on Facebook for around two months. I have tried everything possible to regain access to my account. While messaging my friend Alhaja Shidat Ajoke De on Messenger, I realized that I couldn't send messages, and she couldn't reply either. Messenger prompted me to verify my account, but the process was unsuccessful through the app. I attempted to verify through the browser with no success. After confirming my phone number, I was supposed to receive a 6-digit verification code, but I never received it despite multiple attempts. Even after contacting Facebook's support number, they were unable to assist me. I am seeking your help in recovering my account. Thank you.

I own the Facebook account under the name Therresia Citta. Last year, my account was hacked, prompting me to change the password. In the process, I mistakenly removed my phone number, making it impossible for Facebook to send me password recovery codes via phone. Recently, I was logged out and can't recall the new password. Despite trying to reset it, Facebook only offers to send the recovery code to an old email that I can't access anymore. I hope Facebook can resolve this issue promptly so I can regain access to my account and reset the password.

Hello, my name is Tyler Klypchak. I am reaching out today regarding an issue I encountered with my new cell phone. I purchased it yesterday around noon and it came with pre-installed Facebook. Subsequently, I downloaded Messenger and Instagram. Initially, in the afternoon around 1 o'clock, I was able to use Facebook and Messenger without any problems. However, later in the day, around 4 or 5 o'clock, when I tried to access Facebook, I received a "session expired" message prompting me to log in again. Despite several login attempts, I received a notification stating that my account was disabled. I am unsure of the reason behind this. I kindly request your assistance in re-enabling my account and providing clarification on the cause of the disablement. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I have three Facebook accounts now, but I want to regain access to my original account. Unfortunately, I can't contact Facebook by phone since there isn't a phone number available. When I got a new phone and transferred everything over, I was still logged into Facebook. Now, when I try to recover my account, it says it's not linked to this phone. I attempted to create a new Facebook account to verify my identity. However, after entering my phone number and receiving an SMS code, I still couldn't verify my account. This issue has also affected my Messenger access. I'm frustrated with this situation and just want to access my Messenger account.

Good morning! I have been trying to reactivate my Facebook account, which I deactivated during my divorce. However, I am facing difficulty as it is sending the authentication code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to after changing it due to the divorce. I have followed the prompts to submit my ID and a picture with the code sent to me multiple times without success. My Facebook name is Dorian Hannah-Wynn, and my account is linked to [redacted] Any help in reactivating my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am concerned about the situation involving my brother on Facebook. A user named Aaliyah Downing is spreading false information about him, accusing him of giving her herpes. My brother has taken a test to prove his innocence and even went live from the hospital to share the results. Despite reporting her videos, they remain online while his were taken down. This misinformation is causing severe harm to his reputation and mental health, to the extent that he is contemplating self-harm. Additionally, his account got blocked when he tried to defend himself with evidence. He is even receiving death threats. I urge Facebook to take action to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I’m writing on behalf of Global Auto Transportation, a nationwide car carrier operating in the US. We have over 45 business pages on Facebook created under 13 personal accounts. Unfortunately, all our accounts have been blocked, and Facebook is requesting a photo verification. The individuals who created the pages either handled online marketing or were family members of the company president. The personal accounts were solely for managing the business pages, which were consistently active while the personal profiles were not. Since our business pages focused solely on business, there are no personal pictures to compare for the verification process. We are unable to access our established platforms with thousands of followers. We appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Tereza.

The owner of the company I work for created a second Facebook account to manage the business page separately from his personal account. Unfortunately, the second account was deactivated for being a duplicate. As my account is still an editor for the page, I can continue to perform most tasks for the business. However, to ensure smooth operation, we need the owner's original account to be re-added to the page or for my account to be promoted to Admin. The business in question is D3 Gaming and Collectibles, accessible at www.facebook.com/TakeaD3. My Facebook handle is @cimmqwill, and the owner's personal account is www.facebook.com/douglas.rodefer.

Hello, I deleted my Facebook account months ago, but there are 2 old accounts with my name and picture, making it seem like I am still on Facebook. I'm Arlette Alcock. Please remove these old accounts as I can't access them and don't use them. I want them deleted so people don't misunderstand my lack of response. I don't want any association with Facebook. Thank you, Arlette Alcock.

My Facebook account, originally belonging to Luke Dooly from Fort Smith, AR/Charleston, AR, with a profile picture showing light brown hair and a blue shirt, has been hacked. The email and password associated with the account have been changed without my permission. The name on the profile has been altered to Wardeh Rasoulo. I am requesting one of two solutions: 1. Regain access to my account with the ability to change the email and password. 2. Have the profile permanently deleted to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of my personal information and likeness. I prefer to regain access, but deletion is acceptable. I am willing to provide any necessary information for this process. Thank you.

I haven't used Facebook for two years and can't remember my password. I got a new phone and can't access the old number on my account. I want to delete my account permanently as I no longer plan to use it. Can Facebook assist me with this or delete my account for me?

I need help with my Nonprofit page. I have a group associated with it for a specific group of people. However, the Event create and Chat create links do not show up in my group. When I click on the three dots under post screen, I only see options like add file, sell something, recommendations, create photo albums, create doc. There seems to be no option in the pull-down menu for creating events or chats. I am the administrator of both the group and the page. I am also having trouble creating a private event, except on my personal profile, which doesn't allow anyone from the page or group to be invited. I need to create a private chat event for a conference call follow-up. Can someone assist me with this? [redacted]

I recently created a Facebook page for myself, and to my surprise, Facebook automatically generated another page. Despite successfully merging the two pages, I encountered an issue changing the page name. The generated page is titled "Karen Blackman Page," which does not align with my intentions. I would prefer the name to be "Yoga with Karen B" or "Yoga with Karen Blackman." The current name is problematic as it elicits laughs and does not resonate well for marketing purposes. Due to these challenges, I have been hesitant to actively promote the page. When attempting to edit the page name, I receive an error message stating that the page does not exist, despite its clear visibility.

I set up a Facebook account for my church, and everything was running smoothly until I received an email advising me to convert it to a business page. I promptly submitted the required documents for verification, which was 2 YEARS AGO! Since then, I've been unable to access or update the page. Each time I try to log in, I'm informed that my documents are under review, preventing me from accessing the account. I find it hard to believe that reviewing a couple of pages of information would take this long. I simply want access to delete the account now, as it serves no purpose without access and is causing confusion among those seeking our church online due to the lack of updates. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue! My username is [redacted] and my password is 4Redeemer!

I am experiencing difficulty posting on my Facebook page as it is flagged for violating their policy. I have been posting similar content for years without any issues. I am uncertain why I am now facing restrictions. The post triggering the block is provided below. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter so that I can continue sharing items and comments resembling the content below. Additionally, the tbonesbarbecue.com link shared belongs to my BBQ catering business, which has a legitimate FB business page verifyable through platforms like Yelp, Google, or an online search of T-Bone's BBQ in Roseville, CA. That familiar excitement when you arrive at an event and notice that T-Bone's BBQ is handling the catering. This is a common sight for us. Feel this thrill firsthand and reach out to T-Bone's BBQ to cater your upcoming event. Visit tbonesbarbecue.com.

I have been accused of using hate speech, which I strongly disagree with. Despite requesting a review, the automated response reiterated the allegation. I feel disrespected and ignored. I seek a clear justification for the decision, lacking any explanation so far. Facebook's lack of reachable customer service is unprofessional. Is it acceptable to report users without valid grounds? I prioritize fairness and preventing unjust reports. Sincerely, Marzena Sowka.

I have been accused of using hate speech, but that is not the case. I contested the report but only received automated responses. The review concluded it was hate speech, which I strongly disagree with. I am frustrated by the lack of justification given. Unfortunately, Facebook lacks an email contact or customer service rep for direct communication, making the process impersonal. I believe everyone should receive a fair explanation for such decisions. This incident highlights the need for more transparent and accountable reporting systems to prevent abuse and false accusations.

I have been accused of using hate speech, which I deny. After requesting a review, I received an automated response indicating the report would be reviewed. However, upon follow-up, they still upheld their decision. I am frustrated by the lack of justification and communication. Facebook's absence of an email contact or customer service representative is disappointing. It appears arbitrary reporting for hate speech is unchecked. I seek clarity on the removal of my comment and hope for fairness in addressing unwarranted reports. Regards, M.S.

My Facebook account, active for 7 years, got unfairly shut down due to a report from a Facebook friend with mental health issues. Despite no explanation, Facebook refuses to reinstate it. I suspect it links to a GoFundMe post. I had a past 24-hour ban for a comment disagreement. Facebook claims I'm permanently ineligible without proof, causing great sadness as I lose access to cherished memories and friends. I feel judged unfairly. The account was under the name William Grasso with the email [redacted] Any help to reach Facebook support directly would be appreciated.
