Hello, I've recently created a Facebook business page which is still unpublished. I'm in the process of designing it and adding content. I'm using the Notes feature to provide information about my product and custom orders. Initially, I created drafts of the notes with all the information and published them to create links between them. I copied and pasted the links across different notes for easy navigation. Although my site is unpublished and unknown, I still encountered a block while updating the notes. This restriction is frustrating as I need to be able to edit freely. I'm requesting the block to be removed promptly so I can complete the website design. I've realized the need to edit in a separate document first to avoid multiple updates. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A6 and installed Facebook. It worked fine initially, but I'm now experiencing issues with notifications. On my old On5, I had no problems except for lack of memory. The notification area, where you see reactions to posts, is not showing all notifications, only a few from hours ago. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling Facebook, but it didn't help. Previously, I could see new notifications on the Facebook icon, but now it's not showing anything. Can someone please help me fix this in simple terms? Thank you for your assistance.

I used to be the admin for my Facebook account, Mamavibeswear. When I tried to change my name, I got locked out of my account. Now, someone else is using it, posting on it, and has taken over my friends list and all the pictures of clothing, which is my inventory and designs. It's confusing my customers. I need the page Mamavibeswear to be deleted. This situation needs to be resolved as soon as possible. It is a violation of copyright as all the content belongs to me, including pictures, contacts, private messages, inventory, and business details. Nobody had the right to take over my page and use my personal information without my consent. D.C.

I recently commented on a male acquaintance's Facebook post regarding the history of women poets and poetry groups in SF. I corrected him based on my experience as a woman writer, poet, and SF native. Unfortunately, he responded by attacking me with slander and false accusations, including mocking my struggle with cancer and disability. This behavior has affected my reputation, especially since I have a book coming out soon. I flagged the comments to Facebook, but they have not been removed. I lack the resources to pursue legal action over the slander. I am seeking assistance in removing these damaging comments that impact my livelihood and credibility. Thank you.

I would like Facebook to stop automatically deducting money from my account. I only promoted a write-up in my Facebook group, Good Governance and the Rule of Law, @jurisviews. Facebook took $25 without my permission to continue boosting the post, which is now outdated after the Nigerian Elections. I request an immediate refund of the amount and demand that Facebook stops any future automatic deductions without my consent. I was blocked from posting for 72 hours after sharing a video about the 15 genders being considered by the California State School Board for education in schools. An assemblyman and a senator have confirmed this. I posted to raise awareness about this issue and to protect children. I find it concerning that my post was viewed as inappropriate when my intention was to shed light on a topic that affects kids. I believe the focus should be on opposing the state's proposal rather than on blocking individuals who are trying to protect children. I request an apology for the misunderstanding.

Hello, I am Clint from the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Centralia, IL. We faced the unfortunate departure of our minister over a year ago, leading to the loss of our online presence. The separation was difficult for all involved, resulting in us losing access to our website, email accounts, video channel, and Facebook page. I have taken on the task of rebuilding our YouTube channel, and we believe reconnecting with our old Facebook page would greatly benefit our community. I have received unwarranted low ratings on my company from individuals, like my ex-girlfriend, whom I have never provided services for. These unjustified negative comments, including those from friends C.A., E.B., and E.M., have affected my once 5-star rating, now at 3.6 stars, causing financial loss and job cancellations. My Facebook account for my business, Balay ni Manuel Ken Maria, was accidentally deactivated. I could log in until February 20, [redacted], on all devices. After resetting the password on February 21, I couldn't access it on any device. I recently purchased a new phone and attempted to access Facebook from it, but encountered login issues. When I tried to reset my password using my old phone, I was unsuccessful. Despite multiple attempts at password recovery, each time I click on "forgot password" or "recover account," the page closes and prompts me to enter a password. Even though I entered my last known password, Facebook rejected it, stating it was a password I used within the last 3 months. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't be too concerned about being unable to access my account, but I have an upcoming event related to my late mother that I need to post about. I reached out to the Facebook help desk four days ago, providing pictures of my ID, but I haven't received a response yet. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I believed I was creating one ad with a $29.00 limit, but I unintentionally boosted it multiple times without understanding the consequences. Now, I see a charge of $[redacted].00, which I can't afford. The messages and reach of the ad were far beyond my intended 35-mile target area. I am new to this and found it confusing. I haven't received any jobs from the ad, just an unexpected bill. I am not very tech-savvy and didn't realize boosting would incur additional costs. I have tried to shut everything down but am unsure if it worked. Can someone please assist me in rectifying this situation?

My previous partner gained unauthorized access to my phone and altered my email and password, essentially locking me out of my account. It seems like he disabled it as my profile picture is missing, and I cannot be found from other accounts. Recently, a tragic event occurred when my relative was murdered outside her workplace in St. Boniface, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The only photos I possess of her and my child are on that account. It encapsulates my son's entire childhood and all my cherished memories dating back to when I was just 12 years old. Regrettably, everything is now inaccessible, and the thought of losing those irreplaceable pictures pains me deeply. I implore for assistance in recovering my account. My ex, who is struggling with substance abuse, is the culprit behind this distressing situation. I am the owner of the business page "Phoenix Electronics". My name on Facebook is Tomieon Chambers, and the last four digits of my social are [redacted]. I had to submit this information to prove my identity for my payouts to be released. I submitted a support question regarding why my payouts were being held and provided all necessary details for their release as scheduled. After a follow-up email from Gene, The Risk Analyst, confirming the reactivation of my payouts on March 8th, it's now March 13th, 1:32 am EST, and my payouts are still on hold with the dates being pushed back each day. Despite receiving generic messages upon replying, I am seeking real assistance to restore my account to normal and continue business operations. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Facebook account was hacked. I was using it just the day before yesterday. Yesterday morning, when I tried to login, I realized that my account had been compromised. I attempted to reset my password to regain access, but the email address linked to the account had been changed, preventing me from receiving the necessary code to reset the password. Later in the day, I found that my account had been completely deleted from Facebook. Now, I can't find my account when I search for it, although my Messenger is still accessible. Nevertheless, I am unable to message my friends since I cannot access the Facebook app to check notifications or make posts. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

After experiencing issues with the Facebook app, I decided to reinstall it from the Google Play Store. Upon trying to log back into my account, I discovered that I had forgotten my password. When attempting to reset it, I found out that my recovery email had been compromised. Although I tried using codes sent to trusted contacts and asked for help from friends to report the account, I still have not been able to regain access. I believe Facebook needs to address this issue promptly.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account after following the provided instructions to log back in. I believe there may have been a security issue. Despite changing my password multiple times and entering verification codes, I keep encountering the same problem. I've tried reaching out to support and even created a new account to contact Facebook, but the issue persists. The system prompts me to use a different computer, but my old one crashed, and I now have a new PC and a different wireless service provider. I uninstalled my Facebook app and installed a new one from the Google Play Store. When I attempted to log in, I realized I couldn't because I forgot my password, and my recovery Yahoo email has been compromised. Despite reaching out to Facebook's help center and using reset codes from trusted contacts for account recovery, I continue to receive messages that the provided email address is linked to another account. I have also requested my friends' assistance in reporting the account for recovery purposes.

I am seeking assistance regarding ongoing harassment I have been experiencing, involving multiple individuals threatening me as I try to seek a DNA test for my daughter. Despite my responses being defensive, my account has been reported. I would like clarification on why my chat has been banned while those who have been harassing me remain untouched. This is a legal matter that needs resolution. I have not initiated threats but have been subjected to abuse. Facebook's actions seem biased as they have allowed inappropriate content to be posted by others. I am being threatened with violence and require a fair investigation instead of being unfairly penalized. By blocking my chat, you are inadvertently aiding the harassers.
