Recently, I've been experiencing issues with sending Facebook messages. The icon next to the message remains white instead of turning blue or showing the recipient's profile picture. Sometimes the messages do go through, but often there's a delay of hours, days, or even months, and some messages never send. This problem has caused me to avoid using Facebook Messenger and has made it difficult to reach some friends. An interesting observation is that in one instance, a message that was stuck for two months suddenly sent after tapping on "invite to FB Messenger" on my phone. The problem persists across different Wi-Fi networks. An update on the situation reveals that the problem is somewhat specific to certain recipients, as sending the same message to different people results in mixed outcomes.

I'm writing to express my frustration over being temporarily blocked from accessing Facebook due to violating a policy with a post. I want to clarify that I am a law-abiding citizen, a loving mother and grandmother, and an animal lover who primarily posts pictures and videos of animals, children, and family on my timeline. Unfortunately, I haven't been given the chance to address the reported post, which I find unjust. It seems someone might have falsely reported one of my innocent pictures out of jealousy or malice, leading to this situation. Moreover, there seems to be confusion regarding the duration of my block, as I was initially told until the 11th of March but encountered an extended block until the 13th and found myself still unable to access my account. I kindly request for a fair review of my case and an unblock from Facebook, as this experience has been quite distressing for me. I believe a quick resolution is essential.

Due to my ex-girlfriend hacking into the account, the associated email was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] Despite my attempts to recover the account by changing the password, she kept changing the email and regaining control. I am experiencing distressing harassment on Facebook from a former boyfriend. He has repeatedly violated Facebook's policies against bullying and cruelty by encouraging his friends to post false and negative content about me. This is likely a retaliation due to an ongoing domestic violence case in Fayette Circuit Court, Lexington, Kentucky. He uses multiple fake accounts which further breaches Facebook's policies. I have reported these fake accounts numerous times in the past 9 months. The concerning behaviors include degrading statements, inappropriate images, targeted bullying, false claims, and personal attacks. These actions are aimed at harming my reputation and emotional well-being, including negative character allegations and mocking content. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to permanently ban him, his fake accounts, and anyone involved in this malicious campaign, as they are intentionally trying to harm myself and my children given the circumstances of the domestic violence case.

I was contacted by a person named Angela W. through Messenger, claiming I was selected for the Facebook Global Benefit Program due to my posts about poverty. She asked for my Facebook password and a copy of my ID to receive the benefits. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam, and she hijacked my account. My Facebook account has been crashing randomly, and despite changing the password as instructed, I haven't been able to log back in for the past two days. I received an email asking me to reset the password again, but it hasn't resolved the issue. This happened to me four years ago, where my account was mistakenly flagged for advertising a business, which wasn't the case. I'm 60 years old, and my deceased mom's and family photos are all on Facebook, which is why starting anew isn't an option I want to consider. I provided my daughter's email for account recovery, but it's not recognizing it. It's crucial for me to regain access because I have contacts with friends from the Alzheimer's society that I need to stay in touch with. I feel lost without my Facebook 😢.

I've been experiencing issues today when trying to like posts on my feed on Facebook. A message keeps popping up saying, "That action is not available at this time, please try again in a few moments." This has been happening consistently this afternoon.
Adding to my frustration, I'm unable to send photos through Facebook Messenger on both my phone and desktop. I've attempted to troubleshoot the problem, but nothing seems to be resolving the issue.
I just hope these functions can start working properly soon or receive a more detailed explanation beyond generic error messages.

I am consistently being placed on lockdown without any explanation. While there were past instances where I engaged in disputes and understood the consequences, lately there have been too many occurrences where this is not the case. I haven't broken any rules or had conflicts with anyone in my posts. My writings are cherished and respected by many. Why can't I post on my personal or group pages or respond to comments? My account was hacked over 11 days ago. I couldn't log in because the password was changed. When I asked Facebook for a code to reset my password, they sent it to my phone at [redacted]. However, when I used the code, it created a new account instead. My original account had two emails linked to it - [redacted], which I haven't used in over 15 years, and [redacted], which is the one that worked. Facebook has been sending emails to the active email address. I have already provided my ID to Facebook.
