It is inappropriate to have this kind of information displayed on our professional page, especially for all our clients to see. While we have hidden the comments, it is evident that they were already seen by many of our followers, as other clients and friends have since defended our team and company. This individual has a history of leaving hurtful comments not only about our business but also targeting this specific team member, which amounts to harassment and is unacceptable to us. Despite contacting her directly and requesting that she cease contact, she persists in making these comments after the recent incident. Although we have removed her from our page, she still can access our content and interact with it. It would greatly assist us if Facebook could support us in formally banning this individual from our page to prevent any recurrence of such behavior.
