I am unable to upload individual photos on my Facebook wall. Photos are only posting in album format and I cannot change or delete my profile picture. While I can post shared photos from others, I am unable to post my own. I have been experiencing this issue for the past 24 hours, and I have not received any response from Facebook. Despite trying all the troubleshooting methods provided, the problem persists. I would appreciate any assistance as this is a completely new problem for me.

Hello, I'm Natalie K. and I run "Studio Bliss" and "סטודיו סליס לכלות," a Bridal Studio in Israel. For over a year, I've struggled with a problem regarding my Facebook business page. Originally set up by a marketing company as an editor, unknown to me, they made unauthorized changes like creating a personal profile for my business. When I terminated our partnership, Facebook blocked the profile but left me as an editor on the business page. Despite my efforts and spending money on promotions, I haven't been able to fix this. I've sought help from Facebook's Help Center with no luck. I urgently need assistance to change my role from editor to manager to save my business.

I had to change my Facebook account due to security reasons from my birth name to "Prayeriskey Faith." Facebook later informed me that this name was not valid since I couldn't provide appropriate identification. Now, I am attempting to revert to my original birth name, but Facebook continues to reject the change.

I received a message from someone using the profile name Mcnally Aimee, claiming to be an online coordinator for Facebook. They said I won a Facebook promotion prize worth $[redacted],[redacted] but must first pay a $[redacted] delivery charge to FedEx. I am unsure if this person truly works for Facebook or if the promotion prize is legitimate. Can anyone confirm these details for me? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello. I have already reached out to [redacted], and I received a prompt response. However, the reply I got was a standard one directing me to the wrong contact point. When I attempted to submit my inquiry and verification ID through the provided link, it wouldn't go through because it stated that my account was not disabled. I have searched for information on suspended accounts but haven't found any helpful resources. I replied to their notification, explaining that I only need to send my ID for verification, but I have yet to receive any further assistance after a month. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter for me. Thank you.

As a 17-year-old transgender woman named Scarlet, I am facing issues with my social media accounts. Despite listing my birth name Caleb in my profile, I go by Scarlet every day. My experience includes identifying as genderfluid using the names Alex and Scarlet. While most legal documents are under Caleb, one is under Alex. Scarlet is my legitimate name and not fake. I am actively involved in various pages as an admin, post regularly, and engage with friends positively. This situation unfairly targets transgender individuals, unlike accounts with alternative names like Prince, Lol, and Yolo McSwaggins. It is vital for the staff to address these concerns and discrimination promptly. Your support and understanding are crucial as I navigate these challenges and advocate for transgender rights.

I'm unsure of what's happening with my account. Last night, someone mentioned that three people were logged in. After requesting an email explaining the situation, I went to bed. I have now verified my account as per the email instructions. This has been an ongoing issue for months, with unauthorized users accessing my account. Initially, I reached out to Facebook and provided identification proof with a photo, but no action was taken. I fear that someone may have malicious intentions.

Hi, I am Dr. L. On Facebook, all my friends recognize me by this name. My colleagues use their professional titles, and I confirmed my account by sending my government ID to Facebook. However, after verification, Facebook changed my name to simply Shazia Iqbal. This has caused me issues. I have my professional ID and documents ready to provide if Facebook requires them. Please change my name back to my authentic one, which people know me by. Thank you.

I have a question about my boyfriend's Facebook account. He claims it has been hacked and that he cannot control what gets published. He says he is unable to change his password or see everything being posted. While I can see the posts, he cannot. I suspect he may not be telling me the truth about his account. Is it possible that he truly has no control over his Facebook? I'm unsure if he really lacks access. Your insight would be appreciated.

My son, aged 19, has autism and under our care. He has been misusing his Facebook privileges by engaging in risky behavior, such as contacting older individuals with questionable backgrounds, sharing our address, and sending a person's mugshot to someone else. Despite repeated warnings due to his immaturity and lack of impulse control, he persists in these actions. I am concerned about his safety and the impact of his behavior. Can you please provide information on how to restrict or deactivate his account due to these unsafe practices? I believe he may have been reported multiple times on Facebook. Thank you.

A hacker contacted me through a friend's profile on Facebook, asking for a favor. After I agreed, they sent me a URL on my phone, which I screenshotted and sent back. Soon after, my Facebook account was hacked. It started messaging strange things to people, and now my profile is missing when searched. I can't log in because it claims my email is incorrect. It says a recovery link was sent to an email I don't recognize (h*************5@o******.com). How can I regain access to my account?

She didn't have an issue with the photo itself, but rather that some business emails were exchanged on the same platform. Despite this, Glenn Jeffrey, who was following her, objected to the picture content and reported it to the platform. The platform determined the content didn't violate their guidelines. I then defended my post to Fiona. Unfortunately, my account was hacked, leading to its removal, and I had to create a new one. I suspect Glenn Jeffrey was behind the hack, as no one else would have had a reason to do so.

Someone using my photos on Facebook creating a fake profile under the name Marielle Joseph in Atlanta, New York, claiming false information about attending Harvard University. Despite reporting to Facebook, the profile remains. Another individual, Neg Breya Papachay, is also using my images on their page spreading untrue and hurtful statements about me having AIDS and escaping the hospital. This situation is causing me distress, and I am considering involving authorities to press charges against these individuals.

I keep receiving the message on my Facebook pages: "Please try refreshing the page or closing and re-opening your browser window." I have followed these steps multiple times. No matter what actions I take, such as posting events, sharing pictures, or copy-pasting, this message continues to appear. On the left column, instead of seeing my list of pages, likes, and favorites, I only see "English (US) • Privacy • Terms • Cookies • Advertising • Ad Choices • More Facebook © [redacted]." It's frustrating not being able to access my usual content.

I received a notification stating my account was disabled for impersonation, which is false. I have used this account for several years and it has valuable photos of deceased family and friends that are irreplaceable. I am strictly against bullying and feel confused as to why my account was flagged. I do not use my last name for privacy reasons and have verified my identity by providing my driver's license. Despite submitting multiple requests and forms, I have not received any information on the timeline or assistance provided. I am anxious about potentially losing all my photos, as they are solely stored on Facebook. I seek an update or guidance on resolving this matter promptly.

My brother Landry Makwa has been a victim of someone attempting to impersonate him on Facebook and posting inappropriate content using his name. I, Luna Demack, have already reported this issue. The account was locked initially, but it has now been reopened with my picture and my brother's picture. If you check the profile, you will see my oldest brother in X Terra Blue and my younger brother Landry Makwa. We are unsure of the person responsible for this. Kindly assist us in permanently locking this account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account got disabled around July 27th. I submitted an appeal, but it got rejected, and Facebook mentioned that there are no further actions to take. I am certain that I didn't violate any terms and conditions after reviewing them multiple times; my posts mainly consist of pictures with my friends. I feel frustrated, disappointed, and lost. Can anyone suggest how I could connect with a legitimate Facebook administrator to resolve this issue? Thanks.

My Facebook email password has been changed, account details altered, passwords and names modified, pictures deleted, and I am locked out. After kicking the hacker off and regaining control, I was supposed to receive a code from 3 friends, but two days have passed, and nothing. Now, I am without a Facebook account for work and my family, which is very frustrating. All I want is the code to be sent to my friends so I can recover my account. Despite the account being hacked and used for inappropriate activities, Facebook has not contacted me nor resolved the issue.
