Facebook has locked me out of my account, demanding that I upload a picture of myself for security reasons on my Jacqueline Carson account, which I use to manage my company Carson'z. I am unable to work on my business page and unable to create a new ad. I run ads for my jello shots business and wasted a significant amount of time today. I also have a personal account under Jackie Landa Carson. I created a separate business account to keep things separated. Please allow me to review my picture and regain access to my account. I believe compensation for the lost advertising time is necessary. Unlock my account as soon as possible, Facebook Admin. Hi everyone, I'm having difficulty recovering my account. I attempted to retrieve it, and my partner, J.M., also tried to help a week ago without success. Being technologically challenged, I changed my login information and switched to new devices, causing issues accessing my 11-year-old account. I created a new account which I plan to delete. Additionally, my email changed from [redacted] to [redacted] some time ago. The correct profile picture, a fire red dragon lily, does not show up on the list of profiles, while my new profile picture features my dog Frankie. I kindly ask for assistance. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account because I used a nickname and a favorite player's last name instead of my real name. Facebook sent a message warning that my account would be locked unless I sent an ID proof with my actual name. I complied and sent a picture of my ID. However, after two days, I received another message stating my account was locked again. I repeated the process by sending my ID photo but now, when I try to log in, I receive a message saying, "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account." The message also mentioned that they appreciate my patience and will get back to me as soon as possible. I am hoping to regain access to my account soon.

My girlfriend is experiencing issues with her phone uploading Facebook because it seems hacked. The codes for resetting the password are not working despite multiple attempts. I'm frustrated with the time and money invested in Facebook with no results. It's discouraging when crucial features like photos can't be accessed or backed up. This is not the service expected from Facebook, and the frequent occurrence of this issue is unacceptable. I choose not to use Facebook due to these recurring problems. Hello, My name is Duane A. Guy. I attempted to create a Facebook account on August 27 but faced issues with the process. I then tried to open a new account using a different email, but only managed to enter my name, email, and picture without any further progress. I've made numerous attempts to reach out to their support through the help section form but have not received any replies. Even after submitting a picture of my passport on September 7, I have not heard back from them regarding the issue or a resolution. The lack of customer service has been disappointing. I have forgotten my Facebook password because I rarely use it. I used to access the app on my iPhone with a saved password. However, the associated email on my account is an old Hotmail address that I no longer have access to due to forgotten login details. I attempted to reset the Hotmail password but couldn't answer the security questions correctly. I have a new email that I actively use and would prefer to receive the password reset code there or on my phone for verification purposes. I have important personal content on my Facebook account, and I am eager to recover it. It would be greatly appreciated if there were a customer service number available to assist with this matter. My Facebook account has been hacked, and despite trying everything, I can't regain access. The hacker changed my login, password, number, and email. I've reached out to support and provided my license, along with a list of friends who can vouch for the ownership of the account for over 5 years. This seems to be part of a scam where scammers trick friends into thinking they are the account owner. They also reported my account for using a false name. I have sentimental pictures with my late relatives and caregiving moments that I want to retrieve. They also attempted to hack my Google account, but I managed to recover it. Check my previous logins using my consistent number and last password. My birth name is Sharma, but I go by Sam, and my names include Marshall and Rogers. Please assist me in recovering my account, which is under the name Sam Marshall-Rogers with a purple heart on the profile.

I have sent multiple emails regarding my account with the username Downin2u and email address [redacted] My name is Jake Jassal, and despite the hack, I am requesting the unblocking of my account. I am also seeking data breach protection and a call back on [redacted]3. It is concerning that after sending ten emails, no action has been taken. I shared that I was contacted by someone claiming to be from Facebook named John T, who advised on converting my account to a business account. He requested personal information and a payment which was supposed to reactivate my hacked account with a blue badge. However, there has been no follow-up. Now, I am at risk of data breaches. I require urgent attention from the managers or the managing director of Instagram/Facebook. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it to the press. My name, opinions, and even my image are widely recognized, possibly due to unauthorized recordings on social media, which I believe were taken without my knowledge at my workplace. I suspect that my employer may have shared these recordings on Facebook without my consent, in a confidential group, resulting in significant harm to my reputation, career, and personal life. Unfortunately, I lack concrete evidence, and authorities have been unwilling to support me in my country, leading to unfair judgment and alienation from my family. I am seeking help in locating these recordings, preferably by investigating the company's Facebook activities. Any assistance in resolving this distressing situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am part of a recreational Scuba Diving club in Kilkee, Ireland. We created a page some time ago to share club information with our members and other diving clubs in Ireland and beyond. Our club, Kilkee Sub Aqua Club, also provides Search and Recovery support and has a large following. Recently, when I logged into our page, I was prompted to change the name or provide proof of identity associated with the profile name. Since we are a club, the profile name needs to reflect that we are Kilkee Sub Aqua Club rather than a specific individual. We were unaware of this issue when the page was originally set up. How can we resolve this matter? We have a significant amount of history on the page including events, videos, pictures, and over 2,[redacted] followers. I created a work account under the name Mrs. B Saint John. I prefer not to use my personal Facebook account, Belinda Hussey, for work-related matters. When some colleagues requested to be friends on Facebook, I directed them to my Mrs. B account. Unfortunately, one colleague reported my account, mistaking it for an impersonator. I rely on this account to manage the Saint John the Evangelist page. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, I couldn't set up a new account. How should I proceed now? I had initially set up a Metro PCS personal account but later switched it to a business account under my name. Upon switching, I encountered issues receiving notifications on my new account. When attempting to add my phone number for text notifications, I faced difficulties accessing the settings on my Facebook app, requiring me to log in via laptop. Subsequently, my photos vanished, and the app froze, prompting me to update my phone number, which was labeled as incorrect. This hindrance prevents me from accessing notifications or any settings without the constant phone number notification. It seems that during the process of deleting and recreating accounts, there might have been some linking error. To resolve this, I aim to delete the business account under my name, likely to create a new personal account. Although others can view my profile picture when visiting my page, I am unable to see it myself. Upon logging in, my profile picture, along with all other photos and friends, are missing.

There is someone impersonating me with a fake Facebook account. My name is Gloria Wojtaszek and I live in Georgia, USA. The fake account with the same name seems to be created by someone in Arkansas. The impersonator is leaving inappropriate comments causing others to leave Facebook. They are also contacting my ex-husband's family, causing further issues. The fake account uses a Gmail address with the username gwojtaszek and numbers. Please permanently remove this fake account for the peace of everyone on Facebook. Thank you for your assistance. My account, under the name Harry Fillingham, has been mistakenly disabled due to impersonation claims. Another user changed their Facebook profile to mimic mine and reported me for impersonation. Despite my account showing consistent profile pictures of a different person, Facebook has mistakenly sided with the false claimant.

Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my girlfriend, Sophie Chagneau. Her account has been blocked for allegedly "pretending to be someone else." Unfortunately, Sophie is dealing with some individuals, whom I can only describe as either crazy or ignorant, who reported her account as fake. Despite providing two documents to prove her identity, a robot message claims they are not sufficient. She submitted her credit card and even a train ticket with a photo attached. Just a few days ago, we commented on a classmate's picture, who inexplicably reacted with anger. We suspect this person may have instigated others to report her account, leading to this situation. My former partner and I share over [redacted] friends, and he frequently posts vague situations aimed at me without using my name, but mentioning my business. Despite being asked to remove them, he disregards the requests. I plan to consult with a lawyer tomorrow. I attempted to use the defamation support tool on Facebook, but it is not functioning. Can I still make a report? Many mutual friends have recognized that his posts are about me, painting me in a negative light. He has alluded to me having negative traits like being a psychopath and having low self-esteem. I use my fan page to connect with these friends. Is there a way for Facebook to compel him to delete these harmful posts?
