I used to have an account on Facebook a long time ago. Over the years, many aspects of my life have changed. I am no longer the same person I once portrayed on that account, which is still visible to others. I am now a married woman of faith and I want to safeguard my privacy by removing my old information and photos. I have attempted to regain access to an old account under my maiden name and can provide necessary documentation for verification. As I am no longer in touch with the people on that account or remember the associated phone number and email, I kindly request prompt assistance in taking down the account to protect my privacy.

I am writing to express my concerns about the recent shutdown of my business Instagram account, which had the username Downin2u and was linked to the email address [redacted] As a legitimate business, we were distressed by an attempt from a competitor to sabotage us by both hacking our Instagram and Facebook accounts. Despite facing abuse on Instagram, we refrained from engaging. However, after one individual used our business logo to harass us and instructed us to leave Instagram, our account was promptly disabled. We, at Downin2u, are eager to receive a detailed explanation for the shutdown of our hard-earned account and request to have it reinstated with a verification badge. I submitted personal identification documents, which were rejected with a suggestion to reapply in 30 days. Despite multiple efforts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering our account. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted]3. My name is Jake Jassal, a business partner at Downin2u. I am willing to rectify any mistakes and have reviewed all terms and guidelines thoroughly. Our business aims to promote our products without interference from competitors. I sincerely hope for a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you. Jake Jassal from Downin2u.

I recently attempted to open a business account but encountered issues. After providing my information, my account was inexplicably disabled. Subsequently, I received a call from a person named John T. on [redacted]6 alleging that I had multiple accounts from one IP address. He promised a new Facebook account if I paid £50. Instead, he gained access to my bank details and passwords. Despite these events, I have not received assistance from Facebook or Instagram. This ordeal has been distressing, and I am eager for resolution. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]3. Thank you. - Jake J.

I contacted a seller regarding a baby Evenflo Exersaucer Triple Fun Active Learning Center and we agreed to meet on Tuesday 9/2/18 to complete the purchase. We discussed payment options, initially suggested PayPal, which was declined, so I proposed Facebook Pay. After attempting the payment successfully, the seller unexpectedly backed out of the deal and blocked my messages. She claimed she couldn't cancel the payment but refused to accept it, leaving me out of pocket for the $35 baby toy. I am seeking a refund from Julie Sponseller, but her Facebook profile appears to be empty. Please assist in resolving this issue.

Yesterday, my Facebook session unexpectedly expired. I have always accessed my account through the app on my phone, and this has never occurred before. However, when I tried to log back in, it indicated that my password was incorrect. I have not changed my password. When attempting to reset it, I found that the only available option was an old email address I no longer have access to ([redacted]). Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my Facebook password because of this outdated email. My current email is [redacted], and I am looking to regain access to my account. My friends on Facebook can vouch for me, and I am capable of providing answers to security questions regarding my account.

My account was hacked. The hacker changed my password, name, and removed my phone number. They added their email to receive reset codes. I am upset as they now have access to my personal information and family photos. I need my account back as it holds years of memories. The attached email, [redacted], is old and I cannot access it to reset the password. I usually used my phone number for verification. Please help me regain access, as creating a new account may confuse my friends and family. Thank you for your assistance.

I lent an old phone to someone I thought was a friend, but they got upset with me and accessed all my data by downloading it from my cloud account. They changed my Facebook and Gmail passwords. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure my accounts and report this situation effectively. I fear losing precious memories, photos, and videos stored on my Facebook. I have submitted a photo of my ID for verification. I desperately need assistance and any advice on how to regain access to my Facebook account.

Hello,
I am Ahmed Nabil, and I am reaching out because my Facebook account, associated with this email, was disabled due to a video I shared unknowingly violating copyright rules. The account holds precious memories, including those of my deceased grandparents, accumulated over 10 years. I sincerely did not intend to breach any rules, and I am devastated by its sudden loss.
I understand and respect the regulations but I kindly request your understanding as a fellow human. I have reflected on my mistake, familiarized myself with the guidelines, and pledge not to repeat the error. Could you please assist me in retrieving my account?
Thank you for considering my request.
Best regards,
Ahmed Nabil

A friend informed me about an individual named Deepak Gill who sent them a friend request on Facebook. This person has created an account using my profile picture and one of my photos with friends as their background picture. Despite reporting this account multiple times today along with my friends, Facebook has sent me a message that it is closed, but I can still see it active. I am frustrated that despite my efforts to report the account, it remains open. It is concerning that someone has hacked into my account to use my pictures. I strongly urge Facebook to close down and take immediate action against this account.

I created a Facebook page for our first-grade level at our elementary school, called "Cambridge Elementary 1st Grade," and was the sole administrator. It was active with a few members, while 5 people needed approval. However, now, when I try to access the page through my shortcut or search, I receive the message: "Sorry, this content isn't available right now." This is frustrating as I have 70 families waiting to connect and see updates on their 1st graders. I am unsure how to regain access and feeling embarrassed. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello,
I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my account. I've had to change my password frequently due to security concerns. Recently, I was overseas for several months and had my phone line canceled. I am now unable to recover the number associated with my account, which is necessary to receive text messages for password reset codes.
I've already submitted a photo of myself holding a provided code and provided a copy of my passport. However, the email response I received asks for a code to be sent to my phone, which I no longer have access to.
My account email is [redacted], and the phone number associated with the account [redacted]. Any assistance in recovering access to my account would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
C.L.

Today, I created a Facebook page with the intention of connecting with my family, but I value my privacy and did not want to include a photo. Unfortunately, Facebook rejected my legal name, prompting me to use my last married name, McCray, instead of my preferred hyphenated name Storm-McCray. When I tried to log in on my iPad shortly after creating the account on my computer, I encountered an issue with my account due to the quick succession. Reluctantly, I uploaded a personal photo as requested, and now I am waiting for it to be reviewed. I would appreciate it if Facebook could either grant me access to my account without the photo requirement or delete the account altogether. If this continues, I may have to consider other platforms to stay connected with my family.

I am experiencing ongoing harassment on Facebook and had to deactivate my account as I was unable to delete it. Unfortunately, my photos and messages are still accessible, which is causing me distress. I attempted to enhance security by updating my phone number, but due to the harassment, I had to change it again. I urgently need to update my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] to regain access to important Facebook contacts and delete all my data on the platform. The harassment has taken a toll on me, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you for your help.

I recently got married and changed my surname. However, when I provided documents for proof of the name change, my birth name was used instead of the nickname I have been using for the past 10 years. I have been known as Miz Perry for a decade, and I would like to revert to using this name as it is the one I go by in daily life. Despite submitting proof of my marriage with my full name, I am unable to use my preferred name, Miz, which is widely recognized by my friends, colleagues, and family. According to your guidelines, nicknames are acceptable for use, so I kindly request to change my first name back to Miz, while retaining my married surname Holley. Your assistance in making this adjustment would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Jacob Cottingim, and my Facebook account has been hacked. Hundreds of strangers I do not know have been added to my friends list, and many more have been sent friend requests without my authorization. I have attempted to reset my password, but the hacker changed it to something unknown to me. I am unable to update my personal information or recover my account. When I request a password reset through email, the confirmation code does not arrive despite numerous attempts. I faced this issue months ago, struggling to reach customer support by phone, leading me to abandon seeking help. Now, I am reaching out in hopes of fixing this problem. I am distressed that my privacy has been violated, and I am concerned about unauthorized interactions happening on my behalf. I am unable to deactivate my account without the password. I seek assistance to reclaim control of my account.

To the recipients, my name is John O. I have shared a video on my account regarding Memorial pieces made from family ashes. Although most viewers have appreciated it, I encountered a distressing situation with my nephew, Jeremy O. He reacted severely when I inquired about using my brother's ashes for a memorial glass artwork. He threatened me and used offensive language. After dealing with health issues, including kidney cancer, I am deeply disturbed by his behavior. I kindly request that Facebook review Jeremy O.'s page for his threatening comments and consider suspending it to prevent future incidents. His history of violence and involvement in gangs is concerning, and his plans to visit soon add to my worries. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly.

I need help with my Facebook accounts. I have three accounts: TigersEye, MariaThrive, and AgnesGo. TigersEye works fine. MariaThrive has two emails: [redacted] and [redacted], both working. AgnesGo, created with my phone number [redacted], works on my phone but not on my laptop. When I try to log in on my laptop using my phone number, it shows the wrong password. When I try to reset the password, it sends a code to one of the MariaThrive emails. I might have mistakenly used [redacted] for AgnesGo. I want to reset the password for AgnesGo and switch it to a different email. I don't want to change TigersEye or MariaThrive. How can I fix this so I can access AgnesGo on my laptop? I'm not very computer-savvy. Is the issue because [redacted] is on both accounts? Please help me fix this. Thank you.

While troubleshooting my Verizon account, I had to reset and erase my iPhone 7, setting it up as new. I then realized I hadn't updated my Facebook information and couldn't log in as I forgot my password. After retrieving the code from my old Gmail account, I successfully changed my password but didn't receive the following SMS code. Despite multiple attempts and requests for a resend, I never received the code. Even after providing my driver's license and a photo of myself with the code, no SMS code or email was received after trying for 3 to 4 days. Recently, while attempting to log in from my Xbox browser, it prompted for a code generator. As my friends list is important and visible only to me, I hope to regain access to my account without having to create a new one due to personal reasons.

I believe there has been an error on Facebook's part. My account was temporarily disabled for a copyright infringement on September 5, [redacted], and then, unexpectedly, permanently disabled on September 7, [redacted], even after the initial temporary ban.
The first temporary ban for the copyright issue was understandable, but the second warning was a mistake. One of my page admins, Mr. Indika Silva, had requested the page to be restored, which Facebook did, but this action led to fault warnings for all admins. Upon restoring the page, the fault warnings should have been retracted, which unfortunately did not happen. This issue ultimately led to the permanent disablement of my personal account.
As the owner and sole admin of the "Noble Friends of Melbourne" page with over 50,[redacted] members, the disappearance of the page due to my disabled account is concerning. I urge Facebook to review this case promptly, reactivate my account, and restore the "Noble Friends of Melbourne" page.
I kindly request a swift resolution to rectify this mistake. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am Magda Sterling. My husband's account got blocked for sharing a video on Messenger, discussing people posting inappropriate content online. We were told it would only be for 72 hours. It's been over 72 hours, and the block remains. He feels remorseful and worries because he's a good person. Where can he apologize for the offense? How much longer will he be in "Facebook jail"? This incident taught us to report inappropriate posts and won't happen again.
Thank you,
Magda Sterling
