My name is Chandra J. My email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. My account has been disabled for three days now after being hacked on September 5th. Facebook resolved the issue, allowing me to change my password and email, but then they disabled my account. Currently, all I can do is download my information in files. I urgently need access to my account as I have family eager to see photos from my son's recent birthday. Facebook claims I was disabled for harassing people, but that was the hacker, not me. I value my Facebook account and have learned to be cautious with my information.

A few years ago, approximately five years back, I had an account that was compromised by an individual. I proceeded to close the account, or so I believed. Recently, my spouse informed me that the old account had been reactivated and was being utilized by someone else. I would like for this account to be permanently closed to prevent any further activity on it.
My name is Danny B. Smith, and during that time, we used a local email provider, Artelco. Regrettably, I cannot recall the email address or username associated with the account, hindering my ability to access it. However, the email might have been [redacted], [redacted], or something similar. I apologize for the lack of additional details.
If more information is needed, please contact my wife, Mary Smith, on Facebook under the username provided or at [redacted].

I recently received a message from someone who claimed to be my sister-in-law and wanted to connect on Messenger. They mentioned having something important to tell me and brought up a bonus from the Workers Compensation Appeal Board Federal Government Trust Fund. They mentioned a promotional program offering cash to retired individuals, workers, youth, elderly, and disabled people. However, when I asked a personal question, they responded strangely, causing me to doubt their identity. I tried contacting my actual sister-in-law, who was unaware of the situation. I'm unsure how to proceed from here. What steps should I take next?

I am unable to access my Facebook and Messenger accounts. Meanwhile, I have been informed that three individuals are making negative comments about me on various websites where I am active. Their actions are damaging my reputation, both professionally and personally. Unfortunately, I am unable to defend myself as I cannot log in to respond. This situation is affecting my business, which relies on advertising through Facebook.

I am currently locked out of my original account belonging to Adriana B. with my children in the profile picture. I attempted to reset my password via email and a linked phone number, but only received the email reset option. After successfully changing the password, I was unable to log in again as the new email was not recognized. Trying the trusted friends option twice resulted in being asked to wait another 24 hours each time. Despite waiting, I continued to have login issues, receiving a message that the session had expired. I then created a new account, only to be flagged as fraudulent and kicked out. I am very frustrated and simply want assistance in accessing my original Facebook account again.

I've had a Facebook page for 3 years, but I can no longer access it because I no longer have access to the email and phone number linked to the account. Despite trying to use the help of my 3 trusted contacts and successfully entering the codes, I was unable to receive the necessary text message to regain access. Frustrated, I created a new account and started reconnecting with my old friends, but then I was asked to verify my identity by sending a picture to Facebook. After complying, my account was disabled the next day without a clear explanation. I created a new account again, only to encounter the same issue of being asked to verify my identity after a few days. I just want to retrieve my old account and need guidance on what steps to take next.

I am seeking clarification on why my account was blocked by Facebook. I feel this action is unjust and disrespectful. Despite being a disabled person who does not engage in bullying, I have faced harassment on the platform. I strongly believe in the freedom of speech and sharing opinions without fear of reprisal.
I resent being blamed for something I did not do and refuse to apologize for an action I did not commit. I have received information that hackers are misusing deceased individuals' accounts to bully others, a concerning trend that Facebook should address promptly. Despite reporting such abuse multiple times, it has not been categorised appropriately by Facebook.
I urge Facebook to review the situation and rectify the suspension as the accusations are unfounded. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards,
Debbie Pendry

This individual, Eric, was verbally attacking others with derogatory names and criticism about grammar. Despite my efforts to address this behavior, I was ultimately removed from the platform after calling him out. I feel this action was unjust. In my response, I simply asked Eric to cease his offensive language and disrespectful behavior. It appears that the platform administrators overlooked the severity of other inappropriate content while singling out my comment. I feel targeted and harassed, possibly due to my support for President Trump. I believe my use of a biblical reference should not have resulted in such consequences, especially since more extreme content remains on the platform without repercussion.

I have encountered issues with Facebook repeatedly placing me in Facebook jail for simply uploading my phone's photos into Facebook Memories within a private album for my personal viewing. This time, Facebook flagged a picture of my daughter that was solely on my phone and not posted on Facebook. As a business owner, my social media presence is vital, but these unjustified actions by Facebook harm my ability to trust the platform. The photo in question depicts my daughter without a shirt, a common sight for boys online. I fail to see why my personal images are being targeted while others are not. I am urgently requesting for this restriction to be lifted before the 30-day period ends. Despite appealing each accusation diligently and ensuring photo appropriateness, my frustration with Facebook's actions continues to grow.

My Facebook account, Claire Vee, was hacked on August 6, [redacted]. I contacted Facebook to delete the account, which they finally did after several days of investigation. However, the hackers didn't stop there. They created a new account, Clairnda Valderrama, using my old profile picture and have been victimizing my friends in the US and Philippines, swindling them out of significant amounts of money. Despite my repeated requests, Facebook has not taken down this fraudulent account yet. The hackers are putting my life, reputation, and privacy, as well as those of my family and friends, at risk. They are committing various illegal activities, collecting money from my friends in the Philippines under false pretenses and obtaining personal and financial information from my friends in the US. Despite violating Facebook's Community Standards, the account has not been removed. Please help stop these hackers and their fraudulent activities. Reports indicate that 10,[redacted] Facebook accounts have been hacked in the past three months, and the number continues to rise. Kindly remove the Clarinda Valderrama account to provide us with some peace of mind. Thank you.

My account was compromised on December 7. I wasn't aware as I'm not an active Facebook user, and the email linked to my account is no longer in use. Consequently, I missed the notifications regarding the password change.
I originally signed up with [redacted] and later switched the primary email to [redacted] to stop receiving notifications. Recently, I received emails in Arabic notifying me of changes to my account, including the removal of my email and phone number, which is [redacted]. The emails also mentioned my cousin Cori Montez.
Despite trying various methods to recover my account, I'm stuck. Without access to [redacted] and with my contact information removed, I'm at an impasse. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

I initially used the phone number [redacted] to create an account with the email [redacted] I lost access to that number and didn't receive any verification codes. To secure the account, I added two-step verification with Google Authenticator but faced issues with the phone and did a factory reset before removing the codes. I no longer have access to the account or the second step. My name is Mark K., 33 years old, residing in Lawrence, originally from Augusta, Georgia. The legacy contact on the account was Miss Amy S. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. The account has been altered to Chinese text, and my profile picture is that of an unknown woman. I received an email notifying me of a password change originating from Seoul, South Korea. I followed instructions online to reset my password, but I am encountering difficulties verifying my identity using a listed device. The prompt directs me to log in again on that specific device, but I am unable to progress past this step. I have exhausted the available options to confirm my identity and regain access to my account. Additionally, even if I manage to log in, I won't be able to navigate the platform in Chinese. A solution to revert the language setting to English would be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I appreciate your assistance. I am writing on behalf of London Blockchain Labs Ltd. as the Executive Director, Ilya Kleyner.
I am the creator and one of the administrators of the Facebook page “London Blockchain Labs - LBL.” Currently, it is linked to a Facebook Business Manager account named “UCL CBT,” which was created two years ago for a different purpose. This BM account is also linked to the “UCL CBT” Instagram account.
Our goal is to delink the “London Blockchain Labs - LBL” page from the “UCL CBT” BM account and connect it to the “London Blockchain Labs” BM account. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the email associated with “UCL CBT” BM, which is believed to be inactive. Additionally, the password for the associated Instagram account is lost and cannot be recovered.
Is there a possible solution to unlink the pages and transfer them to the correct BM account, considering these circumstances? All administrators, editors, and moderators support this change and are willing to provide written consent if required.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Ilya

After successfully changing my password and verifying my phone number, I encountered an issue when trying to log in to my account. Despite requesting a code to be sent via SMS for verification, I did not receive it. This has led to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. I have been using the same phone number for my account for almost a year, making this situation frustrating. I've attempted to log in numerous times without success and now I'm receiving a message that I've made too many requests. It has been over 24 hours, and I've tried twice to log in with no resolution to the problem. I value security measures, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating.

A Korean Facebook user here. I had an account a few years back with the email [redacted] It was disabled when I didn't use the email for almost a year. I then created a new account with the phone number [redacted]-[redacted](+82) but it got disabled again when adding friends. I uploaded my ID photo as requested but my account remains disabled. I made a new account with the same phone number, only to have it disabled again after a week. I've sent my photo for verification, but I fear my account will be disabled once more. I don't understand why adding known friends triggers this. Facebook is examining my photo now, but I worry about the outcome and repeated process.

We have 5 Facebook pages - 1 profile (mine) and 3 pages in use, and one inactive page from our early setup days. Recently, we received 3 unexpected 1-star ratings on all our pages within a short span, including one with an unreasonable comment. After numerous attempts and much stress, one user removed their negative rating and comment without further communication. I never sought out reviews for our pages but suddenly accumulated 26 positive 5-star ratings, only to lose them when I tried to remove the review feature. Shortly after, on our Academy of Dressage page, 2 more 1-star ratings appeared with no comments, replacing all previous ratings. This experience has made me wary of relying on ratings, as I discovered they could be misleading. It seems Facebook automatically includes the review option and navigating its removal is challenging. Witnessing a friend's new business page displaying a message encouraging ratings without their control prompts me to warn others about the potential for false reviews and the difficulties in addressing them with Facebook. We put in too much effort for our business to be negatively impacted by such unjust actions.

Hello, my name is Natalie Vasicek, and I have been struggling for two years now to regain access to my profile. In the past, I have had to reset my password multiple times due to unauthorized access from locations in Melbourne and Sydney. Unfortunately, I dropped my iPhone 4 in water, which was linked to my Facebook, Instagram, and old email account, resulting in my inability to access them.
Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach out to anyone for assistance as I no longer have access to my previous email account, which is over a decade old and its password escapes me. Various attempts to reset using alternate emails, phone numbers, and security questions have proved fruitless. The system prompts me for details such as the last sent and received email, which I am unable to recall.
My old email is [redacted], and I am willing to provide any necessary proof of identification to verify my ownership of the account. I am reluctant to create a new account due to the multitude of photos stored on my current profile, accumulated over the years due to phone damage. I urgently require assistance with this matter and would greatly appreciate any guidance on where to seek help for password reset if this is not the appropriate channel.
Residing in Queensland, Australia, I have had a new phone number for the past year and possess a new email address. At 29 years old, I am approaching my 30th birthday in March. If further information is needed, please feel free to inquire to assist in resolving this predicament.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards, Natalie

My spouse and I kindly request that you disable the "suggested friends" feature on your platform. It has become bothersome and unnecessary. Inexplicably, he receives suggestive and inappropriate friend suggestions from individuals with no relevance to us globally. Personally, I find all suggestions unwelcome. This situation is escalating and serves no legitimate purpose. Please, Facebook, refrain from imposing unsolicited content on users. It seems baffling why it is challenging to reach a representative for assistance. The community help center offers little solace as many users share the same frustrations. Responses received so far have been generic and unhelpful. The lack of action on explicit content is concerning, especially when tamer content faces stricter scrutiny. It's essential to address this issue promptly and cease the imposition of content on users. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, but please avoid repetitive responses and guide me to the community center as I have already consulted it.

I am having difficulties recovering my account. I do not have any friends listed for recovery, and I no longer have access to the email address or old mobile phone number associated with the account. The account I am trying to recover is @fiona.mccallum.5. Last night, on 9/9/[redacted], I could access the messenger service, but now it requires a password. I would greatly appreciate your help in recovering my account as it contains precious memories and photos. If needed, I can provide names of my contacts or family members for verification purposes. The email address I am providing belongs to my son, Luke McCullum. Thank you very much, Fiona McCullum.
