My Facebook account was disabled without reason. It turns out someone else was using my phone number, causing a mix-up. Once Facebook reinstated my account, I lost access to photos, friends, and my feed. Facebook must restore my account and fix this issue. I have not received assistance from customer service, as there is no phone number to call. Facebook lacks customer service support and now expects payment for live support, which only involves typing issues on a chat. It is their mistake, and they should rectify it. I will persist in reclaiming my data and having it displayed accurately.

My son has a Facebook account under a different name because he's in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He lost his phone with Google Authenticator, so he can't access his account. He has his email, phone number, and Instagram. How can we disable two-factor authentication since Facebook support hasn't responded?

Recently, a friend asked for help with her account, and I obliged by sending her a code from my phone. Unfortunately, shortly after, I found myself unexpectedly logged out of Facebook. Upon checking my emails, I discovered that my account had been accessed by someone else. I followed the necessary steps, including providing my ID for security purposes, and managed to regain access through my email. However, I noticed that my password, email address, and other details had been altered. The intruder logged in from Cardiff just 15 minutes before me. Despite my attempts, I was unable to reset my email and password as the hacker had already made changes. I am shocked by this violation, especially coming just a day after my birthday. I am seeking assistance to fully recover my account.

Unfortunately, despite multiple complaints, the account remains open and has once again been accessed by hackers. They are using my personal photos and identification, causing significant concern. Yesterday, I attempted to boost one of our posts, but encountered issues with payment using my Mastercard. Following multiple unsuccessful attempts, our ads were flagged and disabled by Facebook. I believe my account was hacked as the perpetrator changed my password to gain access. Despite regaining access, I am unable to reset the password, remove emails, or make any changes without the original password, which I do not know because it was altered. The reset process does not seem to be working as I have attempted multiple times. Should I proceed with deleting my account or can I expect assistance from the support team? I am writing on behalf of my dear friend, a well-respected educator with global recognition. Recently, her two accounts were unexpectedly deleted by the platform, claiming they were fictitious accounts controlled by different individuals. Despite providing evidence that the accounts belong to her - one being personal and the other linked to her 35-year tenure at an educational institution, including 21 years as principal - she has been unable to have the institutional account removed and her personal account reinstated.

My Facebook account, with the name under Gracy Monticalbo, was hacked recently. The perpetrator changed all my contact information and password. Despite multiple attempts to recover it by submitting my ID, it was unsuccessful. After numerous tries, I was finally able to add an email and reset the password. Unfortunately, I am now faced with an issue accessing my account due to 2FA. It requests recovery codes and a familiar phone that I have used before. Although I am using the same phone, it fails to recognize me. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

I am struggling to access my Facebook account and messages because I cannot recall my old password. I have always used the app on my phone. I attempted to seek assistance, but I was informed that I need to pay $1 to connect with someone who can help me with my account. To emphasize my point to the automated system, I will type "Mayb" in capital letters, although this seems irrational. Currently, all my accounts are frozen due to ongoing disputes, and I do not possess an available credit card or any other unfrozen form of payment to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Consequently, I am unable to pay the required dollar at this time.

Hello, I've been locked out of my account since January 15th. The automated 'Help' responses do not address my issue. I enabled 2FA on FB without knowing about Authentication apps. Despite setting up an Auth app through Lastpass, it doesn't work with FB. I've submitted various official documents for verification, but keep receiving rejections without clear reasons. I use the name 'Zel' on FB, not my real name, which may be causing a problem. Can someone assist me with this frustrating situation, please? Thank you.

To the Facebook manager, I am reaching out as my account was hacked today, and despite my attempts, I can't recover it. The hackers removed my email and phone number, replacing them with theirs, locking me out of my account completely. I suspect they are scammers. I hope you can assist me in regaining access to my account. In a moment of desperation, I created a temporary account to check for any malicious activity. I used my number in that account, then promptly deleted it. I hope this action won't cause any issues. I appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this matter.
