Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account. My account has not been hacked, I know the password. I was on my page and wanted to verify my identity through state-issued identification. I believe the incident was purely accidental. Despite this issue, the seller provided excellent service. There seemed to be a shipping problem with the item, as per USPS instructions to pick it up. I inquired at the USPS location and was informed that the item, originally paid for First Class, required Priority Mail service. I ended up paying $3.60 out of pocket to obtain the package.
