I've been unable to log in to my account since earlier today. My bank instructed me to clear browsing history, which resulted in deleting all my accounts, including email, other banks, and Facebook! I've tried using the Help Pages without success. The account that shows up is from before I changed my name due to marriage, not my current one. Since there is no phone number for Facebook Customer Services, I am using this form for assistance. When I enter my Gmail account details, I am informed that the account has been suspended. An individual using the email [redacted] keeps hacking my account. On the morning of 3/8, I couldn't access it through my computer, but I still had access through the iPhone app. My granddaughter helped me change the password and remove that email address, but shortly after, it was hacked again and changed back to [redacted] from [redacted] I have numerous friends and many photos saved on Facebook that I would like to recover. Any assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated as I am an 80-year-old man.

I recently registered my account with my old mobile number (+[redacted]1), but I no longer have access to it since it's now being used by someone else. I didn't realize I needed to update my mobile number on Facebook to receive the verification code when changing it.
I've attempted numerous times to log in and reached out to the Facebook team for help with logging in without the verification code. After receiving a temporary login code via email from the Facebook security team to change my mobile number, my account ended up getting locked by the time I tried to do so.
Now, I'm stuck unable to unlock my account and have seemingly lost access to it permanently. Can somebody offer assistance with my predicament?

During the last week of February, I was using my Facebook account under the name Leeann Wolfe with the login details [redacted] and password LadyLola2020. An acquaintance, Nate Forest, messaged me offering financial help, which didn't seem odd since I've helped him in the past. Nate suggested adding his card to my PayPal account to send money but only temporarily. Despite some technical issues during a video chat, I trusted him due to our history. I provided my ID as instructed. Soon after, I lost access to my account as the login information was changed. Facebook notified me of the email change, but when I contacted the new email, they denied any involvement. After struggling to regain access, my attempts failed, leading me to create a new account, Jodi Leeann Wolfe with [redacted] and password Abbi081109. However, this account has been disabled due to impersonation complaints. The impostor has contacted people on my behalf, including my daughter. I wish to prove my identity through live video chat to rectify this situation.

I have been a member of Facebook for many years as Donna Hamill Dodgson. A few months back, to avoid unwanted ads, I adjusted my birthdate, unintentionally making myself look younger and causing my account to be deleted for being too young. I requested a review but never heard back. I created a new account as Donna Dodgson, but after cleaning my browser, I lost access. I tried again today with a different email, [redacted], but it was deleted shortly after. I cannot receive texts on my landline, and Facebook keeps asking for a code I can't receive. Last year in May [redacted], my 10-year-old Facebook account got logged out unexpectedly and prompted me to submit my ID, which I had never been asked for before. After submitting my ID, a message appeared stating that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were fewer reviewers available and they might not be able to review my account. Unfortunately, as time passed, I did not hear back about the status of my account and now when I try to sign in, I receive a message saying my account has been permanently disabled for not following the Community Standards. The current message states that the decision cannot be reviewed due to the time that has passed since the account was disabled. Thank you.

I was locked out of my account because it was hacked into from an unknown device. I received a message saying my account was disabled. I submitted an appeal and never heard back from Facebook even after sending my identification. After thirty days passed, I tried submitting multiple appeals but the link was broken or I didn't have permission to view it. Now, Facebook says I never sent an appeal and it's too late to submit one. I need help getting back into my Facebook account and having it restored. I didn't do anything wrong, and I suspect someone else may have accessed my account. Please help me reactivate my account.

On the 8th of March, my page was restricted for over 20 hours because of a comment I made on a post I shared from Facebook. Now, I see my page is restricted for another 27 hours due to a post that supposedly goes against Community standards. My comments were meant as jokes, quoting a cartoon about punching someone and another about kicking someone. These were light-hearted jests for my friends to enjoy. It’s frustrating that my harmless humor is being censored while more serious, inappropriate content continues to be shared on Facebook. Why is my entire post not restricted if there is an issue? I feel like the moderation team may not fully understand the humor and intentions of users like me.

The second page was created for specific communications, without any intention to deceive. Both pages used different email addresses for distinct contacts. I have a Facebook page under the name Steve Brocklesby BBY (email: [redacted]) that I've had for years. Recently, I created another page under my correct name, Stephen Brocklesby, to communicate with others who use that name for me. I am Nancy Rogers and I am experiencing difficulty accessing my first Facebook account under the name Nancy Willis Smith Rogers. Years ago, I changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] but did not update it on my Facebook account. When I attempted to log in, I had forgotten my password and the reset text was sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. Despite trying to contact the person with my old number, I received no response.
Consequently, I created a new account under the name Nancy Rogers, but I really need to access my original account to retrieve cherished family photos. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access the login page for the Nancy Willis Smith Rogers account.
