I recently reset my password successfully and logged back into my account. However, I encountered a problem where it stated my account was locked due to unusual activity – possibly due to someone trying to access it. When trying to regain access, the only option given was to send a code to a phone number I no longer use. Despite attempting other methods to unlock my account, I was only presented with the old and inaccessible number. Even after trying through the browser, I kept getting redirected to the same page without success. I am unable to view my account through another user's account as well. It seems like my account may have been deleted or blocked, though I have not intentionally taken such actions. I believe Facebook should provide alternatives like using the associated Gmail address for account recovery, not just the phone number.

The Instagram account "kingrogtm" is the one linked to my Facebook account, causing me to be unable to access my account. I value my privacy and have always adhered to Facebook's community guidelines. My personal information is stored in my Facebook account, and it is crucial for me to regain access. I have already submitted the required documents for appeal to verify my identity. I urge you to unlink "kingrogtm" from my account and review my situation promptly so that I can resume using my personal Facebook account. While at work as a hospital housekeeper/janitor, my phone accidentally fell into the toilet recently, and it stopped working. Now, I can't access my Facebook account, associated email ([redacted]), or the linked phone number ([redacted]). I urgently need to regain access as it is my primary means of communication with my children who do not live with me. I accidentally erased my browsing history on my phone, which caused me to log out of my Facebook (FB) and Gmail accounts. When I tried logging back into FB using my current email instead of the one associated with my account, I exceeded the password attempts allowed. FB prompted me to upload an ID to recover the account, but I hesitated. The next day, I repeated the process on our computer with no success. I attempted to create a new FB account, hoping to access the original one, but it didn't work. Now, I can't even reach the point where I can upload an ID. I'm concerned that deleting the new account might also delete the old one since they share the same name but have different emails. Despite researching on FB help articles, I'm unable to find a way to recover my original account. Currently, I can still use FB Messenger on my phone, but I really want to regain access to my original account.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there may be delays as we have fewer staff to review accounts. After re-examining your account, if it aligns with our Community Standards, you'll regain access. However, if it doesn't comply, your account will be permanently disabled without the option to appeal.

Hello, I'm HIMANI PAWAR from South Carolina, USA. On March 8th, [redacted], while cleaning my friends list on Facebook, my account got locked. I was unaware that such activity could result in my account being locked. I am now facing difficulty in unlocking it as I am being asked to provide valid IDs to confirm my identity. The issue is that my last name on my IDs is still SAINI from before my marriage, whereas I now go by PAWAR after getting married, which I haven't updated in my official documents yet. Despite this, I have consistently used PAWAR as my last name on Facebook. Even though I lack a government-issued ID, I have submitted alternative non-government IDs such as my pharmacy medicine slips, CDC COVID-19 vaccination record, and marriage certificate. However, I am still unable to regain access to my account. My profile picture is a digital image that enhances my appearance slightly. I am unsure of what steps to take next. My Facebook account is crucial for keeping in touch with all my friends. I can provide any necessary information and credentials to prove the ownership of this account. I am Kate and I am experiencing difficulty regaining access to my Facebook account, which is crucial for operating the 'Rescues4Pets Inc' Not For Profit Animal Welfare Charity that I manage. Our charity's operations, including handling emergencies and day-to-day activities, have come to a standstill due to this issue. The problem began when my Pixel 4a malfunctioned, leading me to perform a factory reset and lose access to the Google Authenticator app. Despite various attempts following the help center guidelines, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access to my phone. Additionally, I encountered a logout from my laptop while still logged into Facebook, further complicating the situation. Despite trying multiple recovery methods, I have been unable to bypass the 2-factor authentication hurdle. Moreover, I am experiencing difficulties receiving text messages for some of the recovery methods I have attempted. It's worth noting that our charity heavily relies on Facebook for communication through our page, community group, and my personal messages.

I am using my secondary email to discuss the issue I'm facing with my Facebook account linked to the email "[redacted]" and my associated contact number +92 [redacted] [redacted] used for both Facebook and Instagram accounts. I bought a laptop from SEHA Computers in early February via the marketplace. The item I received on 02/14/22 was not the touchscreen laptop I ordered. Initially offered a $25 refund to keep the incorrect laptop, I declined as I needed the right one for my e-commerce stores. They agreed to send the correct one upon return of the first. After sending it back with tracking, I had to remind them to send the replacement. Despite clearly providing a new delivery address, they failed to update it, leading to the laptop being returned to them. This caused frustration as my e-commerce stores were inactive, resulting in a loss of income. SEHA Computers assured me of a refund once they received the laptop, but it has been almost a week without any updates. I urge for a prompt refund so I can purchase from a more reliable source. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my usual computer with my regular password on Facebook. Despite requesting a confirmation code via email multiple times, I have not received any codes. I also attempted to confirm my identity by identifying my recent comments, but the system still could not verify me. I have sent three emails to Facebook without any response. I submitted my ID card and it was accepted, but when I requested a code to change my password, I received two codes in two separate emails. When attempting to change my password using a combination of numbers, letters, and characters, like "190298Gashi?@", your system shows an "unknown error." Despite using two different codes, I still receive the message that I have tried too many times and encounter an "unknown error." On a Monday morning, I realized I was logged out of Instagram and discovered my password, email, and phone number were changed. The account now has two-step verification that I can't bypass. Someone has taken over my account, posting scam stories and altering my username and bio. Despite providing evidence to Instagram and Facebook, they have not helped regain control of my account. Attempts to use photo verification with older images have failed. My original email and phone number associated with the account were [redacted] and ([redacted])-[redacted]. The new username is electro_x_maniac_01. Any assistance not involving the support center, photo-video, support request, or authentication codes would be appreciated.

I recently experienced a 72-hour Facebook posting suspension for violating their policy. Despite my attempts to contact Facebook for clarification, I received no response. Additionally, while searching within a 10-mile radius on Marketplace, I encountered numerous "Go Brandon" mugs which symbolize a disrespectful message towards Biden. Reporting these items did not result in their removal, with Facebook stating they have the right to express their views. This situation feels unfair, especially when I am left unaware of my violation that led to the posting restrictions. The lack of transparency and inconsistency in enforcing rules is frustrating. It is essential for Facebook to provide users with clear explanations when taking action against them.

My account, Sherrie Foote Espiritu, was hacked around 2 a.m. on 15/03/[redacted]. Over the past few days, I have been receiving emails asking for new passwords, which I did not request. Last night, I was shocked to find out that my account was disabled due to posting explicit photos related to child exploitation. As a 58-year-old grandmother, this accusation is completely appalling to me. Unfortunately, whenever I try to submit a review, I am redirected to the message saying that my account is disabled. My accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, and Linktr.ee have been hacked. The hackers changed my email to [redacted] and added another one. I'm currently locked out of my Facebook account, and they even have a copy of my passport. They are sending messages to my friends from my Facebook Messenger offering to deposit money into their Cash App accounts. I need help deleting my hacked Facebook account and removing any associated links. Another Facebook account I was setting up was also taken down, and despite submitting reports, I haven't received any resolution. I've tried to inform Facebook that my account was hacked, but the form wouldn't submit. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.
