Facebook has notified me that 11 of my posts violate their standards regarding dangerous individuals and organizations. These posts are only visible to me, and repeated violations may lead to further restrictions on my account. If I believe there has been an error, I can appeal the decision. Multiple posts from February 16th were flagged for this violation.

Hello. My name on Facebook is Ted Marais, although my full name is Edward Stoner Marais. My account was disabled due to identity issues because I have been working in China since [redacted]. I have had trouble logging back in as the account was disabled based on the location or device I was using. I am a South African citizen, and my South African cell number, which is +27 82 [redacted], has been deactivated due to inactivity. I am working on reactivating it with a family member's help.
My issues are:
a) I forgot my password.
b) I receive verification codes on my Chinese cell number (+86 [redacted] [redacted]) but also require the inactive South African number, which I cannot access currently. My current email is [redacted]

I would appreciate it if you could assist me with my Facebook and PUBG accounts. I received a notification stating that a decision was made regarding my account on February 16, [redacted]. Currently, my Facebook account is not visible to others and I am unable to use it. I understand that due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in the review process. I am hoping that upon reevaluation, my account will be found to comply with the Community Standards, allowing me to regain access to Facebook. Yesterday, I received an email stating that I had violated copyright regulations on Facebook, which is untrue. Upon clicking the link in the email, an unknown person gained access to my Facebook Business Manager. This individual removed my Ads Manager, leading to my accounts on Instagram and Facebook getting blocked. Regrettably, my personal account remains inaccessible.
I usually allocate 50€ per day for ads, and inexplicably, approximately [redacted]€ has been spent since yesterday without my knowledge. To prevent further unauthorized transactions, I have blocked my credit card.
I urgently require help in securing my Business Manager, regaining access to my profiles, and recovering the funds that were improperly spent. It is imperative that I resolve this matter promptly.

I attempted to join a gaming club on Facebook to play slots. The admin asked for my ID to access my account. I didn't send a copy of my ID, but I granted her access to my account for placing an ad and promised a $50 free play deposit. However, her behavior made me nervous. When I tried to remove her access, my Facebook screen went black. Now, I can't access my account, my email was changed, and my pictures are missing. I am dealing with a distressing situation where my ex-wife and her new partner are creating fake profiles to harass me online and have even caused me trouble at work by posting defamatory content. Despite having an order of protection, they persist in their harmful actions, including threats of violence and false accusations. I have taken measures to protect myself by changing contact information and moving, but the harassment continues. I have reached out to Facebook multiple times to address this issue, requesting that their IP addresses be banned, but have not seen any resolution. Earlier today, a person posing as "Savannah Lee" contacted me about making money through Bitcoin using Cash App. They requested my personal information, including my Cash App ID and Facebook password, which I initially provided. However, when they asked for pictures of my driver's license, I became suspicious and only sent one before deciding not to share any further details. Sensing something was not right, I quickly took screenshots of their profile and our conversation for my safety. Later on, I discovered they had logged me out of my account, changed the contact email and phone number to theirs, and reset my password. Although losing my Facebook account is not a major concern, I am worried because my child's Kids Messenger account is linked, containing family photos. I seek assistance in recovering my account and have screenshots of the imposter's profile and our conversation as evidence, which I am unable to attach here.

I am having trouble recovering my Facebook profile - Serafim Slovesny, Login [redacted]; unfortunately, I do not have any other documents, but this is indeed my account. I created the profile in [redacted], recently added a nickname jjjjjjj to the profile and granted access to the webcam, then changed the password and logged in from another device, which caused a profile confirmation issue. However, since my email was in the archive, I couldn't immediately confirm the 8th password. After regaining access to my email, I changed the password. A few years ago, I sent you photos to recover the account. This is genuinely my account, and I have always accessed it. It's just that I didn't have Google accounts before, which caused a confirmation problem. Please restore my account based on this genuine information provided by me. Can I confirm my account through my current phone number or another active email account on the account?

This morning, a friend informed me that my Facebook account had been hacked, and inappropriate images were posted from it. When I attempted to access my account to change my password, I discovered it had been disabled. Despite trying to verify my identity by receiving a security code via text, I encountered issues with the phone number not being recognized. Although I received a code through email, I couldn't enter it due to the continuous loop of being prompted to confirm my identity through text messages. Now, I've been informed that I can't request any more verification codes for 24 hours as I exceeded the limit. It seems I'm stuck in a frustrating cycle trying to regain access to my account.

Hello, I am reaching out to report fraud and request the cancellation of charges that have been taken from me. A person contacted me through Messenger, Ms. Michelle Delestienne, asking me to vote using a link for a child, a little chef in Belgium I believe, which I willingly did. There was no indication that the service was chargeable or that other amounts would be deducted. Then, I received an SMS message on my phone indicating that €[redacted] x 5 or more was being requested as payment from me. Later, the same person asked me to click on another link where my phone number appeared to cancel the invoice (which asked for my bank details, something I did not provide).
I contacted Orange, who informed me that they could not assist, stating that it is up to the operators to handle it. Therefore, I am filing a complaint for deliberate fraud and online scam immediately with your services and requesting the cancellation of the taken amounts and any future ones. Please keep me updated on the actions taken or provide me with guidelines on what to do.

My account was blocked, and I followed the instructions to send my driver's license to Facebook. It's been approximately five days, and my account is still blocked. My nephew mentioned that Facebook might email me instructions on how to open my account, but I haven't checked my emails as I receive many daily and do not have text messaging. Could you kindly send another email to [redacted]? I will check it daily to try to reopen my Facebook account. Alternatively, if you can assist in opening it from your end, as you have a copy of my license.
Just to clarify, my wife and I have separate accounts. Mine is the one that is currently blocked, while my wife's is active. We have different sets of friends, except for family members. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance as I recently fell victim to a hack and a scam. I lost access to my Facebook, Messenger, and bank accounts while also losing $[redacted]. I was deceived into an investment scheme by someone named Dennis Allen who used fake credentials and government identifications. My Facebook and Messenger accounts have been compromised, with my email and password changed. This person, Dennis Allen, appeared legitimate as he was on my friend list and had mutual connections. Unfortunately, I got involved in this due to a friend's suggestion to invest in bitcoin. My affected account details were [redacted] with the password S0ngM![redacted]! and phone number [redacted]. I am feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I seek help to recover my accounts and hold the perpetrator accountable. Despite my efforts, I cannot regain control as all my information has been altered, and I am locked out of my accounts.

My account was disabled after posting on the marketplace. I didn't realize my mistake as I am not familiar with the rules. After appealing, I received no response. I have been a Facebook user for many years without any issues. Unfortunately, I lost access to important conversations with a deceased friend that are stored in my disabled Messenger. It's heartbreaking. I kindly request the reactivation of my Messenger account as it holds four years' worth of cherished memories in conversations and pictures. Please, consider restoring my access to Messenger.
