I received an email from Facebook on February 1st informing me of an unusual login attempt and a password change request. I didn't click the link provided. Subsequently, my account was accessed and used to post content violating Facebook's terms, resulting in my account being suspended. I submitted an appeal with a copy of my passport but received no response for days. Upon contacting Facebook through my wife's account, I was informed my ID submission was declined without a reason. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, I received automated responses with unhelpful links. Even reaching out on Twitter has yielded no response. I've created a new profile to seek assistance, but I'm unable to contact anyone. Any guidance would be appreciated.

My Facebook account was hacked on Monday, the 14th. The hacker changed my email, password, phone number, and profile name to "Mario Maurer." They even deleted my profile picture, posts, and friends list. I created a temporary account to monitor the situation and ensure my friends' safety. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover my account. A friend suggested contacting customer service for assistance. I am desperate to regain access to my account, restore my posts and friends list, and prevent future security breaches. A privacy setting similar to Instagram's could help prevent such incidents. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I have created multiple accounts in the past, with one lasting almost 12 years, another lasting three years before being hacked, and a recent one that's already been hacked within a month. I can see my profile is still there with my pictures, but I'm unable to log in and the support team says they can't find the associated emails for any of my accounts ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted]). I use Facebook to connect with my family, but these constant hacking issues are making me consider leaving the platform.

My Facebook account has been compromised. It appears someone accessed it from Chicago on a Chromebook, although I do not live there or own that device. Moreover, I received two password reset emails that I did not initiate. Additionally, I got messages from the Facebook Ads Team despite never advertising on the platform.
The message displayed on my FB page states:
"Diane, you disagreed with the decision
ON FEBRUARY 11, [redacted]
It usually takes us just over a day to review your information.
Your account is not visible to people on Facebook, and you can't use it.
What happens next
We’ll take another look at your account. We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means we may be unable to review your account.
If we find your account does follow our Community Standards, you’ll be able to use Facebook again.
If we find your account doesn’t follow our Community Standards, it will be permanently disabled and you won’t be able to disagree again."
I rely on FB and Messenger to stay connected with loved ones. Being a 67-year-old grandmother, I wish to have my account reinstated.

At approximately 10 p.m. Nigeria Time on February 18, [redacted], I encountered an issue while using Facebook. While browsing stories on my account, I clicked a link that I thought would lead to a video. However, the link prompted me to log into Facebook again.
Shortly after, I realized I was logged out of my account and despite numerous attempts, I couldn't regain access. Upon checking my linked email, I found notifications stating that my primary email had been changed and then removed.
I haven't been able to access my Facebook account since this incident.

My personal account is currently disabled, and I am seeking assistance in reactivating it promptly. My Facebook account got disabled, and I am unable to pass the Security Check because it requires old phone numbers that I no longer have access to. I am seeking assistance in recovering my hacked Facebook account. Recently, at around 10 p.m. last night, I noticed that my Messenger was not functioning and required a password for logging in. I typically use Messenger on my Android phone since my account is saved on that device. However, I am unable to regain access to my account. Despite friends indicating that my status shows as "ACTIVE NOW," they are unable to call me through Messenger. I have attempted various methods to recover my account, but have been unsuccessful due to the email associated with the account being changed without my authorization. Hello, I'm Jaycel. About a month ago, my Instagram account, which is linked to my Facebook page and business, was hacked. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to regain access to my account as I was locked out. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password to my email associated with my Instagram account, making it impossible for me to view any recovery emails sent after the hack.
I would sincerely appreciate any assistance in recovering my account as I have utilized it for many years and would be grateful to have it back. The hacker, who claimed to be a Bitcoin Miner, has been identified as a scammer. Using my cousin's account, she deceived me into investing in Bitcoin and is currently using my profile to lure others into the same scam, leading them to believe it is me.

A few years ago, I created a secondary Facebook account mistakenly, believing my original one was not functioning. Discovering my initial account was working well, I deactivated the second account. However, recently it seems to have been reactivated, and I cannot recall how this occurred. I am struggling to reset the password, as I no longer remember it and am not receiving a code for changing it. The phone number and email associated with this account match those of my current primary account. Despite adding my daughter's phone number for assistance, I still cannot access the account. Unfortunately, I cannot remove her number as I do not know the password. Since I have gotten married and have a new last name, I urgently need to delete this old account to remove outdated information. I have an account on Facebook under the name Ada Bezod Castilla. There is a fraudulent individual on Facebook named Mason Issa Alexander, who has a significant online presence with multiple aliases. Despite my awareness of his deceitful actions, he managed to scam me of approximately $15,[redacted] through wire transfers and gift cards, deceiving me with promises of love while claiming to be stationed in Yemen for a UN peacekeeping mission. I have reported this individual to the FBI, FTC, and Bank of America, but only $7,[redacted] of the funds could be traced. I have lost hope in recovering the rest of the money, which I have documented. I have requested both him and Facebook to remove his profile to prevent more victims, or at least to prevent him from sharing photos of me that depict us as being in a romantic relationship. However, he has refused, and Facebook claims that his actions do not violate their community guidelines. His email address is [redacted]
