I am having difficulty merging two Facebook pages. Despite ensuring that the names and physical locations of the pages match, I continuously encounter the error message stating "Physical location must be the same."

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker attempted to use the card information linked to Facebook Marketplace to steal money from my account. During my attempts to regain access via the typical password reset method, the hacker changed my email address from my Yahoo account to a Hotmail account. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook and providing a photo of my license for identity verification, I have not been successful in resolving the issue. I also contacted Oculus, which is linked to Facebook, as I lost access to my Oculus account with $[redacted] worth of purchases due to the Facebook hack. Although I managed to add my email back to the account, the hacker's Hotmail address remains attached, causing both emails to receive password reset notifications. After resetting the password successfully, I was prompted for an authentication number, a feature I did not add, suggesting the hacker also added an authentication app to my account. I need Facebook to remove the hacker's email and the authentication app and restore my correct email to regain control of my account.

I work as a personal assistant for my manager, who is elderly and needs help with his technology. He recently lost his phone and purchased a new one.
