I believe my account has been compromised as the email address, phone number, and password were altered by an unauthorized user. Consequently, I am unable to secure the account or regain access to it. Any attempt to change the password leads to the hacker's email address and phone number receiving the verification requests. The recommended solution provided, directing me to click on the link to recover my Facebook account, is not effective in my situation. This is due to the hacker changing the associated email and phone number, resulting in my profile no longer being visible as described in the instructions.

Hello Facebook team, I have a page called "Apan Gopalganj Sivan" created in [redacted]. I diligently update it. However, on June 27, a hacker contacted me on WhatsApp offering $[redacted] for a week's promotion. Suspecting foul play, I shared a link with the hacker, who tampered with my admin role. I reached out to Facebook support, they reinstated my admin access, but the hacker concealed themselves and blocked me from the page. Concerned about potential illegal content being posted, I notified the Indian Police and seek your assistance in reclaiming my rightful ownership of the page. There is a Facebook page titled "Dulwich and West Norwood Labour Party" which is a branch of the UK political party, the Labour Party. The page is managed by elected officers. Currently, a new group has been elected to take over, but the previous group is not cooperating in transferring control of the page, including user IDs and passwords. Peter Day, the joint secretary of Dulwich & West Norwood Constituency Labour Party, is representing the new group. He is seeking advice on how to gain control of the page from the uncooperative former officers.

My Facebook account was blocked after I changed my address from Dallas, TX, to Kenner, LA, and stopped using a VPN service. I signed up for Facebook with my phone number, which was later deactivated. Recently, Facebook disabled my account, and despite submitting my ID, I can't log back in. On Sunday, 7/18, I received an authentication code on both my email and mobile phone. I did not authorize this action as I was not trying to change my password. Despite not responding to the alerts, my account was still compromised. I manage two business accounts under the names jeffreylloyddever (artist) and Dever Designs (graphic design studio) using my FB account as Kay Rosburg. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my Facebook account as it has been taken over, including a new email address, phone number, and password. I am having trouble accessing my account because I no longer have access to my old phone for the recovery code. Whenever I try to reset my password, it attempts to send a code to the old non-functioning phone number. I urgently need to regain entry to my account to retrieve numerous cherished baby photos of my children before they are lost. I have a personal account but today I set up a new page for my food trailer business. I have one major issue: my business name is ii-boo-jo (spelled in lower case). When setting up the name on my page details, it forces me to use a capital "i". This then reads as Ii-boo-jo, which to a customer looks like an L. Can you help me resolve this so that the name reads as it should? Secondly, when choosing the business category, I had to select Caterer as the nearest thing. This is, at best, too generic and, at worst, confusing. Why is there nothing for trailer food or pop-up food or street food?

About three weeks ago, I noticed suspicious activity on my Facebook account, with people receiving messages I did not send. I promptly changed my password. At around the same time, I unintentionally cleared my browser history. Two weeks ago, when trying to log in, I was prompted for a two-factor authentication code from a generator I didn't remember setting up. Despite following instructions to retrieve the code, I hit a dead end as it required being logged in. Utilizing the account recovery process and confirming my identity with ID verification didn't resolve the issue, only allowing me to reset my password. Despite changing the password, the two-factor authentication prompt persisted. Moreover, my friends couldn't locate my account, but I still received notifications. In order to stay connected for a reunion planning group, I resorted to creating a new Facebook account.
