My girlfriend had an ASPCA donation site on her Facebook page, and I wanted to make a donation for her birthday. However, the donation amount was only in $50 increments, and I couldn't find a smaller option. When I tried to close the page, I ended up being charged $50 on my credit card. I contacted PayPal for a dispute, but they advised me to reach out to the charging party. I've sent Facebook help numerous messages without a response yet. I'm worried about the $50 charge on my credit card, and I can't afford it. The wait time for replies isn't ideal, so I'm unsure what to do next. Any assistance would be appreciated. The Facebook account in question is Steve-O Barnes.

I am the owner of a Facebook account that I no longer use, as I have forgotten the password and can't access the associated email. I believe I have the correct email address and can provide photo verification to prove my ownership. I would like some old pictures removed from the account, and I have the original item used in the account's profile picture. I am unable to resolve this issue myself.
I have noticed that it was mentioned on this website (Gethuman) that this problem was resolved, but unfortunately, it is not. I am still unable to access my account.

Greetings,
I opened an inactive account under the name Chriz Martin with the email [redacted] Subsequently, I created another account with the same name, but the active email [redacted] Unfortunately, the active account was disabled due to suspicion of being fake. I unintentionally violated the rules by excessively waving, sending friend requests, and promoting my insurance products. My intentions were purely to share positive thoughts on women's rights and empowerment.
I acknowledge my mistake and will be more cautious in managing my account. Despite submitting my national ID card and driving license multiple times for verification, I have not received any response.
I kindly request you to review my appeal and reactivate my account Chriz Martin ([redacted]) for which I am grateful in advance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.

Dear Facebook Team,
I am writing to address an urgent matter regarding the Perdido Key Association's Facebook page. As the President of the PKA, I am concerned about a dormant page that has recently been used to post inappropriate content, including political endorsements that violate our organization's non-profit status. To rectify this issue, we created a new Facebook page, but we are struggling to shut down the old one.
The rogue page's actions have had serious implications, such as making unauthorized endorsements for political candidates. We are actively trying to correct these mistakes but need assistance in permanently removing the rogue page.
To confirm my identity as the President of the PKA, please refer to our official website or past Escambia County Board of County Commissioners meeting minutes where my name is mentioned.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Warm regards,
Charles Krupnick
President, Perdido Key Association

Hello,
I have been attempting to recover access to my account for several months now, which has been quite frustrating as I have not made any progress. I was surprised to find out that my account had been disabled without any explanation. When I tried to log in a few months ago, I received a message stating my account was disabled and requested more information about why this happened. I even uploaded my ID as requested but have not heard back. I have been a loyal Facebook user for many years, and having my account disabled without warning is unprofessional and unfair to me as a user. Can you please provide an explanation for why my account was disabled and investigate the issue thoroughly? There was no reason for my account to be deactivated. Kindly reactivate my Facebook account.

I hope someone at Facebook reads this and is able to assist. My mother-in-law, who is 88 years old and lives in a remote community in Brazil, has lost access to her Facebook account. Her password was changed around the same time her husband passed away. Additionally, her email associated with the account was deactivated, but we have now reactivated [redacted] to gain access. Despite this email working fine, Facebook is not sending password reset codes to it, and the emails are not in the spam folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Harley Field. I wanted to inform you that I have been hacked and I am unable to access my Messenger or Facebook without an SMS code for login. A fake video was sent to me from other people, indicating they might also have been hacked. Initially, I used a fake Gmail account, [redacted], to create my Facebook. I suspect the code was sent to this fake account. My real account, created years later, is [redacted] I checked my real account for the code but did not find any, as it was sent to the fake email. I am hesitant to create a new Facebook account. Is there a way to send the code to my real account instead?

Hello, I am facing an issue with the security check on my Facebook account. Last week, when I logged in, my profile suddenly changed to "user" and I lost access, prompting a security check that requires a code sent to my mobile number. The problem is my number expired, and I can't retrieve the code. I've been stuck in this security loop for nearly 2 weeks now. I need help to regain access as I have important documents on my account. I've tried various solutions daily but no luck. I've reached out to Facebook support, but haven't received a response. Please assist me; I'm unsure how to proceed. My login number is [redacted]. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hello, I am reaching out to report that my daughter's Instagram account has been hacked. The account now displays the name and picture of a person named Mikel/ fukubetsu. The account is under the username briannasundquist, featuring photos of ballerinas, dogs, and Universal Studios. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, we have not received any response. The hacker is threatening to delete all her photos, causing distress. I, Leah Sundquist, her mother, have tried to address this by reporting it as a military member; however, we are still without a solution. I have attached a screenshot of the account showing the unauthorized change. After my attempt to confront the hacker, they blocked me, further complicating the situation. I seek a prompt response from Facebook/Instagram to resolve this issue promptly; otherwise, I will escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and possibly involve the authorities for assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Leah Sundquist

I recently received an email notifying me of an unauthorized login attempt on my Facebook account. Despite having two-step verification enabled, I am not receiving the SMS messages on the correct phone. I contacted support and successfully verified my identity using my government ID multiple times over the past two weeks; however, I am still unable to access my account. This is impacting my business, as I heavily rely on Facebook for advertising. I created a temporary account in the meantime, but I am struggling to reach out to anyone for assistance in recovering my original account.

Since July 7, [redacted], I have been receiving Facebook messages intended for Monique Mays on my cell phone number: [redacted]. Despite not knowing Monique personally, her messages continue to come to my phone without permission. I have requested politely twice for her to correct this error and remove my number from her account, but she has not responded or taken any action. I am still receiving her messages, and there are no apparent ways to report this issue. I have given her the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot have a stranger's messages linked to my personal phone. This situation poses a risk to my privacy, and I urgently need it resolved.

I am encountering issues with deleting my newly created business page/account on your site, which I never activated. I am concerned about potential charges to my debit card. Please refrain from charging my card for any services as I have not utilized any features. I insist on the complete deletion of all my accounts on your platform. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my accounts due to being locked out for suspicious activity. I request that my card not be charged without my consent and without having utilized any services. It is imperative that my accounts are fully removed from your system to prevent any unauthorized charges. I will take legal action if any payments are made without my authorization. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I recently joined a local Buy, Swap & Sell site where I listed several items. Most of my listings got approved by the admins, but there's one item, towing mirrors, that seems to be stuck in pending status. Despite not being on the banned list, the admins can't seem to see it for approval. I've tried deleting and resubmitting the ad, rewording it, changing the photo, and even canceling and rewriting the ad, but the issue persists. It appears as pending on my end, but the admins can't find it. It's frustrating, and I'm not sure how to resolve this.

When trying to post a link from our website bombtress.com on Facebook, it was flagged as spam or malicious content. Despite only focusing on hair and beauty content to promote our brand and not running any ads or using third-party apps, our posts containing the link have been blocked since June. We are unsure what went wrong with our Facebook account and why our website is considered ineligible. Our Facebook page is named Bombtress, and our personal account is under Linda J. We seek guidance on how to rectify this issue and unblock our website. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe my Facebook account has been hacked because my friends received messages from me that I didn't send. Upon realizing this, I attempted to log in to my account to rectify the situation. However, when I clicked on the app, it notified me that I had been logged out. Despite resetting my password, I am unable to receive the verification code via SMS. When I try to resend the code, an error message appears. I am desperate to regain access to my account and can provide any necessary information to verify my identity. I have also submitted a photo of me with a handwritten code to Facebook as part of the verification process, but have yet to receive any response.

The other night, I was on Facebook when a message popped up saying my session had expired. I tried to log back in, but my information wasn't accepted. After some attempts to fix the issue, my tablet reverted to an old account from years ago. By accident, I clicked on Beverly Moore-Rowe, which I don't use. I only go by Beverly Moore for safety reasons due to my work history. I lost access to messaging and my friend list. I am not very tech-savvy, so I need help from Facebook to restore my account under the name Beverly Moore with the butterfly profile picture. I also need to stop receiving the expired session message, as this is the second occurrence. Last time, it cost me $45 to restore my account, which is not something I can afford regularly. Additionally, FB disrupts my searches by redirecting me back to the site. Thank you for your assistance in resolving these issues. My tablet is a Kindle Fire, and my email is [redacted] My password is "Fishysalmon".

Hello, I hope you are having a good day. I am reaching out for the first time for assistance. I have been trying to reactivate my Facebook account for the past five years. My account is currently disabled, and there is a cloned account using my name. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, my account remains disabled while the rogue one is still active. The cloned account has been contacting my friends asking for money, even going so far as to video call my son after disabling my account. I have emailed [redacted] to address this situation urgently. The email includes details of the issue, such as the cloned account ID "g.bower/71" and my Facebook account email at [redacted] I seek immediate resolution as I am unable to take any action with my disabled account, and I am concerned about the damage the cloned account may cause to my reputation. Gratefully, Graeme Bower.
