Hello everyone! I need some assistance regarding a pop-up message issue I've been encountering for the last two months on Facebook. The message says:
"You can't connect with this person right now. They won't see your like or reaction on their post. If you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know."
My friend's girlfriend and I are not connected on Facebook, but I used to be able to react to her posts where she tagged our mutual friend. However, it seems like I've been restricted from doing so for the past two months. Even though her posts are shared with both her friends and our mutual friend, I keep getting this message. I want to clarify if I have been restricted in any way. Thank you for any insight into this matter.

I activated a security feature that requires an OTP sent to my mobile number, which I no longer have access to since I changed my number. I tried the 2-factor recovery system on Facebook, but it sends the recovery mail to my login email, which I also can't access since it requires an OTP sent to my old number. I am locked out of my account. Is there a way to provide my ID to send a recovery email to another email? Can codes be collected from trusted contacts for access?

I am using the email address priscillajoseph.7@facebook for my account. Due to security reasons, I recently removed my phone number and Gmail information. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and cannot recall my new password. When I try to reset my password by selecting "forgot password" on Facebook, it says it cannot find my account. When I enter my phone number [redacted], it requests to send a verification text, but I don't have access to my phone. I am currently using [redacted] until I find my phone or transfer my number. My Gmail is [redacted], and my last known password was Godblessme1, but I changed it recently and can't remember the new one. Is there an alternative way to verify my account or receive a new password link on my temporary phone number [redacted]? Thank you.

Hello Facebook Community,
I am Sona Galstian. I have been unable to access my account since yesterday. My iPhone was broken when it fell, and now whenever I try to log in to Facebook, I am required to go through phone number verification and enter the code sent to me. I have received numerous codes within 10 minutes but still cannot access my account. This situation has caused me a lot of stress and I couldn't sleep last night.
I urgently need help to regain access to my account as it is very important to me and currently, I am unable to use Facebook due to my broken phone. Here is my Facebook phone number, email, and login details: +[redacted]8, [redacted]
Please contact me immediately. I have been experiencing sleepless nights and resorting to medication.
Best regards,

Since my father's passing in [redacted], I have encountered a concerning issue with his Facebook account. On July 16th, someone tampered with the account and changed the name. Despite my attempts to contact Facebook for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem. Moreover, it seems that all the messages he had sent have vanished. I urgently need help for two reasons. Firstly, I wish to obtain copies of the messages exchanged between my father and me. However, after reporting the suspected hack, the profile and conversations have disappeared. Secondly, I seek to remove any spam or unwanted messages from his account to prevent distress to our family. I am prepared to provide necessary documentation to validate his passing. My primary concern is retrieving the sentimental messages shared with my father.
Thank you,
Ashley

Hello, I wanted to seek advice on an issue I'm facing on Facebook. I've been getting a popup notification for the last two months. Despite reaching out to Facebook Support Group without success, the problem persists.
The message reads: "You can't connect with this person right now. They won't see your like or reaction on their post. If you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know."
Interestingly, my close friend and I are connected on Facebook. However, I've encountered this issue with his girlfriend. Two months ago, I could react with a like or heart on her posts where our mutual friend was tagged. Although most attempts were successful, suddenly, I'm consistently shown this restriction message. Her posts are labeled as "Shared with: HER Friends and HIS Friends."
Despite the absence of a block from her end, I'm puzzled if there's a restriction imposed on my account. Seeking insights as Facebook Help Center has been unresponsive for an extended period, and I've noticed others facing the same problem without any resolution.

Hello, I'm Jim Orrico, and I manage the Jim Orrico For Illinois State Representative Facebook page.
I've encountered an issue with the 'Facebook ID' program for running political ads. Despite submitting my driver's license and the last four digits of my SSN multiple times, I keep receiving error messages. The photo quality is good, and the SSN I provide matches. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this problem as I want to reach out to my supporters through ads. I'm unsure if Facebook's response delay is due to differences in political views. It has been over a month, and despite submitting an appeal, I haven't received a resolution within the promised 48 hours. I recently turned 18; I wonder if this detail is relevant. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I created my Facebook account with the email address [redacted] After being away for over 2 years, I can't access my account as I forgot my password. The phone numbers associated with the account are no longer in service, and I can't access the recovery email either. When I contacted Yahoo tech support, they said someone else has my email. I'm confused about how this can happen. I need help with regaining access.

After my phone updated, I found myself logged out of my regular Facebook account. Despite my attempts to log back in, none of the passwords I tried seemed to work. When trying to reset it, the codes sent by Facebook were either "invalid" or "have been used too many times." Upon providing my email, phone number, and name for a reset, Facebook claimed they couldn't find any matching information, even though I clearly exist as I received the codes. Facebook also suggested choosing safety friends for this type of situation and simply logging into my account, which is not possible for me at the moment. I even went as far as creating a new Facebook page, but it's inconvenient since all my important data including photos and family-related pages are on my original account. I hope there is a way for Facebook to reset my account from their end since it seems to no longer recognize me.

I have been experiencing issues with my Facebook account. Despite numerous attempts to change my password, I received messages claiming it was changed when it wasn't. I created a new account, but it appears fake and the news feed seems to be stuck in a loop. This situation feels suspicious, as if someone working at Facebook is involved. There might have been a disagreement that led to this. I find it too coincidental that my original account cannot be recovered. It features a profile describing me as a self-employed carpenter. I would appreciate it if the new account could be removed and my original account restored. Kindly advise on the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out because I've been attempting to contact Facebook without success. After my recent breakup, my partner deleted my account which has caused quite a bit of trouble. I'm eager to recover my old account as I have cherished memories, photos, and conversations stored there. Creating a new account wouldn't suffice. My username used to be [redacted].
Following the split, my ex accessed various accounts, compromising my bank details and private information. While I've managed to secure most of these accounts, restoring my Facebook profile remains a priority. I'm willing to provide any necessary identification or speak over the phone to verify my identity. Please, I urge you to assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account.
Kind regards,
G.S.

Hello,
I have a question regarding Audience Overlapping. As a Facebook Media Buyer for an advertising company, we test various ads to determine the most effective one. We typically set up 1 campaign with 5 ad sets, each containing 2 ads targeting the same audience. However, this creates audience overlap, impacting ad delivery negatively.
Upon using the Facebook "Audience Overlap" tool, I found [redacted]% Overlap among the 5 ad sets. How can I efficiently test 40 ads simultaneously without compromising delivery? Should I consider 1 campaign with 1 ad set housing all 40 ads, or opt for 10 campaigns with 1 ad set each, still targeting the same broad audience with 2 ads in each set? Our audience is large, approximately 17 million, and we aim to focus on a single audience without testing different ones.
Additionally, in what scenarios is Audience Overlap not a concern?
Thank you,
Hanane

I discovered that nude videos and pictures of me were uploaded to Facebook without my permission. I initially did not have a Facebook account but created one recently to address this issue. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled. I fell victim to a scam by someone claiming to be from Facebook, costing me hundreds of dollars. I urgently need all the content removed and blocked. Could someone from Facebook please contact me or provide a phone number where I can reach out? I work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, which makes it challenging to communicate. This situation has caused significant distress for me, my family, and our relationships. I live in Colorado and can be reached at my cell number [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am encountering a major issue with accessing my original Facebook account on my new phone as my old phone is not working. While I have created a new account in the meantime, I prefer to access my original account where all my important data and photos are stored. Despite attempting to contact support multiple times, I have not been successful in receiving the code generator to log in.
I recently realized I did receive a text message, however, the codes provided did not work. It seems like I am stuck in a loop where my device is not being recognized. To simplify matters, I intend to delete the new account, which bears the same name but lacks a profile picture.
I have submitted my ID and a photo holding the code as requested. I am unsure of the next steps to resolve this issue and would appreciate clear instructions on how to proceed.

I received the message below, indicating that my Facebook account has been temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. I never entered my password anywhere, so I am unsure why this happened. There is a "continue" button, but clicking on it doesn't allow me to proceed further from this message. I find this situation very frustrating as I am unable to verify my identity. I urgently need assistance with this issue.
Message:
"Your account has been temporarily locked.
We’ve detected suspicious activity on your Facebook account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution.
It’s likely that your account was compromised as a result of entering your password on a website designed to look like Facebook. This type of attack is known as phishing. Learn more in the Help Center.
Over the next few steps we’ll walk you through a security check to help secure your account, and let you log back in."

Hello, I wanted to reach out because my Facebook Page (TZ's Store) was blocked today. A few days ago, I received a message stating that someone reported my page for using their TRADEMARK, but I have not used anyone's trademark or copyright in my content. My products come directly from the factory, and I personally take all the photos I use with my phone. I have not used any third party pictures or content. I am confused why my page was blocked without any investigation or verification. I urgently need assistance to get my page back. I have been using this page for about 5 years without any issues like this before. I am unsure why someone would report a false issue against my page. Please help me resolve this matter promptly.

On Saturday, July 21st, while managing my business page for Horwood Lake Lodge, I was trying to invite people who had recently liked a boosted/sponsored post to like our page when I received a pop-up notification about working too quickly, resulting in me being blocked from accessing my business page, personal page, and Facebook on my laptop. Although I can still access them from my phone, I prefer using my laptop for posting ads and content. Currently, we are running boosted posts, and I urgently need access to stop the boosts to avoid unauthorized spending. Please assist in unblocking the pages for Horwood Lake Lodge and its administrators.

My advertising account was disabled a few days ago. It was resolved promptly after providing my ID and payment information. However, upon attempting to publish another ad, my account was disabled again. I resubmitted the form, but this time support informed me they cannot reactivate my account. I have reviewed Facebook's terms and guidelines and I am certain I haven't violated any rules. Is there a resolution for this issue?
Additionally, I received a message in ads manager stating "Your advertising account has been deactivated. To reactivate, please add this account to a Business Manager first." However, I am unable to create a business account as it says payment for my account is disabled.
Any assistance or insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Both our shared Facebook and Instagram accounts have been manipulated and hacked, with changes made without our knowledge or consent. We are Leo J. and Janet L. residing on Winthrop Street in Holliston, MA. If we do not receive a satisfactory resolution for this issue, we have decided to close our accounts and resort to traditional communication via telephone. We feel frustrated by the lack of security in the communication industry, mainly driven by advertising interests. It appears that Facebook does not prioritize the security and well-being of its users, including us. We hope that Facebook will address this matter fairly. Despite my concerns, my wife Janet is determined to continue using social media, potentially putting our family and friends at risk. Meanwhile, I have experience in TS Crypto and am aware of current trends in America. I will seek help from Facebook support to address this situation. Peace, love, and happiness, Leo.

I am unable to access my blocked account. It seems my password has been changed, and the account recovery options are not helpful to me. Unfortunately, I do not have any backup email or trustworthy friends to assist with the recovery process. It's my birthday today, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I'm locked out of the email [redacted], and my new email [redacted] cannot be used as it's connected to another account. My name is Kaley F. Wynn. I am open to answering any questions or providing further verification, such as sending a picture of my license, to regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance.
