I've encountered issues with the Origin Client and its games. I purchased and played 15 hours of the Sims 4. Subsequently, I uninstalled the Origin Client to install a non-Origin game. After realizing I wanted to play the Sims 4 again, I reinstalled the Origin Client successfully. However, upon attempting to play the Sims 4, it required an update that failed to install. Assuming the update was unnecessary, I tried to play the game but encountered issues. After uninstalling and attempting to reinstall the Sims 4, I am now stuck waiting for my computer to authorize the download without any prompts. I have been attempting to download the game for the past three days. I hope to resolve this problem soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, while watching the eleague on Twitch, there was a giveaway for UCL Kante where someone from the chat, ea_twitchgiveaways, messaged me claiming I won. They requested my EA account and password under the guise of needing it to deliver the card. Unfortunately, after waiting as instructed, I discovered that my club was emptied of all valuables, leaving only untradable items. A significant sum of 179k coins had also been taken. Consequently, I have been banned from the market for actions I did not commit. Regrettably, I am not alone in this situation as another individual in the chat, Kingjougar, faced a similar ordeal. I am troubled by my actions and seek assistance to rectify this issue.

Hi EA team,
I'm really enjoying the Career mode! The gameplay is fantastic, and the mode is very engaging. However, I believe there is a crucial aspect that needs attention to enhance realism in the transfers. While it's great that I can change the kit numbers for my team, it would be even better if this feature could be extended to all teams. It seems unrealistic for a player worth over [redacted] million to have a kit number like 35, especially when there are 30 or more players in the squad, or if a loaned 70-rated player returns and automatically gets assigned number 9. It's disappointing when a top player is bought, yet ends up with a high number like 48 because several players returned from loan shortly after. I hope this feedback is clear. It's not a major issue, just a suggestion to include the option to change kit numbers for all teams.

I wanted to share a few thoughts with you.
1) I want to express my admiration for your games. You all do a fantastic job, and I appreciate it. 2) Have you ever thought about creating a spin-off of Madden? It could focus more on the player's growth and less on other aspects. Even a downloadable version would be great. The Tom Brady edition, where you start as a rookie and work your way up to coach, was more intense than this year's Face of the Franchise. I enjoy them both, but I crave more immersion in the life and journey of an NFL player. On a different note, the Good Morning Football segments with analysts discussing prospects really enhance the game for me. 3) Off-topic, there was an old Nintendo game called Déjà vu where you wake up in a stall with a gun and amnesia, hunted by the police for a murder you can't recall. Your objective is to gather enough evidence to clear your name. I would love to see a reboot of that game.

I am experiencing difficulties with the Anthem game on the loading screen. It initiates the loading process, but at some point, it abruptly stops and returns me to the main menu citing an error retrieving Anthem live service data. The error message falsely blames my internet connection, even though I am connected directly to the wifi. Additionally, there are occurrences where the game cannot access pilot data, adding to the frustration.
Despite attempting various troubleshooting methods like resetting the wifi, deleting and reinstalling the game, and restarting the console, the issue persists. Having invested £90.00 in this game, I am eager to identify and resolve this problem promptly.
Initially, the game worked flawlessly upon release, making the current malfunction all the more disappointing. I seek a resolution to fully enjoy this incredible game.

I am having trouble resetting my password as it was deemed incorrect or expired. I provided my email but haven't received any instructions after waiting for days. I faced the same issue on the EA website. Other emails are coming through, so it seems specific to this reset. Please also send a response to [redacted] just to be sure.

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with logging into Origin. A few hours ago, while playing The Sims 4, my computer unexpectedly turned off and back on. Once I tried to open Origin again, a message appeared stating my account was in use on another device. I haven't shared my password and have only used Origin on my Mac. Hello! I encountered an issue logging into Origin a few hours ago while playing The Sims *. My computer abruptly shut down and restarted. Although everything seemed normal, now when I try to open Origin, I receive a message saying my account is in use on another device and asks me to have that person log out. I've only used my account on my Mac and no one else has my password. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, I still encounter the same error message. I am having trouble playing the game as it keeps showing an error saying it cannot communicate with the server. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but the issue persists. In a few hours, the All-Star campaign promo will be launched, and I am excited about it. Please assist me promptly so I can start playing. Occasionally, after 10-15 attempts, the game opens, but as soon as I try to access the auction house or play, the app reloads and displays the server communication error. Thank you in advance.

I was buying and selling cards to improve my MUT team when I unexpectedly got banned from the Auction House. I would like to get back to enjoying the game. If I can't engage in card transactions, it takes away part of the fun for me. I am requesting that they lift the ban since I genuinely did not violate any rules. They accused me of purchasing coins from a third party, which I have never done or even know how to do. My interest in playing Madden is purely because I love football, not to engage in cheating activities.

I tried to start a live chat with EA, but the option is no longer available for me, and I can't request a call due to being in the UK. I had an ongoing issue with installing Origin, which required several chats to resolve. It's fixed now, but after downloading Sims 3 and Sims 2, I can't play them. Sims 3 shows an error about no supported video graphics card, and Sims 2 says it can't find a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter. I got Windows 7 installed on my laptop to use Origin because the old system wasn't supported, and now I face new problems. I need a tech agent to call me at [redacted] or send an email to assist. Self-help options are challenging due to a reading disability. Reading small bits is manageable, but sifting through numerous issues is overwhelming for me.

I subscribed to Origin Access last year for a one-year membership, but I do not want to renew it. Despite not re-subscribing, my credit card was charged due to auto-renewal. I reached out to EA Help this morning through chat, but the process was prolonged with long wait times between each message. I explained my situation only to be told that a refund is not possible. I want the recent unauthorized charge for the second subscription refunded as I did not authorize this renewal.

I would like to cancel my $[redacted] Premiere account with Origin Games because I only ordered it due to being prompted to download it with my purchase of Jedi: Fallen Order on Steam. While in quarantine with my girlfriend, I have been buying computer games and controllers for entertainment. I hoped to play Star Wars Battlefront split-screen with her using my two controllers on my computer, but found out that both Battlefront and Battlefront II on PC do not offer this option. Additionally, I explored the racing games in your catalog and discovered that none of them support split-screen competition or couch co-op, which was the main reason I bought the platform. I enjoy playing FIFA 20 on my PS4. Recently, I attempted to purchase players at discounted prices within the game's rules. However, I was unexpectedly banned from using the transfer market. The reason given was that they suspected me of breaking their rules without providing any evidence. I have since opened a case to appeal this ban, but it has been two weeks with no response. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with EA for months now. My account was hacked, resulting in chargebacks. Despite acknowledging the hack, EA insists I violated their terms of use. I have provided evidence of my ownership, but they continue to ignore me. They close my case without explanation and the communication is frustrating. I am eager to regain access to my account as it contains many games. While EA emails me during work hours, I have requested a phone call due to my work schedule. The individual who hacked my account continues to attempt access, but I am unable to stop it. I have sent pictures and details to EA but have not received any assistance. Please help me retrieve my games.

Last Thursday, while playing FIFA 20 on my PC to complete some objectives, I received an email the next morning stating I was banned from online play due to allegedly cheating. The email mentioned I violated the Terms of Service by cheating on one or more games. I am puzzled by this situation as I play fair and have not engaged in any cheating behavior. Despite reaching out to EA multiple times via email, I have only received automated responses directing me to the Terms of Service. The cases I opened on EA Help have been marked as "resolved" or "closed". I have been a loyal player for over a decade and have always respected the rules. I have thoroughly reviewed the Terms of Service and request a reevaluation of my case. If I have inadvertently breached the rules, I hope to be given a second chance to rectify any mistakes. Hello! I've been an avid Sims player for a long time and I truly enjoy the game. Recently, I got a new Mac for college, but unfortunately, I'm unable to play my previously purchased Sims 3 games on Origin due to compatibility issues. I have now switched to Sims 4, which I also enjoy, but I'm disappointed that I can no longer access the games I've invested time and money in. I've raised five claims, all have been closed without fixing my issue. I'm deeply frustrated as it's been almost two weeks of being locked out of my account, and EA doesn't seem to care. My login expired, troubling since they should alert users to change passwords before locking them out unknowingly. I can't access the original email. Attempts to reach out have been in vain. I get the delays, but it's aggravating when my cases are labeled "resolved" when they're not. Waiting during service hours is futile. I just want to play Sims 4.
