I bought an 88-rated Marcel Desailly from the transfer market around 8:05 PM on December 30th on Xbox One. Following the purchase, I encountered issues with the companion app. I am unsure if I transferred the item to my club as the app was malfunctioning. When I returned to the app's home screen, the item was missing. Although my coins were deducted, Marcel Desailly is not in my club. My Xbox One gamer tag is JLukey32.

On December 3, [redacted], I bought the MADDEN NFL 20 game and followed the EA registration process before downloading it onto my iMac. Unfortunately, the game did not work on my Mac, despite contacting the EA helpdesk twice and discussing the issue with multiple chatline assistants. The software fails to load correctly, displaying an error message stating it is not optimized for Mac PCs. After further discussion, an EA representative informed me that the game is not compatible with Macs. I am disappointed to have paid for a product that I am unable to use on my PC. I kindly request a refund for the software as soon as possible.

I recently bought the Discover University expansion pack for The Sims 4. My computer is currently running the Legacy edition of The Sims 4, which I now realize is not compatible with Discover University. Unfortunately, I am unable to play the expansion pack I purchased. I would like to request a refund so that I can instead buy either City Living or Get Together, which are compatible with my current setup. I tried to request a refund online, but I couldn't find the option listed in my games. However, I can see the charge in my bank statement, so I know I was billed for it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On October 20th, I received an email informing me that my account email had been changed to [redacted], a clear sign of hacking. Due to not frequently checking my email, I couldn't address this promptly. When I attempted to reverse the email change using the provided link, it had already expired. On October 26th, I was surprised to learn that I had been banned from FIFA, a game I did not purchase and do not play. It was evident that my account was being used by someone else. I discovered this issue when purchasing Jedi Fallen Order on Steam. Despite multiple attempts to contact EA support, I have been unsuccessful in changing the email associated with my account. I find it frustrating that even with the original email and the credit card linked to the account, I am being denied assistance. I urgently need access to my account restored to prevent unauthorized charges.

I have been playing FIFA for several years and have been heavily invested in it, spending more money than I'm comfortable admitting. However, I am appalled by the consistent disrespect and lack of attention exhibited by this company. I am unsure if it stems from sheer incompetence or a total lack of respect, but either way, it is unacceptable. It feels like this company has abandoned any intention of satisfying FIFA fans and is solely focused on draining every last penny from us without regard for creating a quality game. FIFA is the only game I play, but this behavior is making me consider giving up gaming altogether. This situation is unsustainable, and I sincerely hope the company's management will recognize the issue. I can't adequately convey my dissatisfaction with this atrocious treatment of the fan community.

I recently subscribed to the EA Origin Basic Access using the username HellboySouthall and enjoyed playing FIFA and other games for about a month. However, I distinctly remember canceling my subscription due to losing interest and productivity involved in the game. To my surprise, I found out through my bank statement that I was charged £3.99 by EA without my knowledge for two consecutive months, even after canceling. The lack of notifications about the subscription still being active felt like a deceitful practice by EA. I have re-canceled my subscription now and request assurance that EA will not deduct any more funds from my account. After returning from a December vacation, I discovered that I couldn't access my Origin account due to an incorrect password, even though I was sure it was correct. I attempted the 'reset/forgot my password' link three times but did not receive a single email regarding changing my password. When I reached out to EA support and provided additional details about my account, I realized two unauthorized logins occurred while I was away. Suspecting a hack, I am frustrated as EA's assistance has been insufficient. Despite answering all security questions, they are requesting more information. It is disheartening to think all the money spent on games may be lost to a hacker, especially when EA is not aiding in recovering my account. It feels like they are making it overly complicated.

I recently downloaded the Origin files and purchased The Sims 4 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time yesterday. However, I have been unable to open the desktop app to access Origin and download the Sims file for over 12 hours now. I have tried troubleshooting steps such as resetting my WiFi, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, re-downloading the client, and resetting Origin. Despite contacting customer support and headquarters without success, the issue persists. Even after signing out from the web browser and exclusively logging in to the desktop app, I still encounter a blank white screen with Origin displayed in the top left. Unfortunately, I cannot attach an image to show the problem. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I completed several challenges to upgrade my 76 Polamalu power up to a 91. Unfortunately, I encountered a glitch and lost all my progress. I have two Polamalu cards – one being a 93 anniversary edition from completing over 10 weeks of MUT 10 anniversary challenges. After powering up the 76 card to 91, I added the 93 Polamalu to it. However, when I removed the abilities and x-factor from the 93 card to add it to the power-up version, the 91 card showed a downgrade to 76. Both Polamalus now have no upgrades, and I cannot add the 93 to the 76 version, despite previously spending [redacted] training points on it. Before this issue, I had over [redacted] training points, which are now missing along with the progress on my power-up Polamalu. I am unsure how to recover the lost training points and restore the power-up level back to 91 after this setback.

When I logged onto my FIFA Account today, I was frustrated to discover that Player of the Month Jamie Vardy was missing from my club. Despite seeing him on the companion app earlier, he disappeared when I logged onto my ultimate team after a week. I did not discard the player, and I am upset as he plays a significant role in my team. I have put a decent amount of money into the game, around £70, and it's disheartening to encounter this situation. Additionally, I spent more than [redacted] thousand FIFA coins on other players like Sergio Aguero and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to complement Vardy in my team. In order to address this matter, I believe Electronic Arts should either reimburse my account with [redacted] thousand FIFA coins or reinstate Player of the Month Vardy into my club.

My name is David Forte, my username is davidgfkda for FIFA 20. Today I received the FUT Champions rewards and I got Andrew Robertson TOTY. I opened the packs around 8:15 am and then left for my job. Using the FIFA Companion mobile app, I listed him for sale at a price of [redacted],[redacted] coins. I am certain of this. However, when I checked later, he was listed for [redacted],[redacted] to [redacted],[redacted] coins, and was immediately bought. I did not make any mistake, I am [redacted]% sure I listed him at [redacted],[redacted] coins.
Please, I would like EA to help resolve this issue as I love this game and it means a lot to me. I have proof of receiving him but did not take a screenshot of the sale. I have already contacted EA Help Answer HQ with my problem. I am willing to return the coins received, but I just want what is rightfully mine.

I am experiencing repeated disconnections from the EA Sports servers while playing Fifa 20, despite having a stable internet connection. These disconnections have resulted in the loss of over [redacted] points during crucial matches, including a Team of the Week game in Squad Battles. I have been feeling down and decided to get The Sims 4 to distract myself. However, the game I purchased, both downloaded and on disk, has visual issues with lines appearing. I am frustrated that even with the disk, I still need to use the website for installation. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off. I am considering taking legal action against the company. It is not just me, but others are also upset about this. I believe the company should recall the games that have problems instead of letting customers like me down. It's difficult for people with poor eyesight to enjoy the game with these issues. I have consulted with my lawyer about a potential lawsuit against the company. I hope to resolve this and maybe use any compensation to improve my gaming experience.

I was unfairly banned due to my roommate's actions. Despite appealing, I received a generic response and was recently informed that further communication won't be considered. Before pursuing arbitration, I want to offer them one final opportunity to lift the ban on my account. I also found another case where someone received only a 7-day ban for a similar offense as mine.

I would like to share our recent positive experience with GetHuman's customer service regarding an issue with Pogo.
After navigating to the "contact us" box on their website, my wife and I requested a callback to speak with a representative. We patiently waited for about two hours and received a call from a knowledgeable tech located in India. He guided us through a solution that involved changing our username to our email address due to recent changes made by Electronic Arts to the Pogo game. By following his instructions, including clicking on the "cactus" icon and reverting to classic Pogo, we were able to resolve the issue and improve the game's performance by switching to Google Chrome.

I'm experiencing difficulties with Origin when trying to download game updates. The message prompts me to give permission, but no window appears for me to click "Yes." I've uninstalled and reinstalled Origin multiple times, but the issue persists. I've attempted to send a crash report with no response. Customer support is only reachable in the USA and Canada. I've followed suggestions from discussions on the EA website to no avail. This problem needs fixing as the games I purchased through Origin were costly. I can't afford to lose them.
