I have been waiting for over forty-five days to get my money back into my account. My Amazon account got hacked, and the funds were taken. I provided all the required details, but no response yet. On October 1, [redacted], there was a $[redacted].99 unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I contacted the company, but they suggested it could have been a family member. I live alone, and my daughters have their own phones and would not use mine. No one with access to my phone would have done this as they know I have a fixed income. When I call Direct Express, I encounter high call volumes every time. I have been trying to reach them since October multiple times a day without success. I realized my credit card was missing from my usually locked desk drawer today. I rarely carry the card and only use it for planned purchases, so it has been over a week since I last retrieved it. Even though the drawer was still locked, I noticed that the locking mechanism seemed bent, making it possible to open the locked drawer with some effort. This wasn't the case before, leading me to suspect that the card might have been stolen. I have longstanding roommates who I trust, but they have many friends who visit frequently. While it's challenging to think anyone we know would do this, there's a slim chance I might have forgotten to return the card to the drawer after its last use, and it could be misplaced somewhere like the dirty laundry. I was informed by your fraud department that they would not cancel my card, but they deceived me. When I tried to check my account balance at the bank, it wouldn't go through, instructing me to contact my financial institution. I requested for my card to remain active until I could access my funds to pay my rent on November 1, [redacted]. Despite being assured that my card was still usable, it has now been blocked, contradicting what was promised.

I had a frustrating experience with an ATM that retained my card and failed to dispense my money. I made a purchase on Facebook for a free window sticker from American Freedom Fighters, only paying a one-time shipping fee of $1.68. After receiving the sticker, they deducted $20 from my account at the beginning of last month without my consent. Despite contacting them, they were unhelpful, keeping the money. I want to prevent any more unauthorized charges from this account. Unfortunately, they took $20 again this month immediately after my funds were deposited. I did not authorize this payment. When trying to withdraw cash from the ATM, I receive a notification stating that the transaction is restricted, preventing me from accessing my funds. This issue has resulted in me missing my rent payment, causing me to be evicted. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to the customer service team for assistance. To make matters worse, I am currently without any identification as my wallet was stolen previously. It is crucial for me to resolve this matter promptly as I am currently facing homelessness.

I am encountering difficulties logging in because the site does not recognize any of my information. Despite being prompted to visit the website for faster assistance, I am only able to select an issue from a list, and my specific concern is not listed. Additionally, the 24/7 customer service number has been unresponsive since Thursday (10-31-[redacted]) due to a high volume of calls, disconnecting each time. Even creating a new account was unsuccessful as the information provided did not match. The trouble began when I wanted to update my address and inquire about receiving a replacement card as the current one expires in 01/20. I have noticed some unauthorized charges on my card from Rugged Excel Intense and readIva.com, as well as a Shell service charge and an Amazon charge that I did not authorize. I have two transactions from November 2, [redacted]. One was for $94.88, and the other was for $35.88. I do not recognize these authorized transactions and would like more information on the person or company behind them. Over the past few months, there were also two unauthorized transactions: $14.95 and $17.95. All these transactions are unauthorized, and I need them to stop immediately. I went to the gym and used my benefits card, and didn't spend anything until the next day. When I tried to use it at Wendy's, the cashier didn't give it back to me. I realized it was missing after eating and going back to look for it. The cashier denied taking it but she had it the next time I went there. I finally got my card back but someone had used it at the gas station by Wendy's. I was left without money for a month, couldn't eat, and lost my apartment due to this incident at Wendy's. I have been faxing all the necessary paperwork since September 2, and I ask for my money to be refunded promptly once everything is verified. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. After contacting them, I was directed to you to process a charge off and receive a refund for the transaction. Unfortunately, despite my numerous attempts since last Friday, I have been unable to reach anyone to address this issue, which is highly frustrating. A payment was declined on Friday, 11/1/[redacted]. I checked my banking app and saw that the declined payment was deducted from my account balance. I contacted the company I was trying to pay, but they had no record of my payment. I have a reference number for my dispute. I have called multiple times over three days, but nobody answers. An automated voice message says they are experiencing high call volumes and disconnects me. I have filed complaints with consumer affairs and emailed the Treasury Department responsible for the card service twice. I have also tried contacting Comerica Bank but faced issues verifying my information. Even after contacting Social Security, I have not found a resolution, causing stress and anxiety.

On November 2, I spoke with Douglas, who denied me access to my social security benefits due to unauthorized ATM withdrawals. He instructed me to email Direct Express with my Louisiana ID, which I plan to do today. Unfortunately, he did not provide an email address, so I've been on hold for over 45 minutes. I also asked for a list of unauthorized transactions and a dispute form, which he declined. As a result, I will seek legal counsel to take action against Social Security and Direct Express. Due to no data on my phone, I can only access emails from the public library. This situation has caused significant hardship as I have not received disability benefits for over [redacted] days and have been a victim of identity theft, as reported to local authorities.

I need assistance disputing a $50 payment to PayMe. The payment was made on October 12th for a $[redacted] computer program named "Cozy." PayMe bounced the payment due to an unexpected service charge. This charge was unfamiliar to me as our townhouse was recently sold, and the new owners utilized this system. According to the new owners, I can continue making rent payments as the previous owners did. On November 1st, I accidentally paid Westgate Resorts $[redacted]. I have already disputed the payment with Westgate, and they assured me a refund. However, as of today, I have not received the refund. I have been trying to contact DirectExpress to dispute the transaction and receive my $[redacted] refund, but I have been unsuccessful. I have tried reaching out on November 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and today, waiting on hold for over an hour each time. I am reaching out to DirectExpress to request their assistance in expediting the process and cancelling the transaction promptly.

I have been calling for a week now (seven days, spending numerous hours on the phone incurring significant costs) attempting to gain approval to use my debit card while residing overseas. Each time, I was assured it would work within twenty-four hours; however, after waiting multiple twenty-four-hour periods, it still does not function. Currently, I can only use it for purchases, but I also require cash for my medical expenses and other necessities since only around one percent of businesses here in Morocco accept debit/credit cards. I purchased a Homestar Original Planetarium a few years back, and unfortunately, the lamp unit stopped working. Despite this, I enjoyed the product in principle and decided to try again recently. However, the motor burnt out within a month. I am disappointed as I have invested nearly $[redacted] and still have nothing to show for it.
