I was charged for a car that was canceled by Car Wiz at the airport the day I was supposed to pick it up. Bookings asked for confirmation that the car was not charged. I have an invoice from Car Wiz for contract 23-SAW-[redacted] showing no charge for the rental. However, I cannot process the refund because of an error message on the Booking site, and the customer service email is no longer monitored. The Booking contract number is [redacted]88 and CarWiz number is 23-SAW-[redacted] for Karen Soltesz. I am seeking assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I received an email from Booking.com yesterday regarding my bookings at Hayden Hotel in Vienna. I need to cancel one of my two bookings, but I am confused about the situation. Our group consists of five people, and I reserved two rooms - one triple room for myself and one double room for Mariam Elnaggar, a member of our group. Why am I being asked to cancel one of the rooms when we are a group of five? Both rooms have been paid for and are non-refundable. I recently stayed at Kinokuniya Ryokan in Hakone through a booking I made with you. I have settled the payment with the hotel as per my reservation. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that booking.com Netherlands charged my credit card 13,000Yen on April 19th. The hotel is unaware of this charge and I am unsure as to why it was made. I attempted to contact customer service at 2:30pm NL time today, but was unable to reach anyone.

I have already attempted to resolve this matter, but I will make another attempt. My spouse booked a stay at EconoLodge in Laurel, MS with a check-in date of the 22nd and check-out on the 27th. However, we actually departed on the morning of the 25th. The hotel clerk, Kim Gray, explained that we needed to seek a refund through Booking.com. We lack Booking.com email accounts or a PIN. The confirmation number for the reservation is: [redacted]65. I am requesting a reimbursement for the unused two days. This marks my second appeal for the refund. I'm looking to obtain email contacts for the 5 properties I've booked through Booking .com. I won't have a mobile phone while traveling but will have an iPad for emailing. My concerns are regarding the handling of my reservation at the Amhurst Hotel in Hackney, London for my stay on Tuesday to Thursday, May 2nd to 3rd. On May 5th, [redacted], I booked a stay at The Lowveld Aloe in Witrivier, South Africa for May 6th to May 7th, [redacted], through the app. After making a payment, I received confirmation number [redacted]. Upon arrival, I discovered that the resort was closed and not operating. Despite contacting the host via WhatsApp, who informed me that she had notified Booking.com about the closure and our unaccommodated booking, we were left needing to secure alternative lodging at short notice. This morning, my daughter booked me a flight from Abbotsford to Edmonton. She was able to select a window seat for the flight with Swoop, but there was no option for seat selection for the return trip with Flair. While most people prefer window seats, I medically require one. I hope this issue can be resolved without additional costs. We can discuss the details later. The anxiety caused by this situation is challenging for me.

Hello, I need assistance with a recent reservation in St-Sauveur, Quebec, Canada, for a luxury hotel room. We were charged $75.00 + $51.47 without being able to access our rooms or contact anyone. We reached out to the owner this weekend but did not receive a response until today when he mentioned he would investigate. I have forwarded the two email receipts detailing the charges. I have been attempting to cancel a booking with Booking.com for Casa Pascal in Spain. The reservation number is [redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone for days regarding this issue. Every property we manage has a 7-night minimum stay, and this booking was taken in error for only 1 night. This has occurred 4 times now, and the situation is not satisfactory. Furthermore, the customer was informed that they would not be refunded, which is not acceptable as this mistake was on Booking.com's end. I urgently request for the booking to be canceled and the customer to be refunded. I would appreciate a prompt phone call to address why these errors keep happening. I am having trouble getting a response from customer service. My apartment booking confirmation number is [redacted] for Dimora Ellen in Padova, Italy. I reserved two rooms for three people in a three-bedroom apartment, but the confirmation only shows two people in one room. I recently canceled a hotel booking (reservation number: [redacted], pin: [redacted]) within the correct timeframe to avoid charges. However, the hotel mistakenly charged my card. They later refunded the full amount, but I incurred currency conversion fees, resulting in a lesser refund. This transaction should not have occurred as the cancellation was in place. Both the hotel and Booking are responsible for this error and mishandling of charges. I expect accountability for this issue that arose due to their error, not mine.

I added a room to my existing reservation [redacted] but did not get a new confirmation number. I then contacted the hotel to double-check the changes, and they confirmed the addition under the confirmation number [redacted]. I attempted to cancel both reservations, and the hotel processed one cancellation, but the other, under [redacted]49, is pending due to the required PIN number I don't have. Please assist in canceling the reservation with the missing PIN as I have made alternative plans.

I am having an issue with a rental I booked through Booking.com. The accommodation I received was nothing like advertised - it was a garage converted into a room with no heat and very dirty. Despite checking with the host about handicap accessibility, this turned out to be false. Upon further investigation, I discovered the property had no permit for habitation in Redondo Beach. Hello, I am a tourist currently visiting Yerevan, Armenia. I am concerned about the lack of supervision from Booking.com regarding the accommodations in this area. The staff at various types of lodgings, including hotels, hostels, apartments, and B&Bs, do not speak English. Additionally, many of the accommodations listed on Booking.com in Yerevan do not meet international standards for cleanliness, COVID prevention, and staff hygiene. There have been instances of hostility, aggression, sexual harassment, and racism at these places. It seems that the management and staff lack proper training on how to treat guests. This situation raises health and safety concerns, particularly with cleanliness and disease prevention. I hope Booking.com will implement better supervision and training for accommodations in Yerevan to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. I have been receiving emails from booking.com, but I have never created an account with them. It seems like someone with a similar email address made a typo, resulting in me receiving their emails. My email address is [redacted], but booking.com is sending emails to [redacted], which Gmail reads as the same address. I recently reset the password for [redacted] to have control over the account, but I cannot find a way to delete the account. I tried calling booking.com at [redacted], but I needed a booking confirmation number. I also emailed [redacted], but received a reply stating that the email address is no longer monitored. I need assistance on how to delete this account or how to get in touch with booking.com.

My spouse and I recently stayed at Ft. Wilderness RV Park and Campground. We have been unfairly billed for damages we did not cause: $[redacted].00 for a broken toilet seat and $[redacted].00 for a plumber, totaling $[redacted].00. We only spent five hours each night there from 5/12 to 5/14. They are falsely accusing us. I am concerned about this situation. I was charged twice for a room at Super 8 in Indianapolis. I made a booking on 5/12/23, but didn't receive a confirmation email for the first attempt. After trying again, I was notified of a payment being taken without the booking going through. Following a link in the email, I completed the booking process. Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered the double charge. The front desk staff said one charge was for the room and the other was an authorization that would disappear. Despite the confusion, I agreed to pay a $[redacted] deposit, which unexpectedly turned out to be $[redacted]. I received no invoice due to computer issues at the hotel.
