I booked a car through Booking.com with HERTZ. I had to change my reservation from April 1st to the 4th. Booking.com informed me that due to three days less of rent, they would only refund me [redacted] Mexican pesos out of a 7,[redacted] pesos rental. I agreed. When I arrived to pick up the car, Hertz told me my reservation was for the 10th and since I didn't show up, they had no car available. However, Booking.com still charged me the total rental amount and I received nothing in return. I urgently need to get this money back!

I made a reservation at Best Western Toronto Airport for one night on June 21, [redacted], through their booking website on April 7, [redacted]. Although the booking seemed successful, I have not received a confirmation email after multiple attempts. I have checked my spam folders both on my phone and on Gmail, where my valid email address is [redacted], but no luck.

I want to report an incident of fraud at Riverside Ocean Naples where I made a reservation with booking number [redacted] and code [redacted]. The hotel contacted me demanding a prepayment, which they charged me for three times. When I asked for a refund, they sent me a link for the reimbursement but ended up charging me twice instead of refunding me. They also canceled the reservation themselves. How can your website allow such scammers to be featured on their page? They stole about [redacted] euros from me. Please take action to refund me and combat these scams on your site. Thank you.

Issue: I am facing a problem with my hotel reservation at Wharney Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel has double charged me $[redacted].5 and [redacted].5 HKD. Despite contacting both the hotel and the booking agency, I have not received a satisfactory solution or a refund.
1. On March 29, Wharney Hotel charged me $[redacted].5 using my MasterCard, which is 48 hours before my check-in. This amount is pending on my account, and although the bank confirmed the transaction with Guangfa Bank, I am still awaiting a resolution from the hotel or booking.
2. When my friend checked in with me on March 31, the hotel claimed the $[redacted].5 was just a pre-authorization, but then proceeded to charge an additional [redacted].5 HKD for the same reservation.
3. Customer service representatives Allen and Abel from the booking agency provided unprofessional and unhelpful assistance. Their advice, such as converting the USD bill to HKD, was not relevant to my situation. Despite promises of a response within 24 hours, I have not heard back.
4. It has been over 5 working days since my initial complaint on March 31, and I am still without a resolution or refund for the double charge. I am seeking assistance with this matter.

On April 8, [redacted], at 9:00 PM, we arrived at the Green Tree Inn, the motel we had booked. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were denied entry because our reservation ([redacted]) could not be found. Despite trying to contact the property manager to resolve the issue, we received no response. We then reached out to Booking.com for assistance in connecting with the property manager, but our efforts were unsuccessful. After contacting Customer Service, we were informed that Booking.com would issue a refund for the price difference between our original booking and the alternative accommodation we found.
Initially, we had reserved two rooms for $[redacted] each (reservation [redacted]). The actual price we paid for each room was $[redacted], resulting in a total difference of $[redacted]. We kindly request a refund of $[redacted].

Hello! Here is a letter we decided to send when booking. We were advised to contact the hotel manager. The department head stopped responding. We had to pay for the hotel stay in cash on-site because the hotel manager informed us that it was not possible to withdraw our money from the booking account. However, we paid the money through the booking and it was debited from our account, and we paid in cash. As a result, we paid twice for the stay at your hotel, online and in cash. We would have gone to another hotel, but the child was very tired on the way, and we had to pay for our daughter and wait for the refund.

I made a reservation at Arden House Hotel in Kircudbright for April 7th. Upon arrival, they had mistakenly reserved 2 rooms under my name. Initially, I tried to reserve a double room but never received confirmation. I'm reaching out because I am having an issue with booking a car in Italy. Despite following all the requirements listed, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were denied due to uncertainties about the driver's card we used for a previous booking. The instructions did not specify that the card itself needed to be registered, only that the person renting the car had to be the owner of the card. It was not mentioned that the card needed to be of a specific type with certain features.
Our Ukrainian vehicle registrations do not have such stipulations. While I understand different countries have their own rules, it is disappointing that these details were not made clear to us, resulting in a failed trip. Additionally, we were charged an extra [redacted] euros because the card used was a debit card, even though the website did not mention any additional fees for this type of card.
We are seeking a resolution where we can receive a refund for the initial booking and rent a car at the originally quoted price, but we have not received any response from booking and rentalcars.com. Your assistance in helping us find a solution without the need to call an operator would be greatly appreciated.

I have booked a hotel in Istanbul, but unfortunately, the hotel does not match the pictures on the website at all. There is no credibility whatsoever. The hotel is unclean, lacking insulation completely, and it feels like the person in the next room is in my room. There is no privacy or comfort. The place is very old and dirty, with a noisy bed. I have not been able to sleep for two days. The balcony door is not good; I constantly hear banging sounds. There is no cleanliness at all; the bedding is dirty, the bathroom and wardrobe are broken, and there are no amenities. The towels are dirty and seem like they are 20 years old. The situation is very bad, and I have booked for 10 days, but I cannot stay in a place like this for that long. I hope for a quick solution, please.

I have been facing issues with a reservation at Holiday Lodge since last year. The reservation cost was approximately $[redacted], but the hotel lacked most of the advertised amenities.
