However, I have not received a confirmation letter, and the payment has not been processed on my account. Despite contacting the help desk via email, I have not received any assistance. I am looking to reserve an apartment in Varna from May 27th to May 31st, [redacted]. We have stayed there before in April [redacted]. We enjoyed the apartment overall, but there was no blackout curtain in one of the rooms on the first night. The owner fixed this by installing a new curtain on the second night. The apartment we are trying to book is called Summertime in Varna South Bay Beach. However, when we tried to complete our booking today, a message appeared stating that we are unable to book the apartment due to an unspecified "incident." Please contact me immediately. I am looking for a refund for my stay at the Thunderbird Inn. My confirmation number is [redacted], and I have paid. I would like a refund for the $[redacted].23 you charged my account three days before my stay, as well as the $15 parking fee. The hotel did not meet my expectations; it was not close to the River Walk and felt unsafe. I tried calling [redacted], but no one answered. The room had black mold, the pet area was unsanitary, and there were disturbances during the night. There was no breakfast as advertised, and we had trouble accessing the River Walk due to parking issues. This was a terrible experience, especially as a handicapped individual. Hello... I stayed at this place as registered in booking number [redacted]. I paid the fees in cash to Ms. N ([redacted] Moroccan Dirhams). We requested a baby crib, but it was not provided despite confirmation. The television didn't have any open channels; they were all encrypted. Additionally, some essential kitchen utensils were missing. We tried to contact them several times, but unfortunately, there was no response. The apartment was in poor condition from the moment we entered. When we left, we did not see anyone to assist us, and when we tried to return the keys, they instructed us to leave them under the doormat. The service was poor. We are currently on a trip in Morocco and do not want this situation to affect our family time. I request a review of the matter and information on how to cancel the reservation despite it being fulfilled and the full amount paid as per the booking contract under this number, [redacted]. I have contacted Ms. N at [redacted] and also Mr. L (real name Y, but he did not disclose it) at [redacted]. We have also tried other numbers like [redacted]. These are the numbers we have been using to communicate, although sometimes different individuals answer, but the two people who claim to be (N and L, as they say) are consistent. In February [redacted], I ordered four personalized tee shirts. Two arrived in the correct size with the accurate names, but the other two were the wrong size and had no names. I wrote a detailed letter on May 1st, placed it with the incorrect shirts, ensuring all the necessary information was provided. When I called customer service on May 22nd at 7:30pm to follow up, I was informed that I would receive a credit card refund and needed to reorder. Despite requesting a simple reordering over the phone, the representative from the Philippines insisted on a refund instead. This treatment differed from previous positive experiences with Collections, Etc. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may need to reconsider my future business with the company.

My elderly friend, Linda C., made a reservation on Booking.com for Motel 6 for two nights. I noticed an unfamiliar charge on my bank statement from booking.com dated 2/1/23 for $[redacted].86 under the name "Cars On Booking London," accompanied by a $15.53 international processing fee. This charge is fraudulent since I have never visited London or rented a car there. I had a disappointing experience with a car rental booking for my Florida Spring Break vacation in March. The rental I reserved was not available when we arrived due to a scheduling error for May instead of March. This caused significant inconvenience as we had to find another company, wasting precious vacation time. Moreover, booking.com failed to transmit payment to the hotel I booked for my daughter's graduation on 5/12/23. As a result, I had to personally cover the cost of the room while my elderly family members waited in the lobby. I am encountering difficulties in deleting my booking.com account as the process seems circular. I have taken steps to dispute the hotel charges and report the fraudulent car rental to my bank. I am deeply dissatisfied with booking.com's services and intend to cease using their platform, urging others to do the same. I request the immediate cancellation of my account and the removal of my debit card information from booking.com's records.

Reservation number [redacted]. I booked a 4-night stay in a houseboat hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered a full sewer tank that took 8 hours to fix, leading us to sleep on the deck due to the unpleasant situation. There were issues with the sliding glass door that resulted in locking my wife inside and causing her to injure her shoulder and knee while trying to get out to join me fishing. We decided to leave this morning due to these maintenance problems. Unfortunately, the situation caused emotional distress for my wife for the past 3 days, as we were only told the issues would be fixed by 4 pm the next day. I have not been able to contact anyone since we arrived at Charlie Dick Apartments. The apartment is in a messy condition and is not clean. Hello, I recently attempted to book a room in Rome through Booking.com. Yesterday, I completed the necessary form and clicked "complete booking," but unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation. No messages or emails were sent to the contact information I provided. I refrained from closing the form and revisited it the next day. Upon checking, I discovered a message saying, "Sorry – that didn't work. Sorry, we were not able to take your payment." My concerns are: 1. Does this mean that the room was not successfully booked? 2. Can I be assured that no funds will be deducted from my account for this booking attempt?

I need to change my flight booked for 02 July to around 17 December [redacted]. Unfortunately, I booked through Booking.com, which is partnered with GOTOGATE. Despite calling customer service eight times, they keep saying a supervisor will call me to help because the agents I speak with have no access to my flights. This service is incredibly frustrating! I haven't been able to change my flight yet. When I contacted TURKISH Airlines directly, they instructed me to speak with the agent. The flight is from Perth, Western Australia to London on 02 July with Turkish Airlines, and I'm looking to change it to the same flight on 17 December [redacted]. Hello, I was pressured by Booking.com today to confirm a double tariff for a non-refundable hotel reservation at Rain Airport Bed and Breakfast. I wonder why there isn't a more reliable system in place that recognizes when a logged-in customer like me already has a reservation at a specific hotel. I am hoping for a resolution where I only have to pay for two nights, not two separate payments for two full stays.
