I placed an online order with Asda and paid for delivery between 5&6pm. However, I received an email saying it would arrive at 4:01pm. I had to leave my appointment early and rush home, only for the delivery time to change to 4:21pm and then it arrived at 4:51pm. I specifically chose the delivery time to be home, so this was very frustrating. I had to rearrange my plans because the delivery time was earlier than agreed upon. I hope to receive compensation for this inconvenience.

However, being able to see the road from my living room, I can confirm that the delivery van was nowhere in sight during the stated times. As a long-standing Asda customer of over 20 years, this poor customer service experience has compelled me to refrain from future orders and recommendations. The inconvenience of waiting 3-5 days for a refund poses financial issues for me, preventing me from placing a new order promptly. I purchased four Belgian milk chocolate caramel cookies, but when I opened the package and tried one, I realized they were actually granola squares containing sunflowers, to which I'm allergic. This mix-up made me sick, causing vomiting and overall discomfort. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect item, as well as compensation for the health issues that arose from consuming the product, resulting in a day off work.

I have been a loyal ASDA customer for many years. Recently, I have noticed an increase in food prices, a decrease in quality, and questionable expiry dates on products at multiple North West England stores. It is disappointing to buy items that spoil within 1-3 days, sometimes even the next day, due to issues with expiration dates. I have even encountered expired sandwich meats on the shelves at the Blackburn ASDA. It is frustrating to pay more for lower quality goods, especially during the current cost of living crisis. I spend a significant amount of money at ASDA each month, but it is disheartening to waste a quarter of my purchases due to short expiry dates. I hope ASDA can address these concerns and improve the freshness of products for hard-working customers like myself.

I wanted to share a positive experience I encountered today at the Asda Queslett store. Being 8 months pregnant with a sleeping child in tow, I needed help purchasing a 6-piece patio set. A staff member named Anthony kindly assisted me in carrying the furniture to my car. Despite some difficulty fitting it, Anthony patiently waited and helped transfer it to another car once my family member arrived. I appreciate his exceptional service and wanted to ensure he receives recognition for his helpfulness. Thank you.

During a visit to ASDA in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, with my daughter, we ordered a tea and a cappuccino. I handed the cashier a £10 note, and she only returned £2 to me. When I mentioned I had given her a £10 note, she claimed I had given her a £5 note. I requested to see my receipt, but she stated she had discarded it. Despite my insistence, she refused to retrieve the receipt. My daughter supported my claim that I gave her a £10 note, but the cashier still refused to correct the mistake. I am upset about being overcharged and expect ASDA to address this issue and provide compensation.

I visited Asda on Hollyhedge Road on May 28th. I informed a staff member that one of the baskets had a crack. Her response was dismissive, stating it was just a small crack. I expressed concern that with weight, it may break. She rudely retorted that I should remove the item myself, mentioning that I was not working on a Sunday. I was taken aback by her disrespectful behavior, but remained calm. She does not realize I work every day of the week. This incident highlights the need for her to undergo proper training or face dismissal for such unprofessional conduct.

I purchased a cooked chicken from a store in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. As I was finishing up my shopping, I requested a bag usually used for vegetables at checkout, but was informed by an employee named Sandra that they are not given out unless they are for vegetables. I wanted to mention that I consistently struggle to find a small trolley during my visits. This is inconvenient for me as I have difficulty walking and require the smaller trolley for support, rather than having to use a large one just for a carrier bag.

I trained at Barnardo's on Lombard Street in Newark, and parked in the Asda car park. I had previously provided my details to the customer service desk at the Asda supermarket. Despite giving my registration number on Monday, May 22nd, I received a parking fine. I reside in Market Rasen, and I wonder if it's necessary for me to drive there to discuss this issue. The Barnardo's manager informed me that I didn't need a permit for parking since I was only going to be there for a few days. I received an online shop delivery on June 1st with bread expiring on June 2nd. I am seeking assistance as I am unable to personally go to the store to follow up on an issue. On May 24th, I placed an order for George pyjamas & a dressing gown with Order [redacted]52. I picked up the order at the Lancaster store with zip code LA1 5JR on May 26th. Unfortunately, the navy spot print pyjamas in size 8-10 top & 12-14 bottom were too large for me. I returned the items on May 31st via a grocery delivery to the same store. The driver, Nigel, assured me he would hand it back to the store, but I have not received any updates since then. I parked at the Asda Bridgend store on Friday, June 2nd for some extra shopping and was surprised to receive a parking fine in the mail today. I am unsure of the parking limit, but I have a receipt showing I spent £[redacted] on that day. I am a regular Asda customer, both in-store and online, and I'm disappointed about the fine. Last Friday, June 2nd, I parked at the Bridgend Asda. Today, I received a parking fine in the mail that has upset me. I have a receipt from a £[redacted] purchase I made in the store. I am writing to seek help as I recently faced a ban from the Winsford store due to an incident involving a staff member. During my shopping trip with my partner, who has health issues, and my 84-year-old mother recovering from a broken hip, we encountered an issue at the self-checkout where I inadvertently scanned an extra bottle of cooking oil. Despite explaining the mistake, a staff member was unhelpful and escalated the situation, leading to the ban. After visiting the store repeatedly and attempting to resolve the matter with a supervisor named Donna, I am still banned. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at the store and relies on it for various items, including essentials for my family, I am disheartened by this situation. Today, my delivery was missing multiple items. Even though the driver insisted that he had given me everything, I suspect another customer mistakenly received some of my order since I was the last stop. I've already requested refunds, but the process seems long and I may have to wait for days to see the resolution and then even more days for the actual refund. Consequently, I had to make an additional trip to the store and end up spending more than intended to purchase the missing items. I've also canceled the delivery pass I just purchased, and I'm hoping for a refund for the pass itself, not just the remainder of the month. Despite being a frequent user of Asda's delivery services in the past, this disappointing experience has deterred me from utilizing them further. As a disabled individual struggling with lifting and walking, relying on deliveries should make my life easier, but unfortunately, that was not the case today.

I recently visited Asda in Bromborough and signed up to use Scan and Go. Due to it being closed, I paid for my items at the regular checkout. I was publicly accused by a security guard of swapping a sprayer, even though I had legitimately paid for it. I was embarrassed by the confrontation as everyone could hear. The products had different prices although they were labeled as sprayers. I tried to discuss it with the guard privately to avoid further embarrassment, but he was extremely rude and used swear words. He mentioned he was monitoring me for taking longer to register. It's disappointing to be treated this way by Asda, and now I have been banned from the store for questioning why I was publicly confronted and mistreated. The behavior of the security guard was unacceptable, and I feel disrespected as a customer.

I am extremely disappointed by ASDA's unprofessionalism. As a disabled individual relying on home delivery, it is crucial for me. My order (Order [redacted][redacted]) was scheduled for today between 3pm - 4pm. However, by 6pm, it hadn't arrived, and I had received no communication about any delays. After an hour-long hold on the phone, ASDA informed me my delivery would be at 7.39pm. It's now 9:13pm and still nothing. I have been a loyal ASDA customer since my accident, but this level of delay is unacceptable. I am frustrated and upset. The thought of spending another hour on the phone is daunting and disheartening.
