Today at my local Asda, I made a large order but unfortunately forgot to scan my Asda reward app due to being busy with my young kids. The cashier also did not inquire about it. I only realized after payment, and was informed that the only way to receive the rewards would be to refund and re-purchase everything. This was frustrating as some places allow points to be added from the receipt. Shopping at Asda was particularly for the reward app, especially given the current cost of living and nearing Christmas. I intended to use the vouchers for a Christmas dinner grocery shop. It's inconvenient that there is no option to add rewards if the app was not scanned, and I believe staff should proactively ask customers about the app. Thank you.

I urgently need assistance with my recent order. Despite placing an order with express delivery, the items I selected, like grapes, Munchbunch yogurts, and Asda cheese sandwiches, did not reflect in my final delivery. Due to my health issues, including insomnia and chronic fatigue, I fell asleep immediately after placing the order and couldn't review the confirmation details. This is frustrating as I rely on specific food due to my disabilities. The items that did arrive were from the Christmas department, not my usual selections. Order number [redacted]73: I arrived for my scheduled click and collect between 4:30-5 PM, despite the app being down. Upon arrival, I was informed the store was significantly delayed and advised to either return home or shop in-store. Unfortunately, I struggle with anxiety in public spaces, the pending money in my account is designated for the click and collect, and using extra petrol at this time is quite a burden. I had to return home due to the circumstances. I contacted customer service, but was directed to email my complaint, which could be challenging for some. Accommodating diverse needs in the complaint process would have been appreciated in this situation.

During my visit to Asda Fareham this morning from 9am to 10.30am, I encountered an unpleasant experience with a security guard at the store entrance. When asked to show my receipt, I couldn't locate it, and the guard's tone made me feel like a criminal. After indicating the till where I checked out, the guard rudely mentioned having 12 of these encounters. When I offered to show my payment proof on my phone, it was dismissed as insufficient. Eventually, she found my purchase history on their system. I wish the interaction had been more respectful, given that printing a receipt was optional. Hopefully, future customers won't be subjected to similar treatment at the store.

Our online grocery order was unexpectedly canceled, citing an issue with processing the payment. I am puzzled as my card is valid and there are sufficient funds in the account. Additionally, there is another card linked to the account that could have been used for payment. Consequently, we had to reschedule our order for later in the day, resulting in 9 substituted items. To add to the inconvenience, our delivery time has been pushed from 7-9am to 8-10pm.

My order was supposed to be delivered between 9-10 pm. I received a text saying the driver would be late and arrive around 10:38. I checked the app at 10:45 pm, and it showed the delivery expected at 11:15, with the driver 2 stops away. I stayed up until midnight, feeling unwell, but the delivery never came. I had to borrow money to buy groceries this morning due to the no-show delivery, putting me at a loss. I've tried reaching out through calls and social media, only to be disconnected. Facing financial difficulties while waiting for a delivery without any updates is simply unacceptable during these challenging times.

I had a disappointing experience while trying to return an item. The lady who handled my return was extremely rude and unprofessional in front of other customers. I have never been treated so poorly in any retail store before, she was the worst staff member I've ever come across. I explained that I didn't have the instructions, and she responded by saying she couldn't process the refund without them. I mentioned that the box had been opened when I received it as it was the last one available, but she gave me a disapproving look and accused me of lying. It was a very unpleasant encounter, and I am very disappointed with the way customers are treated at your establishment.

I am struggling to find PRIME drinks for my son, who loves them. Despite checking local supermarkets and attempting to buy online, I have had no luck. My son is eager to receive these drinks for Christmas, so I'm requesting clear details on where and when I can purchase all flavors, if possible. We reside in EN6, making nearby shops the most convenient option. I've noticed individuals reselling the drinks on eBay and Facebook for a significant markup, causing confusion about their source. I purchased 6 bottles of Prosecco during the 25% off deal, but the discount didn't apply at the register. After contacting customer service, I was advised to return to the store with my receipt for a refund. Disappointingly, when I visited the Wrexham store, the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. Their attitude left me frustrated and dissatisfied after making the trip specifically to resolve this issue.

Hello, I placed an online order and contacted customer service immediately to cancel it due to the delivery address being an old rental in a different city. I was assured it was canceled; however, I now received an email stating that the item is out for delivery along with tracking information. My order number is [redacted]58. The correct delivery address should be [redacted], 55 Queen Street, Salford, M3 7GW. I was advised to place the order again, which I did and paid twice. I recently purchased two king-size sets of your white waffle bedding and pillowcases, along with four single sets for single beds to use at my holiday home over the winter. After washing, all the bedding has shrunk about 2 to 3 inches in width, making it difficult to make the beds look nice for our guests. I followed the washing instructions carefully and used a Triple-A eco-setting with minimal heat. I love the bedding, but the shrinkage has been disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could either replace them or provide some form of compensation. It's frustrating to spend so much time making the beds only for them to look less than ideal due to the sizing issue.

When my delivery arrived, I returned 2 packets of Extra Special Sausages, one pack of 6 Cumberland Sausages, and the other with 6 Lincolnshire Sausages, along with milk, yogurts, and gluten-free bread. I received an email regarding the refund for the milk, yogurts, and bread, but the sausages were not included. Could you please process the £5 refund for the sausages? Thank you. During my visit to your Grantham store with my husband on the 10th of December [redacted], we decided to try your winter £1 meal deal. However, unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the soup portions we received. The server, an Asian woman possibly from the Philippines, served us only half portions of soup by using one pack divided into two bowls, leaving them only one-third full. When I mentioned this wasn't satisfactory and that one pack should be used per customer, she insisted it was company policy. Surprisingly, two other nearby customers who also ordered the same meal deal received full bowls of soup, making us feel discriminated against. Additionally, we were informed we could only have tea or coffee, not lattes or cappuccinos, which I had previously enjoyed with the same deal. I am now extremely upset by the server's demeanor and wish to lodge a formal complaint about her rude behavior and seeming unfair treatment towards us.

Order [redacted][redacted]: The delivery driver contacted me and requested more details about my address. Upon spotting him, I gestured from the window to guide him to the right location. Nevertheless, he insisted I come downstairs to retrieve my items from the van, citing difficulty in finding my address. Despite pointing out that he had just seen me signaling from my house, he then indicated having a knee injury and threatened to cancel my order unless I collected the items from the van. This marks the second occasion where an ASDA driver has behaved in such a manner, indicating a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. It appears that ASDA allows drivers to act without accountability.

I bought a Green Reactive Glaze Dinner Set - 12 Piece from Asda on 23/10/22. Unfortunately, two of the large plates have broken - one when my partner picked it up and the other while washing it, causing a cut. I have seen similar complaints online, indicating this may be a common issue. I am seeking a refund or credit note for the amount. I don't have the receipt but can provide a bank statement, a photo of the box with the purchase date, and used my Asda rewards card for the purchase. Hello, I placed an order for a grocery delivery today, Wednesday, December 14th, [redacted], scheduled between 2–3 p.m. It is now 3:38 p.m., and the order has not arrived. I contacted Customer Service and had difficulty understanding the representative, who mentioned the order should arrive in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I have an appointment I cannot miss after 4 p.m. today. I am frustrated that ASDA did not inform me about the delay. Could someone please reach out to me? I have been patiently waiting for my Asda order all afternoon. However, to my surprise, I received an email at 4:44 pm stating that the order has been delivered. I have attempted to contact customer service twice, but unfortunately, I was disconnected mid-conversation. The call center representatives from India were unhelpful and discourteous. As a result, I am now without food, and I was advised to place another order with the promise of a refund for the payment already debited. I am eager to locate where my order was delivered and request that it be sent to the correct address by tomorrow. I wish to file a complaint regarding my recent online order where half of my items were missing. This is unacceptable as now I am left without meals for the weekend due to my inability to walk to the shops. I am baffled as to how the picker could have missed so many items. I bought a Xmas tree from you last year, the George Home 6ft Snowy Pre-Lit Tree. Although it's beautiful, my cats have been ill, and I recently found a warning online about the tree. Sadly, there was no warning on the box. I have removed the tree, and my cats seem better, but I can no longer use it. I'd like to return it for a refund, even though I don't have the receipt.
