I was advised by the relevant department that since the digital code had not been sent to my email, cancellation was possible. They assured me that my bank account would be credited. I am having trouble finding and connecting to Netflix on my recently received Fire Stick. This was the main reason I purchased the product. Netflix does not show up as an available app for download, and there is no search option to locate it.
The instructions I found online differ from what I see on my TV screen after setting up the Fire Stick. I have spent three hours attempting various methods to locate Netflix with no success. I have internet access and an active Netflix subscription.
I hope to receive a solution to this issue.

I purchased a Mr. Shield screen protector from Amazon for my daughter's iPhone 6s. The product claimed to be shock absorbent, but when her phone fell from a short distance onto a carpeted floor, the protector did not absorb the shock as advertised. Surprisingly, the screen protector remained intact while the phone's screen cracked underneath.
I have reached out to Mr. Shield and was advised to contact Amazon for further assistance. I am disappointed with this experience and hoped to receive some support to address this issue. My daughter’s phone now has a cracked screen and is only usable for calls.

I am experiencing some problems with a couple of items I ordered. The order number [redacted]-[redacted] was scheduled to arrive today between 4:45-9 pm. I made sure to be home by not planning anything else. I was tracking the status of my items and monitoring the driver through the Amazon app when it suddenly showed delivered at 8:58 pm, but I did not receive any packages. No delivery truck came down our street. I even checked with my neighbors, and they did not receive any packages either. Furthermore, my other order with number [redacted]-[redacted] initially showed as out for delivery but is now marked as running late. I specifically chose one-day delivery for these items because I needed them urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. I spent almost $80 on these essential items that were supposed to arrive today, and none have shown up. I am extremely frustrated by this situation, as now my children will have to go without sheets on their beds. It is very concerning when items are marked as delivered but are nowhere to be found. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I am disappointed with the declining service. I kindly request assistance in resolving these issues with both of my orders.

I have noticed charges for Amazon Prime on my statements over the past three months. However, I cannot find any email account subscribed to Prime. I have checked all my emails and confirmed that I am not a Prime member. I wish to unsubscribe from this membership and request a refund since I have not used this service.

Dear Amazon Customer Service,
I wanted to share my recent unfortunate experience on your website. My Amazon account has been hacked twice. I have been a loyal customer since November [redacted] and I am seeking urgent professional assistance.
The hacker gained access to my Amazon account and even my Gmail account ([redacted]). They added their Mastercard ending in [redacted] without my knowledge. Despite my account being put on hold, the hacker managed to access it on January 20, [redacted], and changed the email address associated with it.
I contacted customer service, Jeff Bezos' team, and the account specialist team who helped restore my email address and guided me to change my password, but I am still unable to sign in to my account. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service, but my account remains closed due to a misunderstanding.
I urgently need assistance to change my Amazon account password, reinstate my account, update the email address from [redacted] to [redacted], ensure the hacker did not use my $[redacted].00 gift card balance, enhance the security of my account, and remove the hacker's credit card from my account.
I hope for a prompt resolution to this distressing situation so I can resume using my account without any further issues.

I've been attempting to reach customer support for months as the only service provided on the website is a hotline which is not available to me. Residing in Italy, I made a purchase of face powder from the USA through amazon.com with the order number: [redacted]-[redacted] on October 15, [redacted], for $29.10. The UPS tracking indicated that my address was not found, even though I have received parcels without any issues previously. The status now reads as "delivered," but in Milan instead of Rome where I reside. I've contacted UPS, but they have directed me to a UPS center in Milan. It's frustrating to have paid for an item that I never received, and the difficulty in contacting customer service has prolonged this issue for months. I urge Amazon to resolve this by either refunding the payment or delivering the product I ordered.

I am writing on behalf of Mr. Willie Brown regarding an order issue that needs urgent attention. Mr. Brown used his son's debit card to place an order for a Starter and a digital iPhone 6 Plus screen replacement. The order was intended to be delivered to [redacted] W. Amazon features a makeup bag by Blue Q with the words "Please Don't F-k with My S-t" on it. However, the actual words are spelled out in the picture of the bag, making it inappropriate and offensive. I am disappointed by the lack of curation in some categories on Amazon, like something as innocent as a makeup bag. Even as a prime customer, I am considering shopping elsewhere due to the explicit content I come across unintentionally. This violates Amazon's policies, and I urge for the removal of this item and others like it. It's disheartening that Amazon has not been maintaining a family-friendly environment as they claim to do.

I received a Samsung UN28H4000 28-inch TV on Friday, 3/8. The box arrived damaged with accordion pleats on one corner and a rip through another corner. After photographing the box, I noticed cracked Styrofoam packing. Inside, I found a round impression on the screen's film and some bent plastic near the frame. I am unsure if the bent plastic is a removable protective piece or part of the screen, so I halted further unpacking. It seems the TV suffered damage during transit, and I am considering exchanging it. Since there are only a few units of this model remaining, I am seeking guidance on the exchange process.

Despite returning the parcels to UPS and FedEx and notifying you via phone and letter, the issue persists. I was involved in a serious car accident on August 26th, resulting in a broken vertebra in my back. Following kyphoplasty surgery, my pain level has decreased from a "9" to a "5." My Neurologist recently prescribed medicinal marijuana, which effectively eliminates my pain for six-hour periods without impairing me. I have a job interview scheduled with Amazon in Omaha this Thursday and want to ensure that my medicinal marijuana use will not affect my prospects of being hired. One job placement agency mentioned that it should not impact hiring decisions. Could you please clarify Amazon's stance on this issue? I ordered the "Hawaiian Gold Kona Blend Whole Bean Coffee 2 Lb" on March 10, [redacted], and just received the box this morning, March 13, [redacted], at 09:12. Inside the box, I found 2-24 Pack 8 fl oz Bottles of Boost Original Complete Nutritional Drink. Unfortunately, my 2 lb bag of KONA coffee had been opened at both ends, causing the coffee beans to spill out inside the box. There's a trail of beans from the road leading to where the box was left on my front porch. I believe the loose coffee might be contaminated, so I refuse to use it. I'm requesting a replacement for the 2 lb bag of Hawaiian Gold Kona Blend Whole Bean Coffee as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'm without the coffee I initially ordered.

I am a Frontier internet subscriber and also an Amazon Prime member who uses various TV services. During the summer, I am fully paid up for my services including HBO and Acorn through Amazon Prime on a monthly basis. However, recently, I have encountered an issue where my access to Amazon Prime has disappeared. Whenever I try to click on it in the menu bar, the entire bar disappears, putting me back on live TV. Interestingly, I can access other TV services from the menu, even those I don't subscribe to. Frontier claims it's an Amazon problem. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you! - TG

I have been experiencing issues with my account for the past 6 weeks, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any response. I was informed that my account was on hold and I lost access to it. However, I still have it logged in on my phone because I fear I won't be able to log back in if I log out.
