I bought a prom dress from Clothfun on Amazon and I've been trying to return it for a full refund. However, I haven't received any response since last Saturday. I shipped the dress back at a cost of $25.65 through USPS on 4/21, but I haven't received any confirmation of its arrival. Clothfun has been trying to persuade me to keep the dress by offering a 30% refund, but I still want to return it. Can someone please assist me with getting the refund for the dress and the shipping costs? Thank you, Charlotte

I am experiencing ongoing challenges with Amazon’s verification process. Despite mentioning my preference for email verification due to not having a cellphone, I consistently receive text verification requests. When I inquired with Amazon support, including the CnoSR, they indicated email verification is an option but seem unable to rectify the situation. As a TBI survivor with memory loss preventing me from answering security questions, I am unable to change my verification method. The email address provided is active and checked daily, yet my password has been altered by Amazon's customer service team without the ability to reset it due to the security questions. They have even marked my email address as invalid, compounding the issue. The lack of understanding and assistance provided by Amazon's ecr team has made this situation increasingly frustrating.

My email has changed to [redacted] I'm unable to update it on my Amazon account as I can't access this email for the verification code. Although my password is correct, without access to my email, I can't make any changes to my account details such as my email address and phone number. I need help to update this information, or if not possible, I may have to close this account and open a new one. The account is under the name Marina P. Deleon Guerrero. Currently, I can only access it on my Kindle. Any advice on what steps to take next would be much appreciated.

I received my order today, but I didn't receive any delivery notification beforehand. When I checked the tracking information, it said the package was delivered and handed to the customer. However, it was just left on the stairs in front of the house where it was visible to anyone passing by. There's an enclosed entranceway a few steps away where it could have been left instead. This has happened before, but today's delivery record is inaccurate. I am disappointed in the delivery service provided.

I recently ordered a box of 50 plastic kazoos, which I purchase yearly for my music class. However, even though I selected 50 kazoos, the orders keep coming in as one single kazoo. After contacting customer service, they refunded me, but the issue still persists. I need the full box of 50 kazoos for an upcoming activity next week. How can this be resolved?

I have spent four hours trying different solutions to change my password and email. Finally managed to change the password but it is not being accepted by the system and I am unable to change it again. They keep promising to send an opt code, but it never arrives. After this frustrating experience, I am considering leaving Amazon. I use your platform to write and sell books as well as make purchases. If this is the new standard of service, please let me know so I can close my account.

I have a similar concern about large trucks using my driveway as a turnaround spot daily. The weight of the trucks has caused damage to my asphalt driveway, creating grooves and reducing it to half gravel and half asphalt with deep swales. I recently had my driveway resealed at great expense and want to prevent heavy delivery trucks from ruining it again. I have reached out to address this issue and hope to deter drivers from using my property for their turnarounds as I do not receive any deliveries.

I am inquiring about the possibility of returning an item. I purchased a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone and utilized the obstacle avoidance feature while flying it. I understand that the drone is equipped with sensors on the top, bottom, front, and back. During a flight when I ascended, the obstacle avoidance system failed to detect a tree branch directly above the drone, resulting in a collision. Can I return the drone due to this malfunction?

I have an Amazon account for shopping, and everything is fine with my payment method. I'm attempting to sign up for Alexa Amazon Music Unlimited. I've installed the Alexa app, where it identifies me but indicates "No default 1-click payment set." When I select a payment method, such as my Visa account, and click Continue, the Loading screen appears without progressing. Why isn't the Alexa app acknowledging my default payment method?

I purchased two and a half pounds of Starbucks Winter Blend coffee. Upon receiving the items, I noticed they came in a different package compared to the Winter Blend I bought from Costco and previous orders from Amazon. These bags lack an expiration date, and when consumed, I experience facial redness. I am dissatisfied and seek an exchange for the correct product.

I am a college student preparing for an upcoming trip overseas. I mistakenly had a voltage converter delivered to my family's address instead of my college address. My family thought it was delivered to my college, so we didn't realize it was sent to the wrong location until I checked for it before my trip. The tracking information shows it was delivered to Rutherfordton, NC instead of our Union Mills, NC address. I have already ordered a new one for my trip, but I don't want to be charged for the one that was misdelivered. Thank you.

Today, someone came to collect the return item, a blue dahliya king size bedsheet. However, he did not have any identification or details of the item. When asked to show a picture on his phone, he did not have one. After being pressured to show a picture, he called someone who sent a picture of a white bedsheet instead of the blue one I have. When asked for the correct picture, a woman over the phone instructed to cancel the return. This experience was quite disappointing. I am still in need of returning my bedsheet and receiving a prompt refund.

I have noticed several emails indicating that items have been received, but they are not in my possession. I have repeatedly requested Amazon to leave packages by the door of Flat 6 on the 3rd floor due to my disabilities preventing me from going downstairs. Furthermore, there is a risk of items being damaged or stolen if left elsewhere. I would appreciate it if my interactions with sellers could be reviewed through my email account. Some items have not been paid for yet. This issue has persisted with the post office for over two years. I prefer Amazon delivery with next-day shipping as I am a member. On 5/11/23, I recently got a new phone and had to change my phone number. Afterward, I had trouble logging into my Amazon account. When I contacted customer service, the representative treated me like a criminal with multiple security questions and asking if I owned certain things. It felt excessive just for changing a phone number. The representative even suggested I create a new account. Disappointing experience as others had said it should be easy with a new number. Frustrating!

Good morning, my Amazon account was closed because I tried to purchase with a credit card from a Payoneer account. Now, nowhere does it say that this type of card is not acceptable for purchases. I am concerned about the balance I have in gift cards in my account. Will that be lost? I have had this Amazon account for a year and never encountered this issue before.
