I was expecting the delivery of HP 65 Black/Tri-color ink cartridges on May 10. I received a message at 10:00 p.m. stating that they were delivered, along with a photo. However, when I checked 5 minutes later, I couldn't find the package. Typically, these deliveries are placed through the mail slot or behind the planters, but this time they were left out in the open on the porch. This was a risky move as anyone passing by could have taken them, which might have happened. I urgently require these cartridges for my work-from-home setup. Thank you, Janet B.

I recently received an email regarding an item that was not returned. There seems to be a misunderstanding. I did return the "Nearly Natural [redacted] Mini Peony Silk Arrangement, Assorted 10 x 10 x 10". However, my account reflects that I returned the "Homsunny Fall Artificial Flowers in Vase, Silk Flowers Arrangements, Fake Rose Bouquets with Vase for Home Office Dinning Room Table Kitchen Desktop Decoration (Brown)" as well, which is incorrect. I only returned the Nearly Natural [redacted] arrangement. I still have the Homsunny Flowers in my possession. Please update my account accordingly to reflect this correction. Thank you.

I have been struggling to reach a US representative regardless of the time or day I call. Almost every week, there is an issue with my orders - they get lost or arrive late. Today, my shampoo delivery is delayed without any explanation. Two other items from the same order will be here soon, but the shampoo is missing. They mentioned a possible refund if it doesn't arrive by Sunday, but I need it before Saturday for Mother's Day. It's been a long wait on Friday, and I really need this item promptly.

A few days ago, I discovered a freelancing job opportunity at Amazon through a post on a social media site. After contacting the person who posted the advertisement, I followed their instructions. This individual claimed to be a hiring partner for Amazon. Unfortunately, I am now encountering numerous challenges with this job. I cannot simply walk away due to the money I have already invested. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, as if it turns out to be a scam, it could tarnish Amazon's reputation.

Good afternoon, I am seeking an update on my payment status. I recently signed up with a rebate store in South Africa and have been completing orders to earn money. The amount due to me is R5,[redacted].54. Initially, I dealt with customer service agent [redacted], Mollya, who was helpful. Subsequently, I was transferred to a tutor who was exceptionally rude and uncommunicative. He mentioned submitting a refund request on May 8th for a 7-day processing period, concluding on May 15th, which is Monday. I am in urgent need of these funds to repay borrowed money. I recently opened an account, but unfortunately misplaced the card and do not have the account number. The last four digits of the card are [redacted]. I need to pay a bill but am unable to retrieve the amount to make the payment. I have been receiving suspicious text messages from companies like Netflix and Amazon, and I suspect that I may have deleted important messages from Amazon regarding my bill. I am aware that my account is now with Synchrony, but I am having difficulty accessing it to make the payment. Any assistance with paying my bill would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered two issues with my recent purchase. Firstly, I mistakenly received a return label for the UPS store instead of one with a label convenient for returning at CVS, as there isn't a UPS store nearby. Despite my efforts to correct the return option, I continue to receive the UPS store code without any alternative provided. Secondly, upon receiving my order today, I noticed that the Cortizone box was open. Since Cortizone does not have a seal before use, I am unsure whether it is safe to use it. I have read that it is not advisable to use it if the box has been opened.

I can no longer access my email at [redacted] This is causing issues with logging into my Amazon account, including accessing my Prime membership. I have set up a new Amazon account with the email [redacted] and the password camy5474. I would like to request that the old account [redacted] with the password Baptist5474 be deleted, and my Prime membership transferred to my new account. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased Atlas Pa Salt by Lucinda Reilly in [redacted], set to be published in [redacted]. I continue to receive emails stating my payment has been declined. After updating my payment information successfully, the delivery date was set for Wednesday, 17th May. However, the next day, I received yet another email claiming my payment was declined. Dear Amazon, As a long-time customer, I appreciate the service you offer. Lately, there has been a noticeable decline in the timeliness of deliveries. While I understand delays can happen, this has become a frequent issue over the past six weeks. For example, a delivery promised on May 16th was delayed with no updates by May 17th. This has happened three times in the last month. The pattern seems to be delays between Northborough and Haverhill, MA, despite close proximity. I rely on accurate delivery dates for scheduling but find them frequently missed. These transport delays often result in last-minute notifications with delivery the following day. It is frustrating when this occurs regularly. I hope this trend improves as I may seek other options if it continues. Your customer service should align with commitments made to customers. It was created over three years ago and was canceled when I left the job associated with that email. I'm still being billed $16.24 monthly for Amazon Prime, which I haven't used. 1. I called customer service for assistance with a warranty issue on a previous order but received unhelpful service. Amazon provided incorrect contact details, and the seller was of no assistance. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. 2. I had a troublesome experience with a customer service representative. Despite stating multiple times that she needed to send a text to my cellphone for verification, she eventually sent the information via email after a considerable delay. I still require the warranty information, even though I understand it may be out of its term. Extended assistance has been sought, but they require this information.

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, but will try my best to explain my situation. I purchased some curtains, and there was a set in a color I didn't order. Unfortunately, I can't recall all the details. They provided a return label, but I'm unable to print it due to password issues. Even when I tried to return the package to Kohls without a tracking number, they suggested I contact customer service. However, I'm struggling to find a way to reach them. I've received reminders about the return label, but I kept postponing it since I find dealing with such matters online challenging. Even after contacting customer service via phone and chat, I have not been able to resolve this issue or understand the reason behind it. I purchased the Lauriel face cream six months ago, but it did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund and to cancel any future automatic deliveries of the same item. Instead of processing the refund, they sent me another unwanted item as a replacement. I do not wish to receive any more products and would like assistance to stop the automatic shipments and ensure I do not receive any more of the Loreal face cream they are continuing to send.

I recently opened an Amazon account after receiving a $50 gift card from a survey conducted by Duns and Bradley for my business. Following this, I used the gift card to place an order, only to have my account closed and the gift card balance frozen. Despite providing all the necessary documents for verification, including the survey email and the gift card email, Amazon claims they cannot verify ownership of the gift card. This situation is frustrating as they are now holding onto my $50 gift card and have shut down my account without resolution.

I am writing to report an incident involving an unsafe driver. The truck involved had the number [redacted]. Our interaction occurred at 2:50 p.m. today. The situation unfolded as the driver pulled out in front of my vehicle after making a delivery. Subsequently, he encountered difficulties with a delivery driveway, nearly backing into my vehicle. Despite my attempt to alert him, he showed no remorse or apology, merely giving a disrespectful salute. It is clear he is not conscientiously checking his mirrors. This incident took place near [redacted] Plantation Grove Lane, St. Augustine, FL [redacted]. The driver's behavior poses a significant risk on the road and should be addressed promptly.

I made a purchase from BlueWorksPool with order number [redacted]-[redacted] for a Salt Water Chlorine Generator, which has a 2-year warranty. The item stopped working several weeks ago, and despite providing all the requested information multiple times, the company kept losing it. When they finally acknowledged the warranty coverage, they demanded a positive review on their website before shipping the repair part.
