My account got put on hold because my computer was hacked, and I got new credit cards. I've explained this and offered my new credit card for future purchases. I've never seen a company behave like this before. If this problem isn't fixed today, I'll shop elsewhere in the future. Amazon is severely disappointing me. I don't have any statements. Plus, I'll make sure to inform my friends about Amazon's failure in sorting out my issue.

I am reaching out to share my recent encounter with your company, which has left me very unhappy with the product delivery and billing process. On 18-May-[redacted], I placed an order for two items: 1. Digitek Wireless Microphone 2. Digiteck (DRL-15CRGB) LED RGB Ring Light with Stand (Order No.: [redacted]-[redacted]) I received the shipment on 19-May-[redacted], and to my dismay, the Digitek wireless Microphone was missing. After contacting customer service, I discovered that the wrong shipment was sent to me, and the billing name is incorrect, adding to my inconvenience and frustration. Despite reaching out to customer service over the past five days, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. This situation has caused me mental stress and disappointment. I kindly request that prompt action be taken to address this issue, either through a refund or by sending the correct shipment. As a long-time Amazon customer, I have always trusted in the quality of service provided. However, this experience has left me disheartened. Hello, I recently purchased an Amazon Echo 4th Gen and I am facing an issue with the app displaying information in Japanese instead of Australian English. This language barrier is preventing me from effectively setting up the device and accessing its functions. Despite trying various solutions found online, I have not been able to resolve the problem. Additionally, the Echo Dot occasionally speaks in Japanese, further complicating the situation. I purchased ribbons, colored papers, and letters. I was billed $54.91, and the remaining balance was settled with a $40.00 Amazon gift card. An email informed me of a shipment delay, prompting me to cancel the order as it would arrive too late for use. Last night, I received the black ribbon, navy blue paper, and black paper just before 10 pm, which is too late for my needs. I initiated a refund, but while processing the return, it indicated that the yellow ribbon was delivered, which I have not received. It was part of the delayed and cancelled portion of the order. I wish to cancel the entire order, return the received items, receive a refund to my original payment method, and have the $40 credit reissued for future use.

I accidentally purchased two of the Norton AntiVirus Plus [redacted] software with auto-renewal. I have not installed Norton yet and do not want the auto-renewal feature. Kindly cancel both orders. I manage two accounts, one for Charles Vickers and one for Norma Vickers. After Charles passed away, Norma became a prime member about 3 months ago. She was charged $[redacted].00 for prime membership. When Charles died, his credit card was automatically canceled; he was the original prime member, and I was under his account as well since we live at the same address. Upon paying the $[redacted].00, I believed I became the new prime member. However, this month I am puzzled as to why I am being charged for movies on prime and also facing a monthly prime charge. Hello, I need some assistance with a recurring charge I've been receiving on my credit card from Amazon for around $16 monthly since December [redacted]. American Express confirmed this charge on the 22nd of each month. I've taken steps to stop this charge because I do not remember authorizing any recurring shipping fees. Recently, I made a purchase on Amazon, but afterward, I received a text stating my account was on hold. Now I can't log in as it keeps showing a message about "looking for something." My gift card balance is $50 less than before the order, and I'm unable to check or track my orders. It's frustrating not being able to see if I'll receive the items. I hope Amazon can quickly resolve this issue and grant me access to my account or at least allow me to view my orders.

I have been struggling for two weeks to rent, watch, or enjoy a show on my TV. Despite renting two movies (and receiving a refund), I've had no luck with my favorite series. The loading spinner just keeps spinning and then starts and stops the show abruptly. My TV is indicating a low broadband signal, which can't be true as other streaming services like Netflix and Hulu work perfectly. I'm at a loss. I've been disconnected three times on the phone after entering the sent code with no one available. The one person I did manage to speak with hung up after promising to investigate the issue. This experience is frustrating and highly unusual for Amazon.

Yes, the last 2 out of 5 books were mistakenly sent to the wrong address. I contacted the online chat agent last night to rectify this issue and change the delivery location to my daughter's address since we will be away catching an early flight. The agent successfully processed the address change. They assured me that the books would be delivered to the new location. The initial order for the 5 books was made on 05/25, and the scheduled delivery for all books was meant to be on 05/26. However, only 2 books were delivered to the incorrect address at our home where no one was present at that time.

I have reached out to Amazon multiple times to return an order and talked to two customer service representatives about two unappealing African turbans I ordered. They informed me they would send a QR code for the return. I provided my email address and phone number linked to my account, but I haven't received the QR code in my email inbox. Despite checking my spam folder as suggested by the representative, I haven't found it there either. I need an alternative method to return these African turbans as I have no use for them and do not wish to keep them.

I purchased the book "Why I am a Hindu" from Amazon with a paper cover. I met the author, Mr. Shashi Tharoor, a Member of Parliament, and requested an autograph. He refused, citing it as piracy. I had to buy a hardcover copy to finally get the autograph. This situation was embarrassing. Now, I would like to return the book and get a refund. It would be appreciated if unauthorized autograph options were not provided to buyers in the future to avoid such inconveniences.

After wearing my new Raqua water shoes for the second time, I discovered what seemed like a pebble inside the shoe. To my surprise, it turned out to be a plug located next to one of the bottom holes. The shoe is designed with 6 holes consecutively placed on the bottom for drainage purposes. The first hole on the left shoe had the plug partially connected to the sole, wedged between the sole and the insole. To resolve this issue without damaging the insole, I carefully cut through the sole to remove the plug and confirmed it was a round piece of the sole material. I would like to request a replacement pair and wonder if the damaged shoes can be returned, along with pictures for documentation.

I recently purchased a pair of Dr. Martens shoes on eBay, which were delivered by your company. The seller and the notification from your company indicated that the shoes were left with a neighbor. However, after checking with my neighbors on both sides with no success, I discovered that the shoes had been left outside near my bins. Unfortunately, they were no longer there when I realized where they had been left. It seems like someone had taken them. While you handled the delivery, the package was clearly not left in a secure location, as shown in the attached picture. I ordered a smartphone this morning, set for delivery on June 2nd, with payment by direct debit. I don't have a smartphone (it was stolen) for secure payment through my bank with a code they usually provide. Since I didn't receive the expected order confirmation email, I checked my history and it indicates a payment issue, instructing me to change the payment method, which I am unable to do. What should I do? A very quick response would be appreciated as I am going on vacation on June 4th.

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon Locker to retrieve my orders. Despite having the AMZ app installed and Bluetooth enabled, entering the correct password, and receiving the special in-store code, I am unable to proceed beyond a rotating circle. I am also being prompted for a payment method, although I have already made the purchases online. The instructions to "scan the QR code" were unclear as there was no place to scan it. This process is far more complicated than simply entering a code to open the locker. I have made multiple unsuccessful trips to the nearby locker and find it frustrating, especially since I was not informed beforehand that the AMZ app and Bluetooth were required. Although I prefer not to have these on my phone, the locker is a safer option due to theft in the area. I have been a loyal customer, and I find this new locker process inconvenient. I would like Amazon to arrange redelivery to my previous locker, even though it is farther from my home.

I occasionally buy items for my 88-year-old mother, whose payment details I have used. I noticed five of my purchases on her credit card statement.
