I returned an order with the appropriate returning label. I've been waiting for the $80 refund for 3 weeks now. The order arrived damaged due to poor packaging. My order was placed on May 8, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the total was $79.68 for 1 item. FedEx confirms the return was received on the 26th, but the website doesn't show it's been shipped. A previous representative mentioned it would take 30 days for the refund. It feels like my money is being withheld for 2 months, and I'm unable to cook. The item bought was the Empava 12” induction cooktop. I'm feeling unwell and considering legal action due to this situation.

On June 1st, [redacted], I ordered 2 units of Gerber baby food at Rs [redacted] each from Amazon Fresh with a scheduled delivery between 8-10 pm. Unfortunately, the Amazon delivery agent called me to inform that their vehicle was out of service and my order couldn't be delivered, abruptly ending the call. When attempting to reorder the same product, I noticed the price had increased to Rs [redacted] each, a Rs [redacted] difference from my original order. It feels truly unjust and unacceptable treatment towards customers. Amazon promotes offers on products, but when a delivery issue arises, the prices surge upon reordering, giving the impression of deceptive promotions.

I received an Amazon notification via email at 5:43 today, but only noticed it was delivered at 7:03. When I went to get the package, it was missing! The delivery information stated it was left at 5:38. This marks the second time this has occurred. I had specified in my original instructions to deliver to the side door of my screened-in porch, which has only been done three times by Amazon. Please ensure future deliveries are left at the side of my house and placed in the screened-in porch. The missing items were two graduation cards for my grandchildren totaling over $16. I am greatly dismayed by this situation. This is the second time a package has gone missing, with the first incident happening on March 24. Prior to that date, I had never experienced such issues. I received an email regarding my auto-shipment status. The email states that the shipment couldn't be processed due to an outdated payment method. However, I updated my payment details on May 31, [redacted], and my new credit card number is now listed as the default payment method on the update page. There are no other cards linked to the account. I'm confused about why the payment method is still encountering issues. I purchased two of the same product, but unfortunately, I only received one in my order. After a long wait and being told they couldn't send a replacement, I had to call back to arrange a refund for the missing item. Now I notice it is back in stock, but at a higher price. Alternatively, they are offering a pink one if I pay extra for shipping. While the associates are polite, the difficulty in seeking assistance from Amazon is causing me frustration. I am considering closing my Amazon account and exploring other shopping options.

I recently received an email from Amazon UK informing me that my account had been closed for allegedly violating their Conditions of Use. I am unsure about the reasons for this action, as the only recent activity on my account was signing in and adding a CD to the cart. My last purchase was back in April on Amazon.com. I replied to their email, requesting the reinstatement of my account. The response I received stated that there had been no action taken on my account and that I could still place orders. They mentioned appreciating my compliance with their policies and indicated that further emails on this issue may not be answered. Despite this, I am still unable to access my account. How can I proceed with getting it reinstated?

I have been attempting to access my Amazon account for the last two days, but I keep receiving an error message stating that the web address is not working. Even though I have tried to reach out to customer service for help, I am unable to login as my account has been "locked" due to "unusual activity" after placing an order through the app. Additionally, I have not received a text confirmation for my recent order. I did not receive my order #[redacted]-[redacted]; instead, my neighbor received my order of "primrose.pd" which I gave to him. The order cost $25.42, and I paid with a debit card. Your delivery personnel seem to be getting the addresses mixed up. Amazon's service has been excellent in the past. It's frustrating that there's no one to speak to directly about this issue. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience is making me consider switching to another service. - Frances Hall

I misplaced my SIM card linked to my Amazon account, leaving me unable to access my account with my login and password. Despite attempting to reset my password using my registered email for an OTP, the system demands the SMS password, which I cannot retrieve without the SIM card. Today, an unauthorized transaction occurred from my linked bank account to my Amazon account. I did not authorize this purchase. I urgently require assistance to access my account, remove my bank card details, reverse the transaction, and have the funds refunded promptly.

I am facing ongoing issues accessing my Norton [redacted] antivirus subscription. Despite consistent login attempts using the same email and password, Norton claims the information is incorrect. I have contacted customer service multiple times over several months without resolution. Amazon has offered a partial refund, which is not satisfactory as I simply want the digital subscription I purchased. When I attempt to redeem the code sent to me, it still indicates an incorrect email or password. I have no trouble accessing my email accounts on Yahoo and Gmail with the same information. I am waiting for my delivery. It was meant to arrive on the morning of June 1st. It's now the evening of June 3rd, and my package hasn't come yet. When I check your app, it just says it's out for delivery, nothing more. This same message has been showing since yesterday morning. The tracking number is: Amazon Tracking ID: TBA[redacted]00. I hope to hear from you soon. I wanted the units with the blue trim, but the ad stated they would be delivered in a couple of days, and the red trimmed units would be delivered overnight. What happened?

Regarding my order number [redacted]-[redacted], I received a new product that was open and separate from its original packaging. I have not used the product and wish to return it for a full refund, including the return shipping cost. Amazon provided a return label, but the vendor advised against using it due to an incorrect default address caused by an Amazon glitch. The vendor has not yet issued a new label and instructed me to contact them via email for further assistance, which I am unable to do as I do not have their email address. I am having trouble printing the return/refund label for an item I need to send back to Amazon. Despite being assured by Amazon that they would send an email regarding the refund, I have not received any communication from them. I am unable to contact a friend to have them assist me with printing the label. Confusion arose when a relative suggested returning the item without a label to Kohl's or Whole Foods, but when I reached out to Amazon and Kohl's, they denied this option. It has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I urgently need to get in touch with customer support to resolve this issue. The return was approved, and I can see the barcode; however, I am unable to print it out or forward it to someone else for assistance.

I recently got a notification that two items were missing from my return Order: [redacted]-[redacted]. I shipped them via UPS along with the rest of the items. All Try before you Buy items were clearly labeled with reasons for return and were processed on the same day they were shipped back. The return process requires the UPS store to scan the barcode. Could you please assist me with this issue? I've been billed for items that were returned correctly and are no longer in my possession. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach out multiple times regarding an issue with my book listings on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Despite explaining that I am an author and not a seller, I keep receiving responses related to seller accounts or abusive customer reviews, which is not my concern. I am requesting assistance to transfer customer reviews and ratings from the out-of-print Crossroad Press first edition of my novel "Blood is Pretty: The First Fixxer Adventure" to the newly published Magpie Press second edition. This transfer has been done successfully for my other books in the past, such as "By the Sea" and "Traveling in Space." The previous edition's paperback is still available on Amazon, while the new edition is also listed. I believe the reviews and ratings should be moved as it is the same novel, just re-proofed and republished under my new imprint. If KDP can assist with this process, I would appreciate it as I want to promote the new edition with the existing reviews. Thank you.

Hello, I reached out to request a credit for two missing items, but an automatic response states that the credit will be processed upon return of the items. However, this is not possible as the items were never received. The message seems to indicate that the items are missing. The specific items are the VAOVI Kitchen Backsplash Tiles Peel and Stick Marble Mosaic 3D Wall Panels, Subway Brick Linear Mosaic Self Adhesive Tile Stickers. I ordered two boxes of 10 sheets each, totaling 20 pieces.

I encountered the same issue as @GetHuman[redacted] did. Back in June [redacted], Amazon sent me an email alerting me of unauthorized activity on my account and suggested I reach out to them for further details. Upon checking my account, I noticed several unfamiliar orders being sent to an unknown address. I wanted to report this to my credit card company and the local authorities. However, when I tried to review the transactions again, they had vanished from my order history. Customer service was unable to provide me with the necessary details to file complaints, claiming there was no record of the fraudulent transactions. Despite repeated conversations with customer service and assurances that the matter would be escalated, I never received any follow-up within the promised 5 - 7 days. Consequently, I was unable to address the issue with my credit card company or law enforcement. To date, the problem remains unresolved and unacknowledged.

I received emails today mentioning that two of my rental textbooks were allegedly not received. I shipped all three books on the same day, each in separate packages. Carrier confirmation emails confirmed the receipt of all packages on May 19 with no issues reported. The emails requested no further action from my end at that time. I am now facing charges for missing the extended deadline. The emails indicate a deadline extension until June 6, although I received them on June 7, rendering it impossible for me to comply. I had already shipped all books and cannot resend them. I refuse to pay the buyout fees exceeding $[redacted] as I have proof of shipment.
