I am facing issues with courier deliveries being made to the front reception. Even after providing clear instructions to deliver at the exact address of the front reception, delivery people keep calling to ask about parking charges and where to park. I find it frustrating that customers are being held responsible for parking charges, especially when I am currently traveling internationally. Every minute, I receive calls from courier personnel asking about parking, and I always respond by questioning why I should be responsible for the courier vehicle's parking.

I'm having trouble logging into my Amazon account because I never receive the OTP they send. It's frustrating that I have to be logged in to ask for help. I recently purchased a dartboard set from Viper, but what arrived was a cardboard dartboard with a baseball game on the back and cheap darts. After several unhelpful calls, a replacement was sent, but it was the same incorrect item. Now I am being told I have to return it for a refund, which will take 30 days. I just want a resolution - either the correct dartboard or a refund promptly. Supervisors have been dismissive, with one claiming to be the biggest boss and refusing further assistance. I placed an order for a handset on June 5th with an estimated delivery date of June 9th. Despite tracking the package diligently, the delivery agent has not attempted to reach me. I was surprised to receive an email stating that the delivery agent tried to contact me but I was not available. I am disappointed with the service provided by Amazon and caution others against using their online platform for purchases. I have been waiting for a response from an Amazon representative about the $75 in my account for years. One person confirmed seeing the full amount weeks ago, but now, after creating a new account and seeking assistance to transfer the funds, the next three individuals can't locate the notes and claim there is no record of the $75. This money represents a gift from my sister before she passed away, and it feels like Amazon is not concerned about resolving this issue. I request you to shed light on our long-pending complaint. In December [redacted], I purchased an iqoo z6 mobile through Bank of Baroda's credit card with an EMI request. Due to some technical issues, the mobile was returned, and subsequently, the refunded amount was credited back to my credit card. However, there was no notice given to stop the EMI by the bank/credit card department, resulting in a deduction of Rs. [redacted].99 from our savings account in May [redacted].
The bank has now clearly stated in an email that they are not responsible for this, and they are capable of refunding the money. Our allegation is entirely on Amazon, questioning why the EMI was not stopped on time.
I urge Amazon to refund the full amount of Rs. [redacted].99 to avoid a possible legal case under section [redacted].

I received an email from Amazon regarding a denied charge on an old card on file. My account was compromised, but support helped me secure it. I will need to get a new debit card on Monday. This issue arose when I attempted to add a person to my Prime Video account and discovered there were already three people on it. I believe this has been resolved. The order number for "Avatar: The of Water" that I did not order is Dol-[redacted]-[redacted]. It was charged to an old card ending in [redacted] that is no longer active.

I placed an order on May 9th with an expected delivery window between May 26th and June 7th. Surprisingly, I received an update last week pushing the delivery date to June 13th. The only way to contact the shipper, which Amazon directed me to, is located in Thailand. I find it frustrating to have to call a foreign country to inquire about my order, especially when language might be a barrier. I've been home all day waiting for a package to be delivered to my house. After checking the tracking information, I saw that there was an issue with the delivery and they will try again tomorrow. This is the third time this has happened in the past week, and I don't understand what the problem is. It's incredibly frustrating for us because we've lost money waiting for orders that were supposed to be delivered but had issues. We really need our package today.

I received Bravo points from my office at Optum and redeemed them to purchase an Amazon gift card worth [redacted]/-. I received the gift card details via email. My card was unexpectedly charged $15.80 by Amazon, a place I don't normally shop from. I reached out to Amazon's customer support seeking a refund. Unfortunately, they requested a charge ID which my bank doesn't have access to. Amazon mentioned that since it was a card charge and not linked to an Amazon account, their hands are tied. I frequently shop on Amazon, and until now, I've generally been pleased with their service. However, I encountered an issue with my recent order placed on 6/6. Initially, I was informed that the product would arrive by 6/12. Subsequently, the delivery date changed to 6/10, and then to 6/11 to 6/14. The tracking information indicated that the item was at the local warehouse on 6/8. Disappointingly, as of 6/14, the product has not yet been delivered. I find this situation quite frustrating, particularly because I ran out of my current probiotic assuming the new one would arrive by the 12th. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

I recently purchased a Prime membership. The next day, I encountered an issue logging in and contacted customer service.
