I placed an order for resolvable weedkiller on June 9 with an expected delivery on June 10. The item has not arrived, and after checking the tracking information, I was informed of a delay with no further updates on the delivery. Despite my attempts to contact Amazon.co.uk, I have not received a satisfactory resolution and feel stuck in a loop. I have 14 parcels marked as delivered to me, but they have not been received. I only received one part of a sofa that was not due until the 21st. There are no delivery pictures available for me to see where the parcels were delivered. Several hundred pounds of items are missing, and I have CCTV evidence showing the delivery driver did not come. I need clarification on why the parcels are marked as delivered when they are not, as this situation is causing personal issues. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Hello, I purchased the "Funny Brown Monkey Toy, Figure for Kids and Adults, Stretch Gorilla Toy" for $25.88 as a gift for my grandson's birthday. It was supposed to be delivered to Israel by 6.06. Unfortunately, I have not received any tracking information and on the delivery list, it mentioned a possible loss of the item. The notification received stated, "We're very sorry your delivery is so late. Although it may still arrive, you can request a refund now." I have followed the provided instructions to request a refund, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. I would appreciate assistance in processing a refund for this item.

On June 1, [redacted], I attempted to purchase an item on Amazon, using my Chase credit card for some of the payment and my Bank of America business credit card for the rest. Unfortunately, my Amazon account got blocked, and despite my efforts, I couldn't unlock it, leading me to create a new account. Then, on June 12, [redacted], I received a letter indicating that the order from the blocked account had been approved, with the delivery expected between June 12 and 16, [redacted]. The payment went through, but the package never arrived. I kindly request a refund for this issue.

Hello, good afternoon, I made a purchase on Amazon for a pair of motorcycle boots on June 4th with an estimated delivery between June 8th and June 13th, but it never arrived that day. Later on the Amazon app, it said the delivery was delayed and would be between June 14th and June 20th. I contacted DHL customer service, the courier handling my delivery, and they mentioned that the order is in the system but the package hasn't been handed to DHL yet for delivery to my address. Please help.

My order was marked as "delivered today," but I have yet to receive it. Even after checking my mailbox multiple times, the package was not there. The tracking information suggests it was left in the resident's mailbox, even though it is not my mailbox. Typically, Amazon deliveries are left at my front door without issues. I am disappointed with this situation. Hello, I have been trying to contact someone from Amazon for weeks, but I have not received a response despite sending more than three emails with attached details. I am a customer of Amazon.ae and have encountered an issue with a recent purchase of a mystery box. I ordered an electronics mystery box for [redacted] dirhams three weeks ago, expecting to receive phones, laptops, and valuable electronics. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was advertised. The box was small, damaged, and only contained a children's game and a computer game device. I was charged for a Blink video doorbell that was ordered on November 25, [redacted]. Although I returned it with a pair of shoes in the same transaction and was assured by a customer service representative that a refund would be processed, I was recently notified by Amazon via email on June 20, [redacted], that the item was not returned and I was charged for it. Despite the previous assurance from customer service, the issue remains unresolved.

I placed an order this afternoon and couldn't review before it was placed. Everything in my cart was included except the socks. I tried to cancel the order and items I didn't want but couldn't. I wanted to reorder what I originally wanted but couldn't figure out how. When I spoke to Pearl Wilson, she directed me to another department requesting a different card, yet I only use one card. I know there isn't enough money for all items but there is for what I wanted. I couldn't speak to another person to resolve this. What should I do now? Apologies for the slow typing. Please help.

I placed an order for the Chaidakesh 7 on June 4th, and it was delivered on June 9th. Unfortunately, some parts were missing from the package. I requested a replacement on the same day, and although the return collection was done, the replacement product was not delivered. I placed an order for khadim kolhapuri heels for women, but instead received brown kids' boots for boys. Upon checking the invoice inside the package, I noticed that the shipping and billing addresses did not match mine. However, the address on the parcel was correct. I received the delivery today, and upon opening it, I discovered the incorrect item. I made a cash on delivery payment for this order. I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account. Upon entering my username and password, I am prompted to enter a code sent to my cell phone ending in ***-***-[redacted], but I never receive the text message. Due to a hearing impairment, phone calls are challenging and costly for me. Despite multiple attempts, spending hours on hold, and being disconnected once, I have not been able to resolve this issue using Amazon's customer service. I have been trying to resolve issues with my account. Every time I attempt to reset my password or contact Amazon, an outdated email keeps coming up that I haven't used in over 2 years, [redacted], which I can no longer access. I bought an Echo with a premium speaker 46 days ago, and the speaker has started buzzing and rattling, affecting its performance. After contacting customer service, they advised sending it in for repair. However, I inquired why I should wait for a repair within the first 90 days since purchase. The representative then recommended returning it for a refund and ordering a new Echo. The issue is I got it on sale for $65, and now it's priced at $99. I feel unfairly penalized for receiving a faulty product. Is there any way I can be compensated for this situation?

I recently tried to buy something on Amazon using my new Netspend Visa debit card, but my card was frozen for verification. I provided all required information, which was confirmed by Amazon, but was then told there was unusual activity due to the late purchase time. I was asked to provide a bank or billing statement, even though Amazon should have my details from previous interactions. I am frustrated by this unnecessary process as the main goal is to make a purchase smoothly. This could be very inconvenient, especially for urgent gift purchases. I am disappointed with how Amazon handled this situation and would reconsider buying from them in the future.

On 6/22/23, there was a $3.17 withdrawal from my checking account using my debit card. The reference numbers are #[redacted] and VP61254V3. I need to know the reason for this charge and it better not be related to Amazon Prime. I do not have nor want an Amazon Prime account. I am quite frustrated and the customer service numbers provided online are not helpful. The automated system doesn't have my phone number but insists on texting me. I am fed up with this service. I received an Amazon Prime subscription in late March without requesting it when I purchased luggage. Despite canceling my Amazon Prime via email and regular mail two weeks before charges were due to begin in early April, I have been charged $16.23 for both April and May, which should not have happened. The transactions were billed on April 30 with reference # HM1XL2TV1 and on May 30 with reference #V482Q5TA3. My Amazon account was linked to a compromised credit card which is now closed. Consequently, my pending orders were declined. The secondary payment method associated with the account must be removed since the accounts are linked. I am in the process of getting a replacement card and account by the end of the month. Once I have the new account details, I plan to update my payment information. I am uncertain whether the declined orders will need to be resubmitted or if they will automatically be charged to the new card. Thank you. Kathy M.

On May 23rd, I placed an order for multiple items, including a 2-collar wireless dog fence setup totaling around $[redacted]. After the payment was taken from my bank account, I received an email confirming the shipment and providing tracking details. However, the delivery date kept changing, and eventually, on June 1st, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and that a refund would be issued in 3-9 business days.
