I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to being blocked. Despite not being wealthy, Amazon requires a cell phone number for their two-step verification process. I have spoken to other individuals who are also facing similar issues. Amazon only offers verification through a cell phone and will not allow me to switch to email verification. The root of all these problems seems to be the "Executive Customer Relations" team. Since Jeff Bezos departed, it has become impossible to speak with anyone ECR does not approve of. They have manipulated situations, such as changing my password and setting up memory test questions, knowing I struggle due to a traumatic brain injury. They are suggesting I close my account and open a new one, which would be costly. This has led to me losing access to information from previous purchases and protection plans stored in my old account. I am struggling to get assistance with Amazon Seller support. I have been attempting for three weeks to submit my products to the brand registry, but every time I complete the application and click "submit," nothing occurs. Despite reaching out twice for help, I have only been instructed to provide information to an agent, who then does not respond to my submissions. Subsequently, I receive follow-up emails requesting a reply. Upon responding again, I am notified that my case is closed due to a lack of response, which is incredibly frustrating.

Since June 1, [redacted], we have received multiple notices about our prime account. I had chosen not to renew it, but since then, we have been bombarded with messages on the website. Initially, it stated that our Prime benefits were on hold due to a billing issue, though I was puzzled about what exactly the issue was. It went on to mention that my membership access was paused. Another notification mentioned that my account was paused on June 1, [redacted], due to a billing error, advising me to ensure sufficient funds and resume membership.
Despite having more than enough funds and no billing problems, the system seems to be prompting me to input credit or debit card numbers to resolve the issue. However, I solely use Wallet Bank Account and do not have, nor wish to possess, credit or debit cards. When contacting customer service about this confusion, I have made at least five calls, but they keep hanging up whenever they are unable to locate my account.

On the 5th of May [redacted], my spouse purchased (2) 10-foot patio umbrella replacement canopies with 6 ribs. Upon receiving the items a few days later, we discovered that they were too large for our umbrella stands. Subsequently, we repacked both canopies in the original box and initiated a return through Amazon, receiving a return label and tracking number. The package was then dropped off at the Whole Foods Store in Kahului, Maui, where a male store clerk scanned and took possession of the box. Recently, Amazon informed me that they received only one of the canopies and threatened to charge me if the second one is not returned by the 6th of July [redacted]. I am baffled as to why I am being held accountable for an item that was returned in its entirety. The Amazon order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. As a follow-up, my wife later ordered (3) 7.5-foot replacement canopies from Amazon.

Amazon locked my account and gift card for unknown reasons. Customer service has been unable to resolve the ongoing issue. I spoke to Irma, who repeated what others have said for a week - just wait 24 hours. My recommendation is to be cautious when ordering from Amazon, as they may lock your information without proper assistance or communication. Dealing with this feels frustrating.

I bought an Asus X13 laptop as a graduation gift, but when it arrived the docking station was missing. The seller refunded me $30 for the oversight. Unfortunately, upon opening the laptop, I found that the speakers were broken, and it doesn't wake up from sleep mode. Despite reporting the issue, I haven't received a response in over 48 hours.

I am considering purchasing a Bemis 7YE5310H20 Assurance with Clean Shield Support Arms and Bidet. Despite it not including hot and cold water features, I am interested in adding the SonTiy Warm Bidet T-adapter mixing valve kit to have that option available. The SonTiy kit includes a metal T valve and brass tee connector for bidet toilet seat attachment with the benefit of anti-leak properties. This way, I can enjoy the comfort of warm water with my bidet attachment. Plus, it complements the elongated 3" raised toilet seat in white that I have as well.

I have had an ongoing issue with an Amazon delivery person at my building in New York, located at [redacted] W 93rd St, NY [redacted]. She is deaf, which I initially tried to accommodate by using ASL or written notes. However, she consistently disregards any instructions on where to place packages. Today, she spent 20 minutes in the lobby, impeding traffic, and wouldn't allow me to assist her. This behavior has happened repeatedly, posing a fire hazard as she places packages wherever she wants. Furthermore, there was an incident where I attempted to return some package totes, inadvertently startling her. Despite trying to get her attention calmly, she threw the boxes on the floor and made inappropriate gestures. It's important to note that we have other deaf individuals in the building with whom we communicate respectfully every day. This specific delivery person's behavior is unprofessional, rude, and immature.

On June 26th, I placed an order for Terrasoul Golden berries but canceled it shortly after when I found a larger container of the same product. I even received a cancellation email. However, I received my order yesterday which included the Terrasoul berries I canceled. I am aware that food items are usually non-returnable, but since I canceled my order, got a confirmation email, and had requested a delayed delivery, it seems this item was sent by mistake. I encountered an issue with a recent order on my account. There seems to be a discrepancy as the delivery status shows the items were delivered, although I have not received them. Initially, yesterday on my Amazon account, it indicated that the items had not even been shipped. I reached out to customer service via chat three days ago to request the cancellation of the order since it had not been shipped. I was assured that the request would be processed. However, I later discovered two charges on my bank account: one for $[redacted] and another for $92, even though the total order was $[redacted]. Subsequently, I canceled the order, but I have yet to receive a refund. I am uncertain when the refund will be issued.

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron laptop from Amazon, and I'm having trouble with the battery. It's supposed to last up to six hours, but it only runs for about two hours after a full charge. On July 1st, [redacted], I placed an order for 4 bottles of TruHabit Livpro. Upon delivery on July 2nd, [redacted], one bottle was broken, leaking liquid and glass shards throughout the package. Upon contacting Amazon customer service, Ms. Anju informed me that due to my full payment of Rs [redacted], it would take a day to address the issue. I requested a simple exchange for four intact bottles to avoid handling a parcel with broken glass. Today, I attempted to contact Amazon again, but there was no response.
