I ordered a battery-powered wheelchair a month ago but I am having trouble controlling it. The joystick makes it difficult to navigate as it moves unexpectedly and dangerously fast to the right. Even the occupational therapist in my area agrees that there seems to be an issue with it. I urgently need a wheelchair to move around, and this one I received on May 31 from Amazon is not working correctly. I recently received two Insignia 24-inch F20 series Smart HD [redacted] Fire TVs instead of one that I ordered. The cost was $69.12 per TV. I am willing to return the extra TV, but I request that it be picked up by a driver from my home for no extra charge. I need assistance updating my account's addresses. Having recently relocated, I have added our new permanent address. However, I encountered an issue when trying to remove the old address. The system requires me to set a new resident address for digital purchases before deleting the old one. Unfortunately, I am unsure how to specify the new address for digital purchases. I am uncertain if placing a digital order with the new address is necessary for the change. While the new address is set as default, I am unable to remove the old address. Thank you, Peter Harris.

On June 17th, I placed an order for a GO Pro Dual Charger with 2 ENDURO batteries pack, which I received. Regrettably, I forgot to inspect the product until this morning, realizing the return deadline was June 26th. Upon attempting to charge the provided batteries with the Dual charger, I encountered an issue where the batteries would not lock in the charger and the charging light was not visible. This is unusual for a product sold by AMAZON. It appears to be a legitimate product from a Go Pro vendor. I promptly contacted Amazon customer service for assistance. While their response was swift, they denied the return due to the expiration of the return window. Being a PRIME member and frequent Amazon shopper, I had hoped for extra consideration. As an orthopedic surgeon with a busy schedule, I overlooked checking the product earlier. I am willing to exchange this defective product for a functional one and hope that Amazon can provide a satisfactory solution for a loyal customer like myself. Thank you, Dr. Nishith Shah

I recently filed a complaint regarding a faulty order of climbing handles that were not as described. Despite being advised to wait for the seller to contact me, I have not heard back. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the inconvenience of chasing up these issues. It's disheartening to encounter problems like this, especially since this is not the first time I've had issues with orders from Amazon. I spent an additional 20 minutes trying to find a contact number to discuss this matter to no avail. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases on Amazon, even though I had planned to buy two more items pending the resolution of this problem. Amazon closed my account after I added $[redacted] to it as it was a new account. Because I added the money and scanned the cards into my phone, I didn't keep the receipts and cards. I didn't report any fraud, and Amazon claims no responsibility for gift cards. They have now forfeited the balance, and I am extremely frustrated by this situation.

I placed an order for a book by Marie Kondo on Amazon on July 3, charged to my Amazon Prime store card. The card has no expiration date, and my current balance is zero. However, I received a notification that the charge couldn't be processed. Despite multiple attempts to repurchase the book, it has been removed from my list. The instructions provided to update my card details have been fruitless as my order page is empty, and there seems to be no way to resolve this issue. I have used my Amazon Prime card without any problems in the past. Customer service has not been helpful, leading me to a dead-end. I attempted to purchase the MedCline Shoulder Relief Wedge and Body Pillow System, which is labeled as FSA/HSA eligible, with my HSA card on Amazon. However, during checkout, I was unable to choose my HSA card as a payment method. I even tried adding the item without the extra cases, but still encountered the same issue. I am seeking clarification regarding the payment collection issue for pre-ordered books. Today, I received numerous emails stating that payment could not be processed for books I pre-ordered in May and June. Upon clicking the link provided, I can see the order details, order date, and correct debit card information. However, I noticed there is no option available on that page to attempt payment again, unlike before. I can confirm that there are sufficient funds in my account as I successfully made a purchase this morning with no payment problems. My Amazon account is under the name Raymond G Parrett.

Our product still hasn't been refunded, and we received a different item from the company. We lodged a complaint but haven't received any solution yet. We are considering taking further action because this is unfair. We are experiencing injustice. Many Amazon delivery boys are being disloyal to customers. I apologize for my frustration, but your team has handled this situation poorly. Actions should be taken against these individuals committing fraud under the name of Amazon.

I recently bought a radiator that doesn't fit my car. When trying to attach the bottom hose, I realized it's too big. I'd like to return it for a refund to the card used for purchase. However, the company is asking for a $6.71 shipping fee for the return. I disagree with this charge as the product doesn't match the description provided. Recently, my wife received a delivery that was left on top of our mailboxes, which are located along a highway, making it easy for someone to take the package without even exiting their vehicle. This isn't the first time this has occurred, and I am concerned about the lack of regard for our packages. I have a specific request for the delivery person to drive down our driveway and place packages by the gate where we have a designated box for deliveries. While most drivers are conscientious, it seems there may be an issue with a specific individual who does not prioritize our packages.

I haven't received my order yet, even though it was supposed to arrive by now. I ordered the "Alps Goodness Henna Powder, Green, 250g (Pack of 1)" on June 26, [redacted]. I paid the full amount of ₹[redacted] through UPI. The status says "Delivery attempted, but unable to deliver." Either deliver the item within two days or refund the full amount to my Google Pay account.

Regarding ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted], We got a delivery yesterday, which turned out to be someone else's order due to a mix-up with shipping labels. It seems our label came off and attached to the package we received. Despite the scanning showing we got our items, they actually belong to someone in Decatur, GA. Although one item is non-refundable, I reordered everything and now just require a refund for the full order. What should I do with the incorrect items I received, which are candles and kids tops? I received my order, but unfortunately, the yard wind mobile was missing. Shipping and handling costs were higher than the item's price, although I only received one of the two items I was charged for. I will exclude the wind mobile from the discussion as I can't find it in my order summary. However, I have purchased Gerbs from this vendor many times before and was surprised to be charged $29 for shipping this time, especially as a Prime member. This has not occurred previously, and I kindly request to address this issue. Thank you.

I purchased an item using gpay and was told it would be delivered on Monday after an issue arose, despite the delivery girl marking it as delivered on Saturday. Today is Tuesday, and I still have not received it, even after searching in my neighborhood. I have been unable to contact the delivery agent as they claim there are no packages associated with my phone number. Can you please provide me with the contact details of the Amazon Delivery Agent? I noticed a charge of $14.99 on my Visa statement from Amazon this month. Upon further investigation, I realized it was for a Prime membership, of which I am not a member nor did I sign up for.
