I bought an HP computer on March 3, [redacted], but when I reached out to HP for warranty service due to frequent crashes and BIOS errors, they claimed it was out of warranty since it was purchased on November 25, [redacted]. HP mentioned that the computer had been resold on Amazon by an unauthorized seller, leading them to not update the warranty because it was now considered used. I find this situation concerning as I believed I purchased a new computer with a warranty. If Amazon is unknowingly selling used items as new, it could damage their reputation. I am looking to return the computer for a refund of $[redacted].18.

I purchased the ptron Bassbuds jade truly wireless earbuds from Amazon on July 11, [redacted]. When the item arrived, I got distracted with something urgent and only later noticed that the main charging case was missing from the package. I found the earbuds, charging cable, earpieces, box, and warranty card, but no charging case. Amazon is refusing to accept the return, stating it goes against their policy.

I purchased a white 40-foot LED light string with a dimmer control and a power supply from Amazon. However, I received a RGB+ four-wire light string that appeared to have been previously opened and returned by someone else. I am frustrated as I needed the lights for a project and now I'm uncertain about returning the incorrect item in case it gets sent to another customer. I ordered a yellow kurta from Anni Designer on your website, but received a white one instead. I initiated the return process, and today a pickup person came to collect the item. However, he stated that he was only there to pick up the yellow kurta, not the white one. This is confusing, as the issue is that I received the wrong color altogether.

After selecting it and clicking buy, the money was deducted from the gift card, but the order is now stuck due to payment verification being required. I bought a mobile phone that arrived on June 27. I started using it, but after 2-3 days, I noticed that sim slot 1 was not working. I requested a replacement, and a technician came to assess it. We informed him that the phone was hanging and overheating, but unfortunately, we did not receive a replacement. I recently contacted customer service, but they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes and then disconnected the call. We are still waiting for the replacement of the handset.

I recently purchased a security camera online, and upon trying to set it up, encountered some issues. I was instructed to email a particular contact regarding the problems with the merchandise. I purchased a $25 Amazon gift card. However, when I tried to redeem it on the Amazon website, I received a message that the card had already been redeemed. I am unsure how this could have happened. I am hoping that you can provide me with a new code or investigate the issue to help me get the card back. It is important to me because I planned to use it for my friend's birthday gift.

I am missing most of my order except for the Bubble Gum Tumbler. The packages were carelessly thrown onto my unfenced front lawn as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, they were easily stolen by passersby. Instead of placing the items on my porch, the lazy and incompetent driver chose to throw them from the truck. I am extremely disappointed and expect the missing items to be delivered by Thursday. The driver's behavior is unacceptable, and they should be held accountable for the loss. This careless attitude is shameful, and I believe appropriate action should be taken against them.

I keep receiving a TRS Recovery link instructing me to contact them for information, but I am unable to reach a representative over the phone, even during their working hours. I have filed an inquiry that requires 30 days to process. In the meantime, there are funds on hold, and I am currently facing homelessness. I urge someone with the authority to review the account promptly and provide clarity on the situation. It is crucial to me to know the reason for the suspension and what steps I can take to address it. TRS Recovery appears to be challenging to reach, adding to the urgency of resolving this issue.

I recently ordered a sunscreen lotion for my daughter, but mistakenly had it delivered to my address. Hello, I was informed that my account has been temporarily closed. I had placed an order for BRPL gold 24k,[redacted].9 on Amazon and it was marked as delivered, but I did not receive the product. I contacted Amazon customer service and they initiated an investigation into the issue. However, while the investigation was ongoing, my account was closed temporarily, preventing me from accessing any updates. I received an item ordered through an Alexa device with order number [redacted][redacted]0, but the box arrived dirty inside, and I'm hesitant to handle it. When I reached out to a representative, they instructed me to use AnyDesk, which made me concerned about my phone's security. Not being very knowledgeable about cell phones, I decided to end the call after realizing this, but the representative used inappropriate language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a company like Amazon. I believe the product should be replaced at no cost due to the disrespectful treatment I received from the representative.

I received my zippered compression stockings on July 1st, but I just realized the company charged my Mastercard ending in [redacted] $58.85 instead of $18.99. I had issues when trying to contact the company through "Get Human," and they disconnected the call when I didn't follow directions for "faster service." When I contacted Amazon for a refund, they only processed $18.99. Now, I simply want to return the socks and get my $58.85 refunded promptly. I've been a loyal PRIME member since it started and would appreciate a quick resolution to this matter.

I was charged $58.85 for a pair of compression socks that are actually listed at $18.99. The socks were delivered back in July, but I only noticed the incorrect charge now. When I tried to process a return today, I was only offered $18.99 to be refunded to my Mastercard ending in "[redacted]." I have been a loyal PRIME member for a very long time, possibly since its inception, and the level of service I have received this time is appalling. This has been my worst experience with Amazon, and it's disheartening, especially considering I recently renewed my PRIME membership. - R.D., Ph.D.

I purchased a 4-piece set of 18" Long Ground Anchor Kit with screw-in ground stakes, and unfortunately, I only received 2 ground stakes instead of the 4 as advertised in my order #[redacted]-[redacted].
